We're all here lil. I don't post much, because I am still new to trading and don't want to try to sound smart, lol, but I like watching your play by plays. I get to learn. How high do you think this will run today? Do you plan on getting out by the end of the day or holding for a few?

The Purchasers are identified as Ruth Shepley (“Shepley”), of Houston, Texas, and HVST Acquisition Corporation, a Nevada corporation, owned and controlled by James A. Ditanna of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (“HVST Acquisition”). Under the terms of Purchasers agreement with the selling shareholders, Shepley acquired 8,200,000 restricted common shares (approximately 6.0% of the current issued and outstanding) of the Company and HVST Acquisition acquired 68,960,000 restricted common shares (approximately 50.4% of the current issued and outstanding).
I searched everywhere haven't found a connection....

according to an RB post.. The new ownership (James Ditanna) puts together deals and takes them public, then sells the company. He was involved in starting Osage Federal Bank (OFFO) and Epic Resorts according to SEC filings.
