I just bought a nice position at .0856 and I think many others are following suit. Great prices and I see a 15% gain from here by the end of the week do to a bounce.

Whoever didn’t get any at these low prices just lost out on some easy cash. There should be news coming out any day on the traffic or commercials. I bought a nice chunk at .085. GLTA

I agree with most of ya - IMHO the reason we went down is because everyone was expecting news on how the commercials went. Most news we have is on Tuesday so I think we'll wake up to something between 8-9:30AM of news about the "Better then expected results in the TV Commercials" and then maybe a follow up Wednesday of "Prizewise Revenues increasings.... XXXX Amount of Prizes raffled off"

We should def. see .11 - .12 tomorrow or Wednesday.
If its good news in the AM (really good) we'll probably shoot up quite a bit and then dip quite a bit for all those who got in at .08-.09 today.

Just my opinon! Good Luck to Everyone!

Ok..i havent posted in awhile but i would like to say that i am loving the bargain PPS right now. I dont have any funds to get more shares at this time..unless i take a cash advance on my cc which wouldnt be a bad idea. :-) Seriously though the alexa ratings are improving every week which just proves that the site is kickin A$$. Big prizes are going off all the time know and everyday seems like 3k or more in prizes go off. So the next big step is a HUGE RAFFLE ITEM..SOMETHING BIGGER THAN THE 2 plasma TV's. I never heard back from STEVE regarding my idea on having them match ticket for ticket on a big prize.....i thought it was a great idea to get a car or house to go off and get the public to really notice the stock. Anyway good luck to all and happy bargain hunting...man i wish i got more shares at .081 today!!

I just bought more TFCT shares. I also started my prizewize acct. Seems to me they need to offer better coupons to make it an even better site. Hopefully I'll win some of the prizes I'm in for. Good Luck to All.
Go TFCT!!

Good eye, bjay.

But I see the one you're referring to is a "Distribution From Trust to Beneficiary" from his "Trust for Benefit of Children". I hope that's no big deal.

I mean their coupons stink. I wont be able to use any of the coupons I was given, because I don't use any of those products or am not familiar with most of the merchants for which I have received the coupons for.

Click on the link in my last post. That's the SEC's Form 4

#1 is his name, Kevin D Romney

#5 says he's President and CEO

In table 1...

#4 "Amount" says amount is 133,334

#4 "(A) or (D") says "D", meaning they were disposed of, not acquired (A)

#4 "Price" says (1), which is a footnote below, stating that it's a distribution from Trust to Beneficiary

#6 "Ownership Form" says it is "Indirect"

#7 "Nature of Indirect Beneficial Ownership" says "Trust for Benefit of Children"

I don't know that much about this stuff. All I did was simply READ the form.

(The info from the Nasdaq site that I posted at 15:40 apparently wasn't updated yet.)

It is getting kind of close to the August 19. I hope that not selling any of the big ticket items won't hurt us. I guess time will tell.

That appears to be good news. He didn't sell the shares at an elevated price for his own gain, he basically transfered them into a trust fund for his children. That shows confidence in the future performance of the company and its stock price.

Regarding those commenting on SEC forms:"statement of ownership" Vs. Disposition. Until you've actually owned huge numbers of stock or options and/ or run a company as an officer....you guys have no business discussing these issues here...

These guys are just doing what you or I would do, given the chance:Protecting thier investments.
