Las Vegas Footwear is developing itself to be the number one shoe and miscellaneous footwear provider, in Las Vegas and worldwide, offering Las Vegas branded footwear. Las Vegas Footwear is the first in creating and designing footwear for the family (men's, women's, children's) that creates a "Las Vegas Only Feeling."
Mr. Ray Hawkins, CEO of LIVESTAR, commented: "Everyone we have arranged a private viewing of the business plan and the shoe line calls this acquisition a "winner." We feel Las Vegas Footwear, which is a business that can grow quickly and generate substantial and predictable revenues and earnings, is a key acquisition for our diversification plan."
The acquisition, which is subject to due diligence and final negotiations, is planned to be accounted for as a stock purchase. However, other terms of the acquisition will not be announced until the acquisition has been finalized.

I tried to get out at .0325 and bits and pieces of my order were filled all the way down to .0285. I bought it at .028. Well i made a profit of 18% but it could have been much better if those MM's didn't keep lowering the bid. LOL Jonathan

JONG, why would you sell when the MM are taking the price down to get your shares CHEAP. This play LVSG IMO is a 3 week buy and HOLD, the float is 14 million and the MM are running out of shares, if we hold we see .30 within 3 weeks. You sold me your shares and i got them I am in it for the long run. Charts show a lot of room to go! This is just the beginning of a multiple day runner IMO

While there is a good chance you are right I saw a good profit for the day and tried to get out with all of it but failed. I guess you could say i panicked when it started coming down but i am happy with today's earnings and will continue to watch it from the sidelines. Jonathan

ask of .035 will not hold long IMO. We are all holding so well the MM keep raising bids to get some shares but NO soup for you LOL. I think target of .30 will be here 2 weeks or 3 max IMHO all...charts are breaking channel now.

Furry, channels are being broken now, this stock is clear to .30 in 3 weeks. MA, MACD, RSI, all a go, rollin it out nice and slow

well the longer we hold glass the bigger the reward, small buys at ask on lvsg and hold for (me personally) .20 range means big big reward, buy on dips add support as well

Just a word to the wize, not bashing but they have done at least 2 R/S in the last six months, LSTA TO LSTE to LVSG. Lots of people lost big on this one so be carefull. May have turned around and eveyone will make money now. At least I hope so for all holding
