Wow its been awhile since ive been on this board. I guess the stock has been trading pretty much sideways like I expected. But, as I had expressed profitability concerns towards the beginning of this thread..it looks as though I have a preliminary answer. The next 10-Q is going to be a huge filing. I will be looking for TWO things in the 10-Q.

Item 1.

No further dilution.

If they have not dumped any more shares, and their profits are now enough to support ongoing operations, then this is a screaming buy. 5 million revenue/500 million shares = .01 EPS multiple.

Item 2.

Specific revenues from prizewise operations.

If they can show me that they are cranking out growing positive cash flow from prizewise...then count me in for a significant stake. In fact, in the future I see them possibly selling all the other companies in TFCT for cash and focusing on their bread and butter. But the reason im looking for specific prizewise revenue is that the 1.2 million in revenue could be from one large order from Trident, their defense/security company. Now revenues are revenues, but still, I would like to see prizewise, which should now be their main focus, as a profitable venture.

Bottom line, if they are now generating increasing cash flow, and moving towards an earnings multiple of .01, then the stock price would be rediculously undervalued.

Looking longer term...This company might not even have to do a reverse split to get to a reputable exchange. I thought that with 500 million shares, they might never be able to get an EPS or PPS that people would respect but this company has surprised me. Cant wait for that 10-Q.

And for a quick comment on the recent spike on this news....

Penny investors are usually not investors. When a penny stock has high volume, it is usually momentum players getting in and then getting out. It was simple profit taking by traders that caused this spike and drop in price.

Good morning everyone. I don't see where this has been posted yet. This comes from the Prizewise.com site:

Notice posted 7/23/2004

PrizeWise is happy to announce that we are now allowing cash and gift cards to be posted online. This policy change is being made to take advantage of the high demand for these items. There are strict restrictions. Cash giveaways may not be posted for more than 125% of value. Gift cards/certificates may not be posted for more than 130% of value. Other restrictions continue to apply, including ticket minimums to post. We feel these restrictions must be in place to control frenzied posting, and to ensure prizes are sufficiently posted in moderation so that there are enough buyers to close the items. A new Cash & Gift Cards category has been added to PrizeWise. It has several sub-categories. Please post your giveaway or gift certificate into the appropriate category and sub-category. It will be reviewed within 48 hours and posted if it meets our posting policies.

I was just going to post that information myself. Too slow. I think it's good to see that they are closely following these raffles and can easily identify when a mistake may have been made. I've never seen a cash raffle yet, but there are plenty of gift cards going, and I may just add one to that list now.

The one thing that has surprised me is the popularity of coins and precious metals. And quite frankly, I'm getting jealous. I have posted Matrix DVD's, The Lord of the Rings DVD's, a Western Digital external hard drive, among others, and people have only entered a couple tickets. Who knew?

I think the better coupons and being able to preview them is good news if they want to get non gambling cheapskates like me as customers. I don't know if their AOL issues have been resolved yet. I haven't had time to try to get my coupon and AOL issues with them resolved but it looks like they are reacting to what the customer demands. I don't think you can ask for better from any company. If they haven't diluted shares I agree with the poster that this is a buy. I would say a screaming buy. IMO-Debi

21st Century's prizeWise.com Exceeds Second Month Projections

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2004--21st Century Technologies, Inc.'s (OTCBB: TFCT.OB) portfolio investment company, prizeWise, Inc., announced that its second month's revenues and total members exceeded their initial projections. Steve Rinehart, president of prizeWise, advised 21st Century that revenues for the second full month of operations were double that of month one. "PrizeWise is now serving over 13,000 members who are actively placing items in new sweepstakes or entering tickets in existing sweepstakes through the purchase of coupons," added Mr. Rinehart.

Mr. Rinehart additionally advised management that the total visits are steadily increasing and that almost 1,000,000 visitors have visited the site during its first two months of operations. "PrizeWise.com is continually adding refinements as evidenced by the addition of over 3500 new on-line coupons and discount offers which should be available by the end of this week," commented Mr. Rinehart.

Kevin Romney, President of 21st Century Technologies, commented that prizeWise is continuously evolving and meeting new challenges as they arise. "21st Century is very pleased with the initial results of this new opportunity and has committed the resources necessary to insure its success," added Mr. Romney.
http://www.prizeWise.com is a site which sells coupons, with an option offered to purchasers to receive tickets to enter sweepstakes contests on the website. The public is invited to browse the website without obligation.

21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company, operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. It holds various enterprises as investments and seeks to grow companies in which it has an interest.

I'm just trying to understand how well PrizeWise is doing, and since they are not giving out financial numbers, I'm just going to look at registered users. Obviously, I need something to compare to, so I chose eBay. Whether that's the best choice is up for debate, but I found something that was a little encouraging. EBay was founded in 1995, and at the end of 1996, eBay's annual report shows that there were 41,000 registered users. From PrizeWise's PR, they have 13,000 registered users in two months. At the least, it is interesting to see.

This is f**kin ridicules. Every time we get good news this s**t goes down. I guess maybe if we get some bad news sometime we might see some green. I am holding until college starts then selling; hopefully by then we have green. I was going to sell this morning because i knew it would go down, then get back in. Then decided not too risk it. I wish i did it because it went way lower then i thought it would. What the hell is wrong with it??????

LOL, I didn't even have to look! All I had to do was look at the pps to know we must have got good news today. Heaven forbid if we actually make the 10 Million Dollar profit mark for the next half of the year. I might be bankrupt.

I saw someone asking about financials and all I have to say is they just released their 2nd quarter financials. Look at the last PR before this. There is no excuse why this stock should be doing anything but moving up. I am completely stunned at this stock. I have truley never seen anything like this.

this thread's starting to sound a lot like TSBB's a month ago...I'm in pretty heavy in both, unfortunately they're both sucking right now (TSBB may have bottomed, though).

Another couple days of red and this thing could start getting ugly, and it will have absolutely nothing to do with their financials or PR's.

As far as their site goes, all you have to do is look at the "items recently won" column, or "items near close", nothing is moving. Only one prize went so far today. All in all, only three pages of prizes won (with just three items over l,000 tickets). They need to get their name out and fast.

This is pathetic. I wish I would have sold when it was close to .20cents! and taken profits. I am going down, down down, on my percentage gains. This sucks! Maybe if we got some bad P/R it would go up. Every good P/R makes it go down.

Guys guys guys guys. Every time it goes down from a PR you get so upset. THERE ARE NO INVESTORS OF SUBSTANCE ON THE OTCBB. People will sell and take profits or sell if the stock is not rocketing upwards. Im still waiting for the 10-Q so I can check on dilution and where the profit came from. If everything looks good then Im buying at least $10,000 worth.

Coulda woulda shoulda -
Can't take anything back - and thers not reason to be upset, everything is going better then expected the site is functioning. Remember TFCT is not just prizewise and their last news on one of the other sub companies was good.

Just be patient time will tell - look how up to date we are kept! Its a great company - I think the upset/downside of this board in this specific forum should turn around - its a good company no reason to be upset nothing goes straight up.
Only reason like I said before that their should be anyone being upset is cuz you did get to get more freeshares on all the runs, other then that its a good investment IMHO.

I think people are looking for numbers in the PR's not "exceeded expectations...." What are the expectations?
Investors want to know detail. Again just my opinion.

Meshoe is right; our company is doing real well. All we have to have is patients. Remember if you want something to go up, it must go down first in order for it to go up. GLTA

bjay22...have you been charting the prizes won and how much in dollar amounts they do a week. They average between 5-10k a week so far basically which isnt great but not bad. No real advertising has gone on...i dont think banner ads and emailing is the best way to get the word out but it is the cheapest. Secondly you will have to wait until atleast october to see any kind of influence on revenue from prizewise. I have said previously not until october or jan. 05 will they have a real impact because the commercials will have run hopefully across the nation. When this site becomes a household name or the first major prize is given away and the news gets hold of it then TO DA MOON the pps will go!! Just get more shares at this price cause your stomach will turn when it is sitting at a nice .25-50 range come december...heck maybe higher if that BIG PRIZE gets on the news. I also see a lot of shareholders trying to close out items by saying lets get in on this raffle or that. While it is great to help our own cause it makes it hard to actually see if we are getting more traffic and closing out prizes cause of new members or just us investors closing out prizes together. If this is the case the we should go for a bigger prize to get more public attention...who cares about the digital camera or plasma tv we got to close...a car, boat, motorcyle would be big news or better yet a house(does anybody have 400,000 to lend me so i can try to close out that item :-) ...just thoughts everyone...good luck on pickin up more share
