Nothing at 0.0001 but just before it dropped, my last order @ 0.0002 executed.
Hit my limit for buying at 0.0002. I'll leave my .0001 orders in place for the day and if they go, great. Otherwise I think I am right about where I want to be. Cross my fingers and wait now.

Well, here is the scoop. Ed was called today and he said he is getting a report from the TA with everybody that currently holds stock in the company. He is then going to compare that against what the O/S is and he said "If they are not within the ball park of each other, the sh*t is going to hit the fan". He said he should get the report next week. I think this is part of lining up the ducks when he ungags the T/A. He is really pissed about the current pps.
He wouldn't tell us the O/S, of course, but he did say at the very worst it could be is 6 Billion Shares since the other 6 Billion shares is restricted. So I would say the 5 Billion is probably about right minus whatever he is buying back. He did confirm that he is still buying back. He definitley thinks this thing is shorted and it really came to realization with him when we had the 1.2 Billion traded day.
All in all he is very positive about the company, he said again definitley no reverse split. He also explained why it is taking him so long to file. The reason is that he needs to get the assets and revenues in line first before he can move to the Nasdaqsmallcaps. Because they require a company to have so many dollars in assests (he gave the figures I just don't remember) and x amount of dollars in net revenue, not gross revenue.
Personally it seems weird that this stock gets pounded down more and more as soon as it seems like ed is doing something about the naked shorting. It almost seems like the mms are flexing their muscles saying "you think the naked shorting is bad now, look what we really can do and you can't do anything about it". I really hope ed nails these guys to the wall.

Sitting in the Pal Talk room is like being on a stakeout. You have to go through 8 hours of survellence video before you get 5 minutes worth of meat, lol.
They end up talking about other things because there is only so long you can talk about the stock before your head hurts, lol.

I have this theory that the naked shorting may be due to a hedge fund, not MMs. I read about hedge funds shorting the hell out of a stocks with relatively low float, essentially until the PPS hits 0.0001. A few million $ is a piece of cake for these funds, so they can easily do this kind of thing. Now, many pink-sheet companies rely on dilution to raise operating funds: once the PPS hits 0.0001, the companies need to issue new shares like crazy to pay for ongoing activities (because the PPS is so low), and the hedge funds can easily cover their nakes shorts. They end up having essentially 100% profit.
I suspect that may be the case here. However, the hedge fund obviously has to fear a short squeeze; therefore, it HAS to hold down the price no matter what. So even if a company buys back shares aggressively (as ICAN), they have to continue shorting - if they stop, it would cause a massive short squeeze.
Unlike your typical pinkie, however, ICAN seems to have sufficient access to $$ independent from dilution, probably because the company is profitable and has real assets. This essentially turns around the tables: instead of being able to cover their shorts (because the company dilutes shares like crazy), the hedge fund has to continue shorting because Ed is buying like crazy. And as long as Ed continues to by back shares, the hedge fund will get into the hole deeper and deeper.
That's why I think we may see the mother of all short squeezes in the near future - but that's just my opinion. I keep on buying; I have nearly 20M shares now.

lol, yea. Most of it comes from the fact that there are some really screwed up investors out there that are trying to hurt ed and his company for whatever reason. Ed said today that when he put that PR out this week about the 50 Million dollar development in Florida that someone actually called the developer and raked them over the coals about it. The developers called Ed all pissed off about it. Now it would really stink if one stupid shareholder would ruin a whole muli-million dollar deal. Not saying it has but Ed is dealing with some big time developers when they are doing a 50 Million dollar project and you don't want to make them unhappy.
The other one is the idiot on Raging Bull called DJDAN. Without going into details about it DJ got pissed at ED and has threaten Eds life on the board and had been totally tearing down ICAN on Raging Bull.
So that is why they are a little paranoid on Pal Talk of new people. Not necessarily right but that's where they are coming from.

im sorry to say but you will able to get this stock at .000095 if you have the stomach--scam or no scam==money is money==it will see .00095 at some point in my lifetime; which seems to be coming to an end sooner than i thought

personaly i kinda hope that it does go down to .000095 ed would be able to buy back the float much cheaper besides mm have a much tougher time shorting at that low of a pps at some point they will need to cover

I'm debating buying more if I can get it at 0.0001. I'm definitely done at .0002. I'm happy with my position as it is, but averaging down something you are confident in is always attractive.
Obviously, I like the company. I could be completely wrong, but it looks like I would be in good company in that case.
As for the bashers, I see three types. The kind that just badmouths the stock, the kind that badmouths the stock and anyone that buys it and then there are the people that have some deep depp issues that have nothing to do with the stock anyways.
