Maybe someone could set up an escrow account to hold the wagers that participants could make on the chances of CMKX reaching a share price of .002 within 2 months.

i've been watching that too. unless the restriction has been removed these shares can not be used to cover any naked short. the dividend shares to go to our broker accounts from the DTC, ucad's t/a sends them there. now if the DTC sends brokers restricted & unrestricted shares dont you think the brokers would know? lets say thursday our brokers depoisit both types of shares in the differant accounts. some ppl would have rerstricted shares & others unrestricted. the DTC nor the broker can restrict shares, only UCAD can. the news from ucad certainly couldn't cause this kind of run, something must be up.

Van, All I can say to that is good job. I remember you saying months ago that UCAD and the other partners might be the value play and you were right. I for one am encouraged to see this happening. I just hope it bodes well for the CMKX holders too.

UPSIDE Just flipped ECPN 5000@.14 for .66. Been a good day and we are not done yet. My bet was IF MM were shorting they would try to cover with JV's. I think this is what happened today SHAKE CMKX and COVER with JV's VAN PS It is getting very tiresome to kick the manure off my shoes & come into the house to handle these trades. What does one do ??

well ucad minus the dividends shares was about 7.5 million so over 10% of the float was traded today. but still if it was for covering naked cmkx shares it would only cover about 50 billion when the split says the o/s is 783 billion thats not anything like the huge naked short ppl were talking about. and i bet what happened today with ucad was why gemm ran. cmkx shareholders thinking a cover was coming buying it up. not that making money on these other shares is a bad thing but it 1) doesn't prove a naked short & 2)sort of causes cmkx to absorb any naked shares thus further diluting cmkx and UC has diluted it more then enough all by himself.

In that post, she also attacked me for no reason whatsoever. I hadn't addressed her, I hadn't spoken of her and I had said nothing negative about CMKX. She said:

Now, I ask you, noahltl, who is it that appears to be "bored and likes conflict"? That is EXACTLY what she is doing in that post!! That, too, is a FACT! It would seem that maybe "CMKX brings out the worst" in her...providing one is not in agreement with her cult-like, fanatical opinions and speculations. Then, everyone who has even the slightest opinion otherwise is a "basher", a hijacker" or some other such negative adjective.

Here's another one for anyone planning to go to that party to think about.
Whenever such things bring a large quantity of customers to a hotel or motel, the people who originate the party or show get their rooms and other things (such as food and party needs) free of charge. Guess who? And, guess who is paying the chit for them to get things free?
Better yet, who owns the hotel or motel where the party is being held? Does anyone get a cash kickback from bringing in all that business? Rooms, food, service, tips and possibly gambling.
I can just hear them laughing!! Hey, guys, we're going to have a party and the shareholders are going to pay for it!!! LOL

The party is sceduled for oct 29-31st go to www.casavantmining.com for the link I think today is the last day to register. Im trying to get a schedule of events form so I know which day would be the best day to go but as far as I can tell no one has a clue. I even emailed the people of ucad and cmkx and no responce. oh well at least I have a nice divy. hope there are alot of strong longs when the restriction is lifted that way I can sell before any drop if it is looking to be heading that way.

All food and drinks are going to be paid for by cmkx and ucad. travel and hotel is the responsibilty of the individual. question is again that no one can answer is when is the food going to be there and when are the important people going to be there. does anyone know??

Oh yeah I forgot. Because someone I know brought in a crap load of bussiness to one of the casinos durring that startreck convention. he is getting to use the penthouse of the casino's hotel for one free week, this year and one next year. if he continues to bring them the gamblers he could get some more cool gratis
