Cool! I'll try it out tonight. We should have known to use the format xxx-xxx-xxxx, that's the way you dial cell numbers

Just sent two messages to myself. That was beyond fast! My message came through almost instantly. Now, I'm sure everyone out there can see my messages, but oh well, it was amazingly fast.

Ok, I just checked and my messages are still up there for everyone to see. Maybe you guys can see the messages I sent to Don(me). haha! There are a few bugs they need to work out, but if their corporate stuff works as slick and fast as my text message just did, then there's potential here.

Odd, I just tried this format xxx-xxx-xxxx this morning against my cell # and it did not work...only xxxxxxxxxx works for my cell # ( with Sprint PCS)...surely its not provider specific(?)

I guess we'll have to stick with the xxxxxxxxxx format for now, we know that works.

This is probably that "unforeseen circumstance" prevented the FNRP distribution...
"SEC Rule 10b-17 requires all issuers of publicly traded securities, including Pink Sheets securities, to notify the NASD at least 10 calendar days prior to the record date of any dividend or other distribution, stock split, reverse split, or rights or subscription offering."
I believe this requires disclosing full details and I don't recall that happening or did it?

I hope that's all it was...or else we may be looking at another trickster push on the effective date. That would suck!

We got some news this morning. Nothing to exciting but still good to read.

RESTON, Va., Aug. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations, Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) will spin-off 911sms into a separate operating subsidiary. The company has also launched an investor relations line. This line will be active as of Wednesday. ``Initial feedback for 911sms.com has been extremely strong. Looks like another good news story today! I also called the investor relations line and was able to speak with someone. I let her know some of the glitches on the website, including seeing other messages and stored phone numbers being deleted. She said those were problems with the initial release, and tech support would have it resolved shortly. It was good to actually speak with someone in person, and not get a recorded message.

1) The "MY INFORMATION" still doesn't show anything on my login page.
2) I still don't see a way to edit my information should I have to change cell #'s in the future.
3) The spelling/runon error is still on the Sales/Marketing page.
4) The Signup/Invest page still says "call info@millenniumsms.org".
5) A Corporation would have to stumble across the corporate Ad. "About" on the main page doesn't tell anyone that there is corporate advertising behind that link.

Safeguard, I suggest you call the investor relations line and report the problems you're having on the website. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and encouraged me to call if I ran across any other problems. Call her and let her know the problems you're having so she can pass it on to tech support.

I can do that although I have e-mailed this address, info@millenniumsms.org, with the same information several times over the last week - ever since the site went live.

I don't think you're going to get a response to your e-mail... see below:
8-2-04 "Global is receiving a tremendous amount of investor calls and emails. This has created a backlog. Therefore the company is setting up an investor relations line no later than next week. Please do not call the company until such time as the dedicated investor relations line is set-up. All of your questions/concerns will be answered then," continued Atul Mehta.”
8-10-04 ``As promised, the company has launched an investor relations line. This line shall be active as of Wednesday. The phone number is 250-579-9914. Please do not call this number until Wednesday,'' continued Atul Mehta.”
I think calling the investor line is your best bet. I never got a response to my e-mail either, but calling them worked out good.

I talked with Lisa (Blackstock?) at 250-579-9914. She gave me the following e-mail address to send concerns to her - lbackstcok@telus.net. Here is my e-mail to her and her response...
Good morning (my name) I have received your most noted concerns. I will forward this to technical support. I know that they are currently working on several of the issues you have mentioned. Namely # 3, and #4 those should have been corrected yesterday. I am also forwarding this to Atul. I will remain in contact with you as this progresses. Thank you for your input and valuable insight. Regards Lisa
