Looks like the other QBID thread isn't showing the messages on the last page but instead they're showing on page 2. So I'll repost on this thread.
Hello to All!! I have Comcast for a cable signal here in CO... Has anyone else noticed the SunDance Commercials playing on the Weather and Sci-fi Channels (or others)? I just noticed them playing this weekend, later in the evening. SunDance all gay, all day. Here is the link for their website: http://www.sundancechannel.com/ I don't recall if we've talked about SunDance in the past. Looks like they're currently broadcasting. Would this mean we're not the first gay network on the air??? DOUGH!!!! I'm hoping this doesn't really mean too much to us, as QBID's programming will be so much better. Although it would be a great confidence booster to see a QTV ad on TV.

Like I stated before, I thought when you invested in QBID, a pickle came with it. I'll just keep scratching my head wondering where it came from then. And you dont even have to turn your head, I'll rub it in front of you too!!

Let me get this straight: 1) QTV in an insert in Fortune?! 2) Someone has succesfully subscribed already! 3) All we have to do is launch! 4) Pickles are being abused!

Reading that "QBID - 3 years ago" thread was a bit disheartening (sp??). Looks like they were further along then (with better press releases, carriers etc..) and the PPS still died and FO/QBID disappeared for a period of time.
Lets talk about what is different this time around that makes you confident we will not repeat what happened in 2001.

The biggest thing they are doing this time around is they aren't announcing anything "concrete" ie. carriers, advertisers, etc. until they're ready. Last time they announced all this before most of the contracts were finalized, things fell through, investors lost confidence and QBID was back to .0001. They appear to have learned from their mistakes the last time around, that's something to feel confident about. And having experience with trying to launch once, they know the pitfalls and what to avoid. That's my take on what's different this time around.

This insert in Fortune Magazine is HUGE news (or HUGH if you prefer).
As I mentioned before, I think there are bigger hitters out there who have been watching Qbid ever since they popped up on Viacom's news releases. At least they know the name now. Next they see an insert in Fortune Mag.
Then comes the PR that says Qbid has secured enough financing to operate for two whole years, and has gained a presence on Madison Ave. (I personally think that will be the content of the next PR)
I'm thinking that will be the credibility that some have been waiting to see, and some of the blue chippers just may decide to "stoop so low" as to pick up some shares of a their very first pinkie.

Ok gang, it's 8:15 pm Arizona, just got home from working. Can see that I need to post some of those older posts & articles. I think they are GOOD. Hubby wants to watch a DVD tonight... got to celebrate Papa's day!!
But I will get everything posted before 4am Arizona time... 7am East coast time.
Black & white. Ying & Yang. I think we will see that this group of people & company DID do so much of what they said they would. There were mistakes... announcing what they were going to do BEFORE they did it. Imagine what the competetion could do with that information to slow you down...
I'll be posting all the info on the QBID 3-year thread.

I sure wish we could start another thread for the Q stating what is going on. Nobody is posting on the other threads. I guess I am just getting too emotional and overwhelmed with everything. Maybe I ought to take a couple of Xanax, go to bed and just wait for the opening bell. A medically induced sleep is going to be the only way for me to call it a night!!
