Well if you believe in the MM codes this is a very good sign. I have just seen 2 trades go through in the last 10 minues with a share size of 200. That means "I need shares badly but don't take it down to get them". Looks like the MMs are getting a little worried.

hey does anyone elses charts show the forward split of 8 for 7 as of yesterday.my charts on optionsxpress shows that the split happend yesterday? just curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing.i did not receive any extra shares in my account though so im not sure what to make of this. i have 1.4 million and adding up to 5 million as long as prices stay at or near current levels.good luck to all.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2005--IBAC Corporation (PINK SHEETS: ICAN - News), announced yesterday that its board has approved a dividend in the form of forward split of 15% for all common shares issued and outstanding as of May 1, 2005 (the record date). As of the record date, each Holder of 100 shares of common stock shall be issued an additional fifteen (15) shares of common stock. Odd lots shall be rounded up. The mail date for the additional shares is May 15, 2005.
"This one time special dividend was approved as a bonus to our loyal shareholders and will not affect any of the company's plans for the sale of one or all of its subsidiaries to a fully reporting otcbb company and the parameters that were previously discussed will remain the same," said Edward W. Hayter President.

You know, one thing I can't understand. You have a company like QBID which doesn't have any solid reoccuring revenue, has most likely 5 to 10 time the number of outstanding shares as ICAN, it currently in the red, yet the pps is 4 times higher than ICAN. Plus, QBIDs PR are vague like today's saying that they are going to do a buyback but it doesn't say when they are going to complete it, how much they are buying back, or whether they are going to retire it or not and the stock goes up.
ICAN announces a buyback and specifies how much, when it will be completed and that the share will be retired and the stock hardly does anything. We know 10 times more about ICANs revenue and share structure than QBIDs as well.
I am not trying to bash QBID at all but can someone please tell me why ICAN shouldn't be at least priced where QBID is.
It is slow today so I am in a pondering mood

I haven't posted on this for a while but here is my question; It's at .0004-.0005 today, now most are holding their shares until after Monday's record date. Won't the PPS go down as people sell off on Tuesday? Just a question?

Yes, there is a possibility of the stock dropping as people sell after they have already got in on the dividend. Two things that might keep it from happening right away is the fact they you won't get the new shares until May 15th, secondly is if Ed puts out a good PR on Monday it will help maintain the price. Hopefully he announces the acquisition of Bonita Springs soon or even that he has finished his 500 Million share buy back. In any event, if there is a sell off, the stock will probably just drop back down in the .0003, .0004 range.

I think it has a lot to do with risk and stability. As you said with ICAN, you know what they have and where they are at. It is more stable and less risky so pps doesn't move that dramatic. You can feel its under valued but still you know what you own. While Qbid is extremely risky. It will make it or not. They use BET a lot for an example for possible valuation. BET sold for 4 1/2 billion dollars after it finally made it. A lot of investors are willing to take the extra risk in hope to see that kind of value. While the hotel and resturants ICAN owns already have a value that will not change that much. They can buy more resturants and more hotels but thats there only growth. But then too ICAN did increase more then QBID did. .0003 to .0005 is a 66% gain while .002 to .0025 is only a 25% gain. I know that I used the low to high and not bid to bid.
