Steven Grunberg, our head of programming, has signed a carriage agreement with a major cable company. Details on this will be provided later this week and there will be a formal joint press release.
Buckwheat...no where does it say the name of the cable carrier, just an agreement. Diana, can you poop me a bucket of $100 bills?

I agree Diana, how could this be hearsay if it is coming directly from the company. This is on the company's phone message line. I definitely wouldn't say hearsay. This is good news. They have an agreement and it will be announced later this week. Simple as that!!!

Ummm. Has anyone confirmed this ad? Talk about people not doing their own DD. I went to the bookstore and literally looked through 200+ pages to see if I saw anything and I saw nothing..Then I turn to the front cover and it said Forbes Magazine.. I just now saw the post that says, "Fortune Magazine"

Now THAT's funny! It takes a secure person to admit something like that! Thanks for sharing.
And no, I haven't confirmed, either.

I recieved this ad with my subscription of Fortune magazine.
the title of the ad is Consumer Watch:
The AD on the top of the page is about General Motors Recall
The ad on the bottom of the page is about Kodak Picture Maker:
The ad in the middle Homosexual TV.... A new cable TV is hitting the airwaves. The Triangle Television Network will make its debut in the next three months.TTN will specialize in programming for gays and lesbians. It's available to about 10,000 cable tv companies for $2 a month. Time Warner Cable Television has agreed to make the signal available to any of tis local subscribers. Programming will include taped gay athletic contests and fasionshows.
It was in an insert not in the magazine....

I was at a store today and looked in the magazine stand but I couldn't find "Fortune Magazine"

Coolish, the inserts delivered to the house and to the store are the same exact thing. Hence the word "advertising" If it is the "insert" then someone should be able to confirm..In fact, Im bored..Give me 1 hour and I'll post back here to see if its in there..I'll search through all the fortune's on the shelf if I have to.

I went out to the bookstore and bought Fortune with the same thought of verifying my own DD, but it's not in there. I think Vado indicated that it was one of those full-size inserts that is inserted inside the plastic when a magazine is mailed to subscribers, thus it is not in the "loose" edition you find on newstands. Such "to subscribers only" advertisements do exist in the direct-mail ad industry. We need someone with a subscription to scan and post the insert. Going to the newstand will likely get you the same negative results I got today. Although it is understandable if you need to satisfy yourself, like I did. Peace.
(Hoping someone on the whole board subscribes to Fortune AND owns a scanner?)

In many cases, people promoting stocks in a practice known as "touting" have failed to disclose they were paid to do so, as required by law.
Because the Internet is everywhere, unscrupulous stock promoters anywhere in the world can cloak themselves in anonymity and lure investors across America.

Also scheduled to testify at the hearing was Thomas Gardner, a founder of The Motley Fool, a respected investment information service. Gardner believes the key factor allowing Internet securities fraud to flourish is investor ignorance.
"If people knew enough not to make investment decisions based upon tips, rumors and touts and did their homework, they would not fall for most stock frauds on the Internet or otherwise," he said in prepared testimony.

Frank is so cute--love the man..He always tells me he love me like a dtr..
Frank is sending me a ticket to come to him. Next week.
Please continue to e-mail. I finally understand this..Time warner contract is 10 years. The contracts that they are working on are independent contracts and subsidary contractors of Time Warner. They have to be contracted independently. They carry the adversising industry in their back poctket.
The short cut to success. The soft launch it on and the full launch is July 1 and there will be no delays. It is a done deal.
Again keep e-mailing. Frank (Susan) is arranging my ticket now. You all know me better than to know that is is nothing but the facts.

Well, looked through the whole magazine and nothing on QBID. I saw Viacom, Fuel cells, & Operah but no Q TV. I think our time will come soon enough but for now, VADO is on my list.
P.S - Diana, do you have any comments on all the news I had found? Its one thing being positive but we would could some down to earth comments once in a while.. What do you think about them launching in the past and having all those advertisements everywhere?? Do you remember that moment or did you not read my posts? Just love your imputs so please comment.

You don't need a scanner. All you need to do is to take a picture with a digital camera and down load the picture to hard drive and cut and paste it to QBID.

Don't think I am bashing but don't you think they would anounce a carrier or advertiser if they had got one. It doesn't seem like they are doing to well. I have been an owner of qbid stock and I love qbid but this raises some questions in my mind.

You also have to watch what you say because people do read, they do listen, and they do remember it..WHY SAY SOMETHING NOT TRUE AND THEN TAKE A CHANCE IN GETTING CAUGHT?!! I hope you investigate me because I am real and I do my own DD with calls, research, and emails. I just drove 30 minutes to see the "fortune magazine"

Ok I am a subscriber to Fortune. My latest issue is the one with the Ford story on the cover. June 28th is the edition date. I did not get any plastic wrapping around it with any inserts.
They do target certain cities with different promotions and advertisements though. There have been inserts before that get tossed as soon as the plastic wrapping is torn. At least that is the case with me.
Sorry I was not much help - I have a subscription and a scanner! - but no insert.
Anyway - good luck to everyone still holding for tomorrow and the rest of this week.

Chaikin Money Flow chart just went in the green into positive territory which indicates the beginning of accumulation and buying pressure. RSI at about 50 is increasing rapidly past couple of trading days. PPS is just about to go above 50 day moving average. PPS is also moving towards upper bollinger band. Every time PPS has broken the upper bollinger band we have had a good run. Good news about a major cable carrier plus a chart indicative of a bullish turnaround means high likelihood of a breakout run in the coming days. Q appears primed to move on good news. A fluff pr will make this all a false alarm. As always, be sure to do your own DD before buying a security.

Sorry i am realy new to this thread and stock bascially ..i own it @.0122 which as you can tell i am a newbie. SO with this stated i was wondering if you could clarify something for me regarding the 10 year contract with Time Warner. Is that for QBID and where did you get this infomration. PRobably a stupid question on my part but if i dont ask i will feel even more stupid.

Think of it just in its basic terms...like a carriage. A vehicle of transport. But in our case our medium is not one of cars and passengers but rather of the QBID programming and cable companies to showcase it on.
So when they say they have a carriage agreement with a cable company it means that a cable company has agreed to carry their signal.
