I tried to get out at .0325 and bits and pieces of my order were filled all the way down to .0285. I bought it at .028. Well i made a profit of 18% but it could have been much better if those MM's didn't keep lowering the bid. LOL Jonathan

JONG, why would you sell when the MM are taking the price down to get your shares CHEAP. This play LVSG IMO is a 3 week buy and HOLD, the float is 14 million and the MM are running out of shares, if we hold we see .30 within 3 weeks. You sold me your shares and i got them I am in it for the long run. Charts show a lot of room to go! This is just the beginning of a multiple day runner IMO

While there is a good chance you are right I saw a good profit for the day and tried to get out with all of it but failed. I guess you could say i panicked when it started coming down but i am happy with today's earnings and will continue to watch it from the sidelines. Jonathan

Just a word to the wize, not bashing but they have done at least 2 R/S in the last six months, LSTA TO LSTE to LVSG. Lots of people lost big on this one so be carefull. May have turned around and eveyone will make money now. At least I hope so for all holding

No problem. This was just the only stock I ever lost more than I invested in it. Only 200.00 in for 500,000 shares. After 2 splits and ticker changes, 1/4 share and down 240.00 due to 20.00 a whack for the changes LOL

Not only did it pop the top bollinger band, it also popped the 50ma and is still very strong. And OUTOFTHINAIR if it did drop 30% by 10am, I'll be fighting SA, Repo, BullzeBob, and others to be first in line to grab more. My Furry friend...I have DD'd this for 2 years and anything I would bring to the table would be slapped down at 3:55 in the afternoon while everybody worked themselves up to a froth as the market closed...AND all you have to do is pick apart that last PR...read between the line For example:"This deregistration was executed to reduce the potential for significant dilution."
Please don't make me spell it out. OK...replace "reduce" with "eliminate"...that would have been more convincing to me that they are not up to thier old tricks.
Remember...they run these PR's by lawyers just to make sure they are covered.

Good luck to all who are in this!! but I must say this run is making me sick, I came a mouse click away from picked up 5,000,000 for .001 back in the end of October.
I was a raver back in the day and thought it would be fun to pick up some shares since they were so damn cheap. I uncovered the previous reverse splits while doing my DD, and having been burned by a r/s before on SCRH I decided not to bite!
What a mistake on my part!

ONTHEAIR I was burnt hard by this one too, and all my DD would say run as far from this as possiable. But this being a group play with others rumored to come in next week makes profit a real possibility.I sure wouldn't recommend this for newbies, and a finger on the sell button is a must. MMs dont have enough shares to supply the DEMAND thats why they DROp the PPS to GET OUR SHARES but only if you SELL. Otherwise HOLD STRONG and the PPS will go UP UP and AWAY.

yup, mm moving around for shares and lucky for them they are getting a few weak hands out. I am still holding for my first sell of .20. This is a multi day stock and when we pick up the gaps and hold our shares the MM get pissed They will try to lower bid again, we nibble at the ask and sooner or later with no shares left to buy, they will have to come to US.

Looking to put some icing on the cake with a 10k buy, maybe on a dip to .045-.047. However, I think the MM provocated sell-off here is done. May have to settle for .049 before we head north again. Not bashing here but can anyone tell me where you guys are coming up with the numbers for the float? They have an a/s of 10 billion and their history is reversing and diluting. Their last reverse in November took the o/s down by a factor of 2000 but I can't believe it has stayed there with no dilution.

MM = market maker, determines price, bid ask, buys and sells and NITE is one of the most powerful of them all. We need to take them off the ask, they have no shares and are holding it down as we speak, so buys will kill them even more and eventually they will have to cover and then KABOOM

Now that i have extra time to sit at my computer, here is the update, everyone i know is still holding including myself. The MM are taking it down but NOT FILLING anything, why because they have no shares! But the next wave of buys IMO will come late today and from what i have heard a big push on tuesday from outside of my people i know that are in, source credible! And no the email address is NOT mine, but someone working for LVSG, looking into shorts. So all of you that have shares thanks for calling or emailing. The chart showed a dip and now its correcting to move back up IMO. I think we hold, wait to see and roll tuesday! HERE IS MY LATEST UPDATE (you all do you own DD as you know and buy as you wish, I am not a professional broker, but have darn good thoughts lol) I think LVSG if we all fill in the dips, and HOLD with the amount of buying pressure coming in this week we can push past .20 and mid range hit .50. Just my thoughts, but the more we hold with little float, the higher our gains will be.

my guess is about 40-50 mil outstanding, 14 mil float on LVSG, Thanks for all the welcomes all. I really appreciate it but most of all I love doing DD and charts on stocks for us all to gain on. Yes Earth, you are so right, Its always tempting to take profits and run, and usually i will say that, but for this stock, its stupid, because we OWN the float, so basically we own all the chips all. WE ARE THE HOUSE LOL...so we keep holding they keep raising, thats how we reach .20 I hope you all are down with that. Geez I am so excited my 92 shares (all that is left after the R/S x 2) made me a whole $2.97 today. Only have to make $435.00 more to make up the money that CEO Hawkins stole.

Doc I to was burnt on the lsta lste reverse but I've made it all back and then some this would have to drop 200% to get me back to even ( not counting the money I made back) they have made a believer out of me again. Got this from my other board nowinv: I called about the 8K.....The shares are locked up for a long period of time.....debt retirement deal and shares will not hit the market....Management is committed to protect shareholders and shares will not be hitting the market....As a matter of fact, I know of some guys that want in at the current levels that have done tremendous DD on the company and know what's going on...This will be moving up quickly from here. I can see this going in the .30's real quickly. Float is still only 14million shares.

I lost a little on this company when it was LSTE, but I'll say one thing this time around with the DD available and company info I look for atleast .30 and it may go to .50 if everyone holds tight; but I will be very carefull after that .30 mark gotta get that green to make up the first lost on the RS. Congrats to all that are making some LARGE bank on this.
After doing my DD back in October when this was trading at .0001 I decided to give it a pass and not buy. I'm a "raver" from back in the day as well as a bedroom house dj and thought it might be cool to buy 5,000,000 shares of a company that was involved in the rave scene and nightlife. Being burned by a reverse split in the past *SCRH* cough cough I decided to put my money elsewhere.
I shake my head and laugh each day at work as I watch this think climb!!! OH WELL!!! Lesson learned!

If you look at the filings, they files 2 'deregistrations' instead of one, this cancellation of 1 of those filings doesn't change anything, just clears up the paperwork, and corrects a clerical error. Again, they did deregister those shares. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in low or buy on dip.

Authorized Shares Authorized shares refer to the largest number of shares that a single corporation can issue. The number of authorized shares per company is assessed at the company's creation and can only be increased and decreased through a vote by the shareholders. If at the time of incorporation the documents state that 100 shares are authorized, then only 100 shares can be issued.
Now just because a company can issue a certain number of shares doesn't mean that it is going to issue all of these shares to the public. Typically, companies will, for many reasons, keep a portion of the shares in their own treasury. For example, CTC may decide to maintain a controlling interest within the treasury just to ward off any hostile takeover bids. On the other hand, the company may have shares handy just in case it wants to sell them for excess cash (rather than borrowing). This tendency of a company to reserve some of its authorized shares leads us to the next important and related term: outstanding shares.
Outstanding Shares Not to be confused with authorized shares, outstanding shares refer to the number of stocks that a company actually has issued. This number represents all the shares that can be bought and sold by the public as well as all the restricted shares that require special permission before being transacted. As we already explained, shares that can be freely bought and sold by public investors are called the “float,” and this value changes depending on if the company wishes to repurchase shares from the market or sell out more of its authorized shares within its treasury.
Let's look back at our company CTC. From the previous example, we know that this company has 1000 authorized shares. If they offered 300 shares in an IPO, gave 150 to the executives and retained 550 in the treasury, then the number of shares outstanding would be 450 shares (300 float shares + 150 restricted shares). If after a couple years CTC was doing extremely well and wanted to buy back 100 shares from the market, the number of outstanding shares would fall to 350, the number of treasury shares would increase to 650, and the float would fall to 200 shares since the buyback was done through the market (300 – 100).
Hold on a minute though--this is not the only way that the number of outstanding shares can fluctuate. In addition to the stocks it issues to investors and executives, many companies offer stock options and warrants. These stock options and warrants are instruments that give the holder a right to purchase more stock from the company's treasury. Every time one of these instruments is activated, the float and shares outstanding increase while the number of treasury stocks decrease. For example, suppose CTC issues 100 warrants. If all these warrants are activated, then Cory's Tequila Corporation will have to sell 100 shares from its treasury to the holders of the warrants. Thus, by following the most recent example, where the number of outstanding shares is 350 and treasury shares is 650, the exercise of all the warrants would change the numbers to 450 and 550 respectively, and the float would increase to 300. This effect is known as dilution.
Why Is It Important? Because the difference between the number of authorized and outstanding shares can be so large, it's important that you realize what they are and which figures the company is using. Different ratios may use the basic number of outstanding shares while others may use the diluted version. This can affect the numbers significantly and possibly change your attitude towards a particular investment; furthermore, by identifying the number of restricted shares versus the number of shares in the float, investors can gauge the level of ownership and autonomy that insiders have within the company. All these scenarios are important for investors to understand before they make a decision to buy or sell

trust me, i've been caught holding what i thought was a low float before, cuz i didn't see the preferred's (they were not listed properly)

LISTEN ALL - sorry for the confusion. The 5 billion shares will not enter the os or float. This was just a mistake and they filed the pullback of the 5 billion TWO times instead of ONE. So they took ONE of the filings back TODAY HOWEVER the filing still remains that the 5 billion are PULLED OUT. This caused a huge shake this morning, but for me I took advantage and still am for buying shares cheap. Still huge buyers coming and great things to come very soon IMO ALL is CALM NOW, BREATH! First let me say thanks for coming to the board it seems like you know what you are doing and I think you will be an asset but as to your comment of "panic" selling I don't agree that was what a lot of people were doing (at least thats not why I got out) I don't know how much history you have with this stock but a lot of us here have been burned by it before. They got this thing to this price by R/Sing OUR money not theirs. I got in mostly due to the fact that they pulled shares off the market and even a hint that they are putting them back in was enough to make me run. What you call panic selling I call taking profit and CYA with a company that has proven they DO NOT keep their shareholders in mind. I hope for the people still in that this has changed and this thing continues to run, hell I may even be back in today but I do take offence to the panic selling comment.

Agreed Ka-Ching... mm's know this and are playing the same games they've always played.. buying pressue is there, and as it continued to trade sideways, and people accumulate, it will begin to climb, and the buying will flow in faster. Remember, it's only about 14mil float, very small. Small buys move this quickly.
