Very cool.

I just checked it and it shows 66708... did you hit your reload button?

Vaugery on the part of those who attended the convention lead to the extended downtrend. I'm not singling Chuck out at all. All boards had someone that attended the convention and that person refuses to say anything other than "Everything is on schedule I can't say anymore than that".
For me this is great. Let the weak minded sell, I hope they do, drop this thing to half a penny and a bigger smile you will never see on my face.
Come on bashers, get to work, drop that price.

Either they know:

A) the situation is a joke and they went back home and told the ones in their circle of trust to get out ASAP....or

B) They know the price is going to ramp down and a major shakedown will allow them to buy more shares.

I'd be curious how many of the long holds are really still holding. JMHO

Diana,

I wasn't awake to defend you earlier, but I never doubted you for a minute.

Actually, what I thought when I read that you set up a conference call was "Daym, I wish I had balls like that!".

Then it hit me! You must resemble Sally Field then!! LMAO... not to worry though... I like her! I really, really like her! LMAO x 2...

Well, I'm off to work...see you all in the AM...

FOLKS, LQQK AT THIS PPS PROJECTION ==>>
From another message board:

I just got back from dinner with some fellow QBID investors. The topic of QBID's future pps popped up...and from our discussion...this is what we came up with...keep in mind that three of the other investors are very conservative engineers...You should have seen the table clothe when we were done...chicken scratch everywhere...lol

1 Year PPS projection

20-30 Million Gays and Lesbians in the US (that are out of the closet...this is a very conservative stat)

3% ROI (marketing effort)= 900,000 subscribers by year 1

900,000 x $9.95 = $8,955,000 x 50% (industry standard...cable companies cut) = $4,477,500/mo or $53,730,000/year

Advertisment/Founding Sponsor program...20 spots at $250,000 per advertiser or $5,000,000/year

Industry average is $2,500.00 per commercial x 8-10 commercials per hour or $20,000 per hour x 8760 hours per year (24/7 programming) = $175,200,000/year

Total Revenue

$53,730,000 (subscription per year based on 900K subscribers by year 1)
$5,000,000 (Founding Sponsor program based on 20 spots)
$175,200,000 (Commercials based on Industry standards of $2500 per commercial/8-10 per hour...24/7 programming)

Total Revenue by year 1

$233,930,000/year

Expenses (assuming 40%)

$93,572,000

Net Operating Income

$140,358,000

Per-share earnings

$140,358,000 / 4.5 Billion (assuming 9 Billion OS...after buyback of 50%) = .0311 earnings per share

assuming a very conservative (S&P) PE ratio of 18 and 20...

P/E of 18 = .56 pps
P/E of 20 = .62 pps

However...QBID is a very speculative stock...and could possibly have a P/E ratio of 30, 40 or 50...

P/E of 30 = .93 pps (our pick by year 1)
P/E of 40 = $1.24 pps
P/E of 50 = $1.55 pps

We agreed that a PE ratio of 30 was very conservative for such a speculative stock...if QBID's soft launch goes off without a hitch...and they PR a major advertiser within one week of the soft launch...our views of QBID being a short term hold will change...we would consider holding a position long term (1-3 years)

.93 x 4.5 Billion = $4.185 Billion Market cap...

At this stage of the game the market cap is the value that the world of stock market investors has placed on the company (at least for today) Much of this perceived value is due to the expectations of a company's future prospects. Market cap is not dictated by how "big" a company is.

Here are some related links on advertising and calculating PE ratios...
http://www.cheap-tv-spots.com/airtime.html
(scroll down to "How much should I spend on air time?)

I wouldn't have been able to break it down as well however I agree with every word of this post & once again would like to point out this very, very, very simple fact. There's a reason it's extremely difficult to find broadcasting TV networks that trade for less than $1 a share.

"All we have to do is launch!"

LAST TIME I CHECKED SINCE I'M ONE OF THOSE WHO GOT IN ABOUT 7+ OR SO WEEKS AGO:

QBID HIT A HIGH (RECENT) OF .027

HUM....

ISN'T THAT UP 27,000% FROM ABOUT 10 WEEKS AGO?

NOW QBID DROPS TO .014 TODAY

HUM....

ISN'T THAT ------>UP<------ 14,000% FROM A 10 WEEKS AGO? THAT DOESN'T MAKE MUCH SENSE THAT THE STOCK CAN ----->DROP<----- AND STILL HAVE RISEN 14,000%.

FURTHER, THE STOCK ----->DROPS<----- TO .014 AND TRADES $6 MILLION PLUS DOLLARS.

HUM....

WELL U4TSAF2, I GOT IN AT .018.

YEA U4TSAF2, I GOT IN AT .019.

ME 2 U4TSAF2, I GOT IN AT .01

SO THAT DOESN'T APPLY TO US. YOU JUST GOT LUCKY AND BOUGHT IN EARLIER THAN THE REST OF US.

WE GUESS WHAT:

U4TSAF2 BOUGHT ANOTHER 2 MIL ON TOP OF WHAT HE ALREADY HAD AT .02.

BOY, WHEN THE STOCK HITS .25 YOU CAN TELL EVERYONE WHO GOT IN AT .20 AFTER IT DROPS TO .13 THE STORY I'M GIVING YOU RIGHT HERE.

MARCH 3, 2006

L2 QBID

4X4.00
3X3.99
6X3.98
7X3.97

RESISTANCE IS AT $4.00 AND IF WE CAN GET THROUGH THAT THE SKY'S THE LIMIT

WELL HERE'S SOMETHING I GOT A PROBLEM WITH.

LOOKING AT THE PHOTO'S OF THE CONVENTION:

I SEE 2 PLASMA TV'S. I SEE ONE SMALL MONITOR. NOW I HOPE AS A SHAREHOLDER THAT THE PLASMA'S WE'RE RENTED.

ONE LOOKS LIKE A 42" AND THE OTHER COULD BE THE SAME OR A 37" AND I SEE A 19" HANGING ON THE SIDE. KNOWING WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THE PRICES ON THOSE THINGS, THAT COULD EQUAL ON THE CHAEAP SIDE OF $6,000-$8,000 JUST FOR MONITORS/PLASMA.

THE IDENTICAL SAME THING COULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITH 4 - 32" OR 38" TV'S BOUGHT AT WALMART FOR $1200-$1600 AND THEN RETURNED TO WALMART WITH THEIR NICE 90-DAY RETURN POLICY.

NOW HERE COMES THE RESPONSES ABOUT HOW TO LOOK PROFESSIONAL AND I REBUT THAT WITH THE PHOTO THEY POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND WE ALL KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. PLUS THE PLASMA TV WAS A OPTION I DON'T THINK WAS NECESSARY. OUT OF ALL THE FAIRS, CONVENTIONS AND DISPLAY'S I HAVE SEEN, PLASMA TV'S DID NOTHING TO INFLUENCE MY OPINION ABOUT THEIR "PROFESSIONAL" POSITION.

NOW IF THEY RENTED THE PLASMA, THEN LET'S FORGET I EVEN MENTIONED ALL THIS.

I'm not sure if I missed it but I have heard nothing about awareness at the convention. In other words.. Were there people staring at the booth, were there people asking about the network? Were there other networks/cable companies/satelites speaking with Frank or anyone there? Was QTV handing out anything?

Patience is the key here, nothing will happen now but I figured a convention is where you open eyes to other people.

I guess I would like to know if the booth was busy or was it just a glance and move on?

I am sure they rented. I have a trade show coming up and a 10 x 20 booth with two 42" plasmas and full impact panel was 10K. The plasmsas are about $1200 each for a 4 day show.

Here is a company that does that stuff if anyone is interested http://www.freemanco.com/

I have never posted on this board before but have read 99.9% of the post for almost a month. I would like to put my 1.38 shares of QBID in (get it?). I am a newbie and to some this may seem dumb. However, being a former school teacher I have learned that if you have a question, ask it...someone else also wants to know.

1. What is really wrong with pumping a stock? If you go out and tell people about a HOT stock tip and tell them all the good news/facts/DD that goes with it, aren't you then pumping?

2. Does pumping a stock really hurt investors? Isn't it the goal to make it go up and up? Especially in this medium. I mean, where everyone tells everyone else to do your own DD, can't we be responsible for our own actions?

3. If I pump and dump a stock, does that make me a bad person? I hear many people putting others down since they pump a stock and then tell them that they themselves are only out for money. Isn't that what the stock pumper does? However, I am in no position to be a day trader. I would need another 24,500 bucks to even be considerd.

4. Now about Cash's convention trip. First, thanks Cash, only wish I could have gone. I could not read the boards until this morning and seeing all of his post throughout the night being edited with "bah" I felt despondant. I did send him money because I feel "what goes around comes around" and I wanted to give off good karma. However, when I was reading the post and saw the "bah's" I wondered, how come the wishy washy, where is all this info. After reading up till now, I realize that he is correct. Giving false info is bad. Plus, if he is giving out info only to those who gave $, I never received any. If he is giving out privied info to only Diana and U4 and they were dumping their stock, wouldn't that be a Martha Stewart type thing? (insider trading)

If someone can really clarify this I would be grateful. I have read many post here and envy some folks and look up to many. Thanks for all your post and DD. I even like the post of those who give oposing views, it helps me learn. I just hope that I can do what many of you do. However, I know patience is a virtue. But what the hell is a virtue anyways? Thanks again and you guys ROCK.

Jimbo, there is nothing wrong with "pumping" a stock with honest publicly known information. I for one can tell you Diana is an honest woman who has in no way fabricated anything posted on this or any other board. What I can tell you is this: Those who are incapable of reading charts are at this point confused with the recent downsurge. This confusion has led to anger (as it often does). This anger will lead to two things. 1: "I'll never sell no matter what, I'M LONGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!". 2: "SCREW THIS PLACE.... I'M OUTA HERE!!!!!!!!!". Knowing this behavior will allow one insight into the coming price trend.
Like I said before, come on bashers do your job....don't do it here, but get it done, drop that price.

My definition of pumping is promoting a stock based on no real research. It's like if you go in blind and buy a stock at .001 and then tell everyone how great it is with nothing to really back it up, trying to get the price up to say .002 so you can dump it for a 100% profit. I see this a dishonest in that you're looking for the bigger sucker to buy your piece of crap stock. So in a way it does hurt investors because ultimatly someone will walk away with the cash and someone will be stuck holding stock that they paid way to much for. As far as making you a bad person, I'd say your intent would dictate that. If you knew going in the stock was a piece of crap, then yes. If you really beleived based on good reasearch that it was a good investment then probably no. But in that case I'd say our were more promoting the stock. A fine line there.

There are some on this board that seem to me to be pumping, but if you look at other of their posts they refer to good research done by themselves or others. So I look at is a just enthusiasum. Again, another fine line.

If I were to say "This ones going TO THE MOON!!!! If you don't buy in at these prices you're fool! And it won't stay here long. BIG news comming!" I'm probably a pumper. I'm trying to bully you into making a quick decision to buy. You don't want to look like a fool, do you? And I'm trying to get you to act fast without any thought. In fact, I'm doing your thinking for you! After all there's "BIG news comming!" Now one might ask how I would know this and nobody else seems to. To me, it would be obvious that the poster is trying to get buying pressure to get the price up so they can dump. I think this kind of post does make you a bad person.

Now, suppose I were to post "You might want to take a look at WXYZ! I think this one can really take off." OK, I could still be a pumper but I'm much more subtle. Maybe I'm trying to be helpful and simply give a tip on a stock for others to take a look at. But at least ther is no urgency or any statment that indicates I know something others don't. I'm stating an opinion. Again, depending upon intent, I don't think this would fall into the "bad person" category. It would depend upon what other posts the writer might put on the board.

Then there is the post where there are lots of links to good and timly research (NOT other BB posts, IMHO). I've seen bashers (and pumpers could, I suppose, do the same) quote information that is 2 or more years old. If you have to reach back that far for good (or bad) news you probably have ulterier motives. People who post the good research are not what I'd call "pumpers" but rather "promoters".

I don't know if any of that made sense (it's late and I'm tired) and I'm sure I could be clearer but it's the best I can do right now .

As for CASH and his posts, I can understand his frustration. Information given in private emails or conversations is considered private so he can't go publicaly posting it. If the company wanted it publicly known then they would put out a PR. Until it's in a PR it's not only rumor, but subject to change. Now, no offense intended to those who share such information, but it should always be taken with a grain of salt unless you PERSONALLY know the poster. That's just common sense. And CASH did say that if those who supported his trip email him they can get his report. (That reminds me, I need to get that done tomorrow.)

Sorry for the long post. Sometimes I get going and don't know when to stop! Now would be a good time.

Good night all!

When I did conventions for IBM we always went to a rental company that specialized in the rental of equipment such as plasma tv's, projectors, screens etc - even furniture if we did not like what came with the booth. Hopefuly that is what happened here but then again who knows ... not like these folks are going to give us a detailed statement of where their (and our) money is going...

one BAD part of pumping/dumping comes when there are unlimited supplies of shares being issued by the cm er i mean company....

the other is when a company hires a PR firm to "promote" a stock by giving options or just plain free shares. this isn't even bad as long as disclosure is made. however on a "free" bulletin board like this, the paid pumpers should PAY for their space like all the other advertisers do.......

Go QBID... i are not a paid a promoter...LOL

Thanks guys. I knew you would come through. And Yes, I bet there would be more that replied if it wasn't so late. I thank you for clearing it up and I do understand better. Now I just have to keep reading and learning about what is good and bad DD so I know who the pumpers/bashers and promoters are. I just wish I wasn't capped out and could buy more today or tomorrow when the price is low again. I believe in all of the promoters on this board. Hey, but like I said, what goes around comes around. Maybe I will find some extra $ in my account. Isn't it suppoosed to come back 3-fold???

I guess I've got to ask & this is for the TA pros out there, why anyone looking at the charts is supprised that QBID is down right now. I'm learning TA but from what I see the charts tell it like it is.

I know some of you will say that charts don't mean anything to pinks. Appears they do this week. I'm learning so I can take any feedback to this and learn from it so let me have it.

I guess what makes me bring this up is the new people who have joined the boards lately and the post wondering why we're down. I see RSI on a downturn (Price tends to follow RSI - Not always but tends to). MACD downward crossover which should have been anticipated because of the divergence(negative) while we spiked again up to around .02 around April 25th, current Bearish candle activity.

Also, someone posted earlier about a inverse head and shoulders pattern and I agree it seems that's what we've formed. I don't think it'll be complete and ready for a turn around until we've hit .012 or maybe even lower.

My guess(keyword) is that we'll see .011x area tomorrow and do a little up and down action around .012 most of the day. I don't think we'll see a uptrend start until Monday (possibly Friday but I think it would take super great PR). I'm going stricly off what I see in the charts and I'm still learning this so take it what it's worth.

I'd appreciate any feedback good or bad on my analysis. I've got broad shoulders and if I'm wrong I'm wrong, just prove it with good TA and I'll be satisfied.

I've put this out to help other newbies who may have bought around .018 and are scared to death.

There is a lot of hype and wishful thinking on the boards which I think it's great and I love reading through it myself. It can also cause people new to trading to make a big mistake on their first time out and have a major panic attack.

I know there are lots of you on this board who know this stuff and know it good and I think a little TA along with the DD would help others learn and make better decisions.

I guess I would like to see more reasoning posted when someone says "we're going to .025 today" or just put " I hope" beside it if that's how you determined it. I do think it'll help everyone if we give a little more logical reasoning for our predictions and learn from each other on the way.

JMHO

Thanks to everyone on Allstocks - I'm learning a lot. Lucky to have found it.

Okay, Let the Thrashing begin!
