Whiz, thanks, that removes a few big question marks. Maybe it holds true, maybe not, but I truly believe in the value of this stock and the revenues generated by a model agency of Warning's caliber. Never considered selling in the first place, but now that there is some speculative explanation for the stalled pps I'm adding more... ~BB

Babe! I too believe in this stock. In no small part your obvious knowledge of this business has something to do with the way I veiw WNMIs potential.
I have no idea how good the info in that post is but it certainly makes sense to me. In any event if he's right that will just add to the fire when all the different business moves come into play for us!
Above all else, my plan with this stock & GZFX is to accumulate while they remain at these levels.
Sorry I haven't posted a reply earlier but I've been at work three straight days & this was my first opportunity to write more than two lines.

Summer is getting rady to hit and $ is always a little tight around this time. If I could invest some more cash, it would be in WNMI. GZFX, WNMI & QBID (even with the recent hullabaloo) are my babies. So many goals, so little time.

Warning! to Introduce a Malia Jones Clothing Line to Japan
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, May. 11, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Warning Model Management Inc. (OTC BB: WNMI) is excited to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Malia Jones and a leading clothing manufacturer to launch a Malia Jones clothing line in Japan. Respected surfer/model girl Malia Jones is recognized as one of Japan's top celebrity icons. She has recently been featured in four of Japan's leading fashion magazines and was the subject of a prime time television show. The show called Tokonatsu-Girl featured three of Japan's top young actresses and models that traveled to Hawaii to meet Malia. See www.maliajones.com for updates. Malia has also enjoyed definitive exposure in "sweeps" week prime commercial spots around the world by being featured in Coca-Cola's 2004 summer commercial campaign kick off.
Director Steve Chamberlain states, "Japan is the world's second-largest economy, and provides an attractive market complete with high income levels and purchasing power. We expect this new venture to be an additional source of revenue for Warning and greatly contribute to our goal of becoming a force in the branding and marketing of celebrity talents."
Malia's own range of hair care and sun care products in the United States is now going through a series of quality control testing and nearing readiness for distribution. Distribution arrangements with several national retail giants are currently underway.

I fought myself yesterday about buying some more at this price and didn't. Might regret it this morning. I hope we have a good run today but just stay low for a few minutes till I get some more, lol.

It going up and no ones even talking. I think this one and GZFX both get the less talk for such good stocks. I guess if you don't need help to be a great stock theres no need to talk about them.

coming back down - kind of surprised. this struck me as a pretty decent PR, thought might at least hold .016 or so. but looks like will only gain a few % today on it, and will probably promptly drop back tomorrow to .013 range.

Think positive blue. This is still a good company with excellent management. They are moving with or without the investors. I think the problem is that this stock is still considered a micro-penny for day trading. While I first played it that way, I am now in it for a long term hold.

I bought yesterday 200,000 shares and will only sell them in 16 years not before. Stop thinking to make money in 5 minutes (which is impossible)..... If you needn't this money hold hold hold and hold for long long long years and your kids (NOT YOU) will have certainly a better life.

Has anyone in this industry heard of, know anything, or done business with this agency? Looks like they're signing some big names.
SoBeShooter Registered User (4/8/04 8:43 pm) Reply Re: Warning! Modeling: Signs Paris Hilton and Malia Jones -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Warning is one of the best agencies in the Eastern World. One of the girls that I've worked with, Bella, is with them and absolutely loves them.

Yes, I've dealt with Warning and their models. Excellent agency. Though many they represent are out of town, they find some fantastic talent.
If you can sign with Warning, you will probably work a lot in this town. This agency is the creme de la creme in LA.

Agreed 100%! No excuse on my part, I doubled my position today.

That could have been the bottom but I'm not real sure of that. I played it like it was the bottom yesterday & doubled my position at .11! I hope to sell 25% at .30 & another 25% over .50! The rest I will hold for years!
Ok, see the name George Furla? It's because of his investment & transfer of ownership that WNMI exists. Steven's best friend...
Know where else that name recently appeared? FMLY. Yup, DeNiro's new film producer.
So for those of you who aren't putting 2 & 2 together, I am willing to place money on this wager: FMLY produces a film in the near future starring Paris Hilton in her first major role. I can just feel it. And I will venture a guess that there will be much involvement of Warning models in Family Room Entertainment films. Telling you- best friends. Great business partners. They know what they are doing.
It's a slow time for the modeling industry as well. You think it's bad for investors? Try being a model who works every day for a few months then sits around for a few months waiting for their work to come out. Most of the work/campaigns/big jobs for Fall 2004 are in production and will shoot soon or have been shot. In other words, sit tight cuz if you sell now you will miss al the revenue generated when the model biz launches all the new stuff Sept 2004. Until then, there will be some nice things going on, but twice a year- Apring & Fall- during the collecitons is when the agencies pull out their big guns with the PR.
Yes, now is the time to look at FMLY. I see a close association for these two companies in the future. Just my opinion. GLTA!!

Expanding on the "don't sell now it's not the busy time yet" caveat, I took a look at Warning's SEC financial filings. It is clear that their revenue picks up in the 3rd and greatly in the 4th quarters. Such is the biz. Hold on.

.003? For a company who has done nothing but add value? Granted, the hype shot it up a little high at times, but once this company starts reporting revenue returns on all these recent contracts I think we'll see the real value reflected. You do understand that there is no additional overhead cost for Warning to make these deals? As in- they're set up, have their agents, and by creating licensing agreements they're doing nothing but adding revenues to future quarters? they have nothing further to do but profit. And grow. And make us money.
JMHO.

Anybody have any opinions or any sort of time frame for WNMI right now? I'm holding strong, and I have a little extra $ this week and I'm thinking about increasing my position. I mean I'd be a fool not to at these prices, however, I'd kind of like to find something that I could do some day trades on in the near future. WNMI is a great long term find. I just want to turn some $ over so I can increase shares. Anyone thing that this might be a good one for that?
