My decision may be 'Spur of the moment' IF we see some kind of spike and/or run tomorrow, Wed, or Thursday. I REALLY want to be out of this stock by end of trading Thursday - as I just can't get anything to add up. Like trying to put a square peg into a round hole.
I've had my GTC's set in 3 increments....Sell enough at .03 to be even, then 50,000 at .05 and 50,000 @ .07
After today - I don't think I want to be in this stock much longer - and after finding out the dilution rose over another 100,000,000 shares last week, to 1.1 billion -I don't know if this thing can even get to .02, never mind sustain that level. I wish I had never bought this stock - but I did, so be it. Now I also realize if I had just bought last week from .0035 - .0045; I'd feel a WHOLE heck of a lot better. But if we get over a penny, I'll be watching with my finger on the trigger. There are far to many stocks out there to buy where you may not be happy sometimes - but you don't have to actually WORRY about them - and if they are real or not. Now IF this really rises between now and Thursday and doesn't tank again - I'll have to re-evaluate. But I wouldn't want to stick around long enough to see if they even ever break ground for the airport project. I'd feel MUCH safer with more IBZT or buying some WNMI & QBID at lower prices, or DOZENS of other pennies. I'm not bashing - I just don't want to lose sleep over this stock. Good Luck.

love the market where did you see the above intel about the dumping of shares... it's most likely is a rumor i hope
But it's a waiting game overall remember.. SO WAIT..
the market makers are up to something look at csjj at .47 it hasn't traded in two market day's.... also we are getting closer to april 8th and look at cdvj at .0047 100 for 1 and guess what cdvj is a 100th of the price of csjj.
what we are seeing is the value the mm's are putting on the dividend..MAYBE... or maybe fun with numbers....

I am still in and holding long. I unlike many am not the least bit put out by this. In fact as it goes lower I ntend to once again buy more and more. Its been a real money maker running from the 3s to the 7s and I have been buying and selling all the while. I also have a heavy position I am not trading but holding long for the big pay day. Thats my 2 cents.

That airport looks like an excellent place to build a racing park. Drag strips and in the large grassy area a dirt or nascar track. lol

Another newbie question here- Is this company putting out more shares of stock what you guys call diluting so it keeps the price down. I thought their last good PR a few days ago said just the opposite they would be buying shares back, decreasing the amount hopefully so the price would go up. According to my account 28 million shares were traded today, who is selling at this price and at this time (so close to free shares), or is the company printing more shares where as the price will never go up. Please explain this to this newbie. A frustrated newbie who is still in the hole with this one. Greenhorn

Doji, the O/S is now slightly over 1.1 billion. It has been increasing every week at about the rate of 100 million/week. The CEO has said all the shares are restricted being issued to the big investors and architects and such.

I was checking out the chart and it looks like we could be forming a double buy bottom. It hasn't quite formed, but as long as this retrace from .006 doesn't cross the lower band in the chart in the link below, and then crosses the 20 MA, it is a VERY BULLISH SIGN. Only time will tell, but I sure hope something like that would happen. http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=CDVJ,uu[w,a]daclyyay[db][pd20,2!b200][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&pref=GPosts: 164 | From: New York, NY, US | Registered: Feb 2004

You can have a double dog dare, three black crows, three black clouds, a spinning top, "the hammer", a grvestone doji, with a morning star crossing Jupiter, and this stock would find a way to defy it, and trade at .0035. LOL Just kidding, hope it does well, I'm in it until the second coming of the doji.

I can't believe you guys are upset about 4 days of trading. We're still holding the 50% retracement from the run to .007, techs look great from here, and CSJJ is a few days away. Whats the problem, hell Im adding at the lows!

I don't think anyone is upset. I believe everyone had higher hopes for more favorable results with all the positives this stock has/had going for it. The decrease in price after the name change was disappointing.

Well Will I for one am upset, more with myself than with the stock. I did'nt do my DD on this one and I got hammered down 60%. The real reason I'm holding this is as a reminder to myself to DO THE DD. It could come back and I could make money but that will not change the fact that I should not have been in it at all.

Yea, maybe I should speak for myself. I know alot of you folks are in at .01 or more. I was fortunate and got in at once at .053, and back again at .063. Everything is there for this to improve, hopefully it will soon. My question is did your DD fail you? Seems all the things posted here that I have read are positive. Where is the piece of information that indicates danger, stay away?

I am just confused with CDVJ and CSJJ, what is the relationship. I know PAVP had its name changed to CDVJ and that PAVP has acquisition of CSJJ so everything is not CDVJ??? I had shares in PAVP on freetrade and they are now changed to CDVJ but I have no idea about CSJJ? thanks

T-Minus 2 days to go. We'll know the score tomorrow. We all have opinions of different scenarios of how the next 2 days may play out. Not than any of them matter. What will happen WILL happen!
At least Tuesday way 'buys' like Friday. I really thought the pps would be rising steadily ever since APril 1, so I guess the MM shorts haveing to cover was a big crock. Not too surprised. Next I thought we'd have a POWERFUL buying run right up til close on Thursday of people wanting free shares in CSJJ. With Tuesday's extremely low volume - and still a lousy share price I don't know WHAT to think.
Let's just hope for the best. Guess we'll know in less than 48 hours.
Good luck, Steve

Correct CDVJ was PAVP. While operating as PAVP they bought CSJJ. According to a news release, holders of PAVP, (CDVJ), as of April 9, 2004 will receive 1 share of CSJJ for every 100 sahares of PAVP, (CDVJ), they own as a divindend. Your position on PAVP, (CDVJ), will not be effected by the free shares of CSJJ. They are GIVEN to you at no cost if you owned PAVP, (CDVJ), as of 4/9, but reading the thread there seems to be some different opinions of the date you need to be holding CDVJ. Read the whole thread, or at least the last week and things will become clearer.

I feel like I said this 500 times... MMs having to cover was not a crock! If PAVP had announced that they were changing their symbol, and done it two days later, we may have risen pretty dramatically. Of course, PAVP announced it, and gave like two or three weeks for shorts cover. Does anyone remember our drive down to 0.003. What do you think caused that?!

I would love to see a ton of volume today, everyone should be wanting to get free shares of csjj and that should bring the price up, csjj is at .26 so you are getting about 50% on your investment right away. Come on cdvj!

I think maybe they won't release more PR's about more mergers, OTCBB status, etc. until they have completed their share buyback?? It makes sense so then they can make money off the increase too, instead of having to buy the shares higher. I'm really hoping they will release a good PR on monday, otherwise we'll see alot of dumping of shares....those people who just wanted the free shares of CSJJ.

No my DD did not fail I just jumped in for a quick couple of bucks because of PR coming out( I know better but we all make mistakes) got in at .012. After it dropped I went to the DD and I will admit it does look OK.Iwould have got out when it hit .01 but as I said this is a reminder to me to not make quick choices without research. Nothing teaches lessons like losing money.

.0046x.0049 now. Any idea why low vol. AGAIN, and only 2 days til free shares? It's like nobody cares about buying or buying more for the CSJJ shares, and almost all trades have been sells this morning.
What is going ON here??????? I thought we'd be FLYING the first 1/2 hour and all day.
Hippo - wouldn't you think they'd already be IN - or buying NOW because if they were prudent they would think the price would be much higher as the hours til free shares count down?
Personally I con't care about the free shares but may end of getting them by default. I was hoping - and still am - that the price would go high enough by closing bell Thursday to get out - and even get out with a profit. But I won't sell at these prices. Thick-headed me - but I'd rather lose it all.

Maybe the company is waiting until this monday to buyback shares, I'm sure they know that shareholder confidence is low and if they wait until the free shares go out and everyone sells, Im sure they will probably be able to get the shares at about .003 and then we might see another 100% day. IMO. Guess we will just have to wait out the week!!! Its not fun though. I enjoy trading so much and granted I'm new but when i get up just to watch my stock fluctuate in the red all day it gets annoying especially when I'm missing out on a lot of other oppurtunities. Including oppurtunity cost we've all lost more than just the value of the stock.

Morning all, my one question still remains.. where's Roger? If anyone remembers reading his earlier post, a few weeks ago, he was really talking PAVP to be a positive. He was even over the the HotStocks forum urging buys before the name change. Just wondering what his thoughts where? He hasnt posted hardly at all this week. Seems sketchy to me...http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/ubb/Forum2/HTML/003007.html B

Just for your info... I called E*Trade about my PAVP holdings changing into CDVJ... it had NOT been done, but the agent said he was sending a request to another department to update that. About the free shares of CSJJ... there is nothing shareholders need to do... it will be done automatically. By the way, E*Trade Canada service is TERRIBLE... always has been... even if your a Power E*Trade customer. Does anyone here in Canada use another brokerage house with fees under $26.99 per trade, can trade pinks and otcbbs on-line and has reasonable service?? Lemme know if yours is better than mine. salemm.
