i dont think we will dip like yesteday, that was because of panic sellers that didnt understand the filings. But all is good now and I expect today to be a solid return back to normalcy!

LIVESTAR Entertainment Group, Inc. Provides Clarification on Recent RW Filing Thursday January 20, 8:15 am ET
LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 20, 2005 -- LIVESTAR Entertainment Group Inc. ("LIVESTAR" or the "Company") (OTC BB:LVSG.OB - News) today provides clarification on its recent Form RW filing made with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 18, 2005. The de-registration of the 4,990,000,000 S-8 common shares was accomplished by its S-8 POS filing filed January 6, 2005. Those shares are no longer available to be issued by the Company.
The initial filing on January 3, 2005 to execute the de-registration was filed under the wrong form type called a POS AM. Because of this, the Company's attorney's promptly filed the de-registration under the correct form type as per the above mentioned S-8 POS. The use of the wrong form type was a mistake made by the Company's EDGAR filing agent. In order to fully complete the correction, the RW form was filed to cancel out the mistake of the POS AM.

First let me say thanks for coming to the board it seems like you know what you are doing and I think you will be an asset but as to your comment of "panic" selling I don't agree that was what a lot of people were doing (at least thats not why I got out) I don't know how much history you have with this stock but a lot of us here have been burned by it before. They got this thing to this price by R/Sing OUR money not theirs. I got in mostly due to the fact that they pulled shares off the market and even a hint that they are putting them back in was enough to make me run. What you call panic selling I call taking profit and CYA with a company that has proven they DO NOT keep their shareholders in mind. I hope for the people still in that this has changed and this thing continues to run, hell I may even be back in today but I do take offence to the panic selling comment.

Yup. It's good to see the company putting out this kind of information. Shows management is concerned about shareholders.
With this cleared up, time to hold strong, this is going up.

Poorman, sorry by my comment of "panic selling" What i meant by that is that the PR was very confusing and people did not want to get caught AGAIN in the trap, so they took profits and got out. However, I do know the history of this company, but I have called several sources and have been assured that Hawk is under new watch now and I think by them putting out pr after pr to clear up confusion does show me that things are different and I expect LVSG to show strong movement over the next few days, weeks and months.

when you say new buyers are gonna buy or new groups what do you mean by that? and you really think this thing could keep running for weeks maybe months? if things keep going good could this hit .20 like some are saying and if it runs for months we could see .5 LOL
