After explaining how not much had been done so far on his parcel of land... and how Mr. C wanted more and more land, and how this South side would need 'some' infrastructure work... and how success of this venture is... uncertain, and construction pretty far away, Mr. B said: "Perhaps Mr. C would prefer to team up with another party for a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE project on the NORTH side... a project that already has TONS of interest from tenants, etc..." I've heard that Mr. C has told people that MAJOR news is coming perhaps this week... news that would be BIGGER than we thought... a SURPRISE announcement, etc... About investing in CDVJ, Mr. B said: It could be a flop (regarding St-Hubert) or it could be a major GOLD MINE! His words exactly (in french). He IS aware of Mr. C's criminal past... didn't think much of it. One thing that was made VERY clear: St-Hubert NEEDS development. There is major interest there. He also said though, that in the past, some companies had announced quite loudly that they would be building this and developing that, at the airport... but that nothing had happened, ultimately. salemm.

Actually, Love, he never said the South side project was unfeasible or would not be profitable. In fact, he said the goal of selling 1 million litres of gas per year? month? at the fuel farm project there was entirely possible. BUT, there was work to be done there. The way he kept referring to the North side project (just proposal stage right now, investor-gathering,etc...) all the time made me think it had a bearing on our conversation about CortDev. When pressed though, he wouldn't say if Mr.C WAS involved in it or not. It's kinda hard to remember the nuances now... I can't remember perfectly. Damn! Anyway, it was a long conversation. salemm.

its very very hard to be optimistic about this stock, i've lost way too much on this already, and i hit myself everyday i check the ticker. i could have bought qbid, but i bought this one, it'll be a long time before most of us are in the green again
