Agreed Ka-Ching... mm's know this and are playing the same games they've always played.. buying pressue is there, and as it continued to trade sideways, and people accumulate, it will begin to climb, and the buying will flow in faster. Remember, it's only about 14mil float, very small. Small buys move this quickly.

heres where we stand IMO, we dipped like we did the other day to mid .06's then we rebounded nicely. But I think we are close to having some big news here, so if that happens then we may go up again nicely. Waiting with patient fingers lol

well i really dont want to drop my shares, I think lvsg has a long way to go overall, so i am going to hold for a bit, but if we push .20 then i will consider selling some at that point.

remember this is a 3 week HOLD total, if we all can hold for next week we could be in for even bigger returns, i am hearing now buyers next week for a new round as well. So holders rewarded just like i said since day one

I just talked with James, and they are working on the PR for the promostaffing etc... a PR may be out this afternoon. We have watched this one go from .022 to new HOD daily and today should be no different. Do your DD and good luck, there are several groups pushing this to next week. Candydish

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 20, 2005 -- LIVESTAR Entertainment Group Inc. ("LIVESTAR" or the "Company") (OTC BB:LVSG.OB - News) today notifies its current and prospective shareholders that the Company is progressing positively towards the acquisition and financing of Promo Staffing.com, LLC ("Promo Staffing"). Promo Staffing (www.promobusiness.com) is a revenue generating promotional marketing company with clients such as Chrysler, AT&T, PepsiCo, Campbell's Soup, Wal-Mart, Malibu Rum and Coca Cola.
Progress towards completing due diligence and the execution of a definitive agreement and subsequent closing with Promo Staffing is moving forward rapidly. The Company is working towards a closing in the coming weeks. Promo Staffing is involved with numerous marketing projects that will generate significant revenue and excitement for LIVESTAR and we want to be a part of their growth as early as possible.
The Company is purchasing 60% of the outstanding shares of Promo Staffing with its common stock. This common stock is restricted and therefore cannot be sold for a period of one year from the date of issuance pursuant to Rule 144. The common stock issued as per the Form 8K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday January 14, 2005, is estimated to be the maximum amount of shares that will be issued to the shareholders of Promo Staffing. Additionally, these shares were issued as a refundable deposit in order to retain exclusive negotiation rights to complete the acquisition. The shares are held in trust with LIVESTAR'S attorney. The share amount might be reduced based on the final purchase price of the acquisition.
Growth financing required to be provided to Promo Staffing by LIVESTAR is planned to be provided to Promo Staffing as loans. This financing is being arranged presently by the Company and its team of financial advisors, led by Loyola Financial Services.
Other planned acquisitions, such as the Las Vegas Footwear Company, are likely to follow a similar approach to the Promo Staffing structure, but the Company will make the best decision for each acquisition on a case by case basis.
