Just my very humble oppinion. Deveny did their D&D & knows this thing is on everybody's radar. Any company that gets this much exposure can affect their reputation. Again JMVHO! Deveny made sure there was a commitment to broadcast, SOON.

IMO Cable company made some kind of deal that this company can NOT sell any shares till 6-Months from the day they bought in, or starting in no sooner then OCTOBER !!!, due to the fact the QBID share price by October will be much higher then it is now. Now frank at that time has the option of buying back those shares or he just might let this Mystery company buy out all us shareholders at that time. the above is only my opinion and theory but think why Time Warner gave QTV a 10-Year contract, then think does TW help companies that they have a VESTED Interest in finanically. well time will tell soon enough if?

Make sure to listen to the hotline update of the update.
It says that the signal testing is starting on the 15th. They want to make sure the signal is up to par before the actual soft launch.

Okay now.. I was impressed by U4's comments and his knowledge until this morning. He was soo possitive about QBID and he'd chase anyboy out of the board if they say anything bad about QBID including some reasonable concerns. I don't what happened to him so suddenly for one thing that made him say all the crap whole after-noon. What's the big deal about the Jun 1st date. All I can think is he sold his stocks waiting for a dip.

I agree that this PR has been blown out of proportion. May 15th was a discussed date prior to involvement by a professional PR firm, and my bet is that on advice of that PR firm the "official" date was postponed until it's a sure thing. And for the record (can't remember who asked it) Deveney is on RETAINER. That means Frank has a contract for long-term PR. We all criticized the soft launch date in May because the website wasn't ready, we didn't feel the copany/advertising contracts were strong enough, etc and now everybody is criticizing because they've delayed it to get everything in order. I'm buying more on the dip- but I don't think we're going to see much more of a dip. Just my opinion. ~BB

In terms of the launch dates set by the Q Television Network, I can only comment on those they have provided since they contracted Deveney Communication last week. The launch dates we were given are June 2004 for the soft launch and third quarter of 2004 for the hard launch.
We have not been informed of any delay in the dates listed above.

Wow what a change of mood around here I hope we end up a happy family after the launch still I seen panic set in and some bailed like always.Quit panicking because its not going to help your bottom line either. Patience is well worth it in Qbid's case. They are sending signal on th 15th and preparing for a launch on the 1st.U4 seems pissed like probably allot of longs but I'm not surprised with our pps making a little dive. Qtelevision has allot of going for them allot more than when we hit .027 go to go

JMHO but look at the market as a whole today, if you are placing sell orders and taking a loss I think you have been a victim of bad timing on the PR and negative market performance. None of the events, which have come to pass in the last 2 months, took place in the last attempted launch of QBID. Sit back have a scotch, sell your beer canes, and buy more shares.

This is part of the PR on April 1 The `soft launch" (Previously announced in a press release on May 15th) is online to begin broadcasting to carriage industry corporations and advertisers nationwide
The above could have changed because there are advertisers and corporations already lined up before the soft launch even started so a important need could have been rescheduled, they can't tell you the reason. Now we need a PR stating who is the advertisers and corporations?, I would take that over a soft launch anyday

the update on the investor's hotline states (and I'm paraphrasing) that they will begin signal testing on May 15 and fine tune the audio/video signal before soft launching to the cable/satellite companies on June 1... they want to offer the best possible product with NO bugs...
I suppose it's better to pi$$ off a few investors rather than broadcast a substandard, static-ridden piece of feces to the carriers... JMHO

I agree, but if that's what they're doing they haven't admitted to it.... they've made it sound technical...
I have a question that may have already been asked and answered, and if so I must've missed it.. but..... a pay channel AND commercials?! anyone else think this is odd? I can't think of any other examples of this... any thoughts? <--pharm scratches head!

If I were a CEO I wouldn't be thinking much about how half a penny up or down would affect investors, knowing that eventually I am launching and the pps will be more than we could ask for. On top of everything the market fell to its lowest lows since December so Qbid stayed allot stronger than allot of other stocks which dove more than 10%

Its gonna launch and be fine. I think some wanted to daytrade this a little longer and are a tad bit upset at the slide. A new buy in has been established and those now in will be happy. Please, just give is some time. TRUST THE LONG!

I think you've made some good points, BB.... although, there are plenty of "mainstream" companies that already have gay oriented ads... admittedly, many are print ads, but there is a whole slew of tv stuff... http://www.commercialcloset.org/cgi-bin/iowa/index.html
Getting the advertisers in at a low price is probably just a perk... if anything, it may be related to the elusive buyback we've all been speculating over... a half-penny per share isn't much to a large advertiser, but to a start up company trying to buy back BILLIONS of shares, it adds up...
I think we're on the right track though... i just don't see the 2 week push back as a negative thing if it's to work out technical issues and provide a perfect soft launch... don't forget, just one little glitch and all of the naysayers and bible thumpers will be there to cheer and give the obligatory "I told you so" comments...
let's get this negativity on this board turned around...

Pharm.... Qtelevision is suppose to be a network consisiting of everything ,advertisers, news ,events. Kind of like satelite international channels that broadcast for people speaking different languages and charging people $10.00-$15.00 monthly.
