Looks like it is going to make a go at pricing-in the future of the company, not the past.

I was lookin' for the thread to post the same thing. Nice, quiet run up today with quite a spread for Tuesday's open. Still on board. Did we ever hear back from Warning as to whether they are delisting from the Berlin Xchg? ~BB

Nothing yet. Last week, the low pps/berlin listing connection was all I read about on RB. Lately, the tune has been changing to shorting from Berlin not being as intense or having as much of a major impact on us as some think. Either way, it would be nice to hear directly from Warning about their 'official' stance on this issue and when it can be resolved. Bullrun coming soon....I'm pumped for that. Live here in South Florida and will be going down to South Beach to check things out. Will report back with details and my take on things there.

Babe, the last email Bonar sent me indicated he expected to take a position on the issue last week, pending legal advice; still no word from him either way. I'm hoping we hear this coming week, it would be nice to have that open question become moot.

I've seen a couple other stocks on the Berlin xchg give a couple days notice before the delisting would occur. So just type in wnmi.be at yahoo finance (or wherever you go) and look for the double asterisk and the date to be dropped. If you don't see it, it may still be a while.

I think the company owes us an answer as to whether they are requesting the delisting.
If I remember correctly, longfellow, they said they would "investigate" the situation. When it happens is perhaps out of their control- them initiating the action is another.
I'm emailing Brian Bonar. Longfellow, please let us know if you hear back. ~BB

if i remember right, they barely seemed aware that there have been recent problems with the Berlin Xchg. guess they're really busy making money =)

Babe I hope they're really busy making money.
As for the Berlin exchange, where there's smoke there's fire. Too many believe the impact of that listing is negative to disregard it. I want WNMI to remove that listing.

Vinny, I see that fresh off of your bogus Paris Hilton buying WNMI garbage, you are now pumping the idea of qbid potentially signing a contract with directv. so apparently this is your new "angle" - make up bogus rumors? Nice.

Does my post look like a rumor? I clearly stated it is my honest opinion...Did I tell everyone to go and buy qbid on a rumor?? I didn't think so

Although it is nice to think about this at .10 and as much as I would love to see it, it would be pretty uplifting to see this hold steady over a penny first.
A solid foundation would be nice to see and then a steady climb. The potential is there.
P.S. Thanks to many of you for the early insights on this one. I too have high hopes for it. (BB, Whiz, blue & others)
------------------ PENNIES are like HORSES, they can take you for WILD rides. But it's nice to be on a PENNY if it bucks! ...... Especially if it 2 BUCKS or 3 BUCKS!

Two months? That's August, usually a bad month for the pennies, you might want to rethink your prediction. But, I wouldn't be surprised to be at 4-5 cents by fashion week, in September. The pps is artificially low right now, IMO. And once the numbers are in for Q3 and Q4, I think this will be a whole other ballgame.

And I agree with whoever said BB is a babe!
Lonfellow!
That would be me for one. Can't believe I was the last to see her site after reading her posts here for months.
As to .04 or .05 by September I'ld be happy with that but I'm long term & believe we will see alot more. Some penny growth companies really do go past a buck & this one is a better canadate than many!

I'm not bashing guys. I'm considering buying in BUT I have to ask:
Isn't aynone concerned about these statements in their 10Q?
****************************************** WNMI's revenues have been insufficient to cover operating expenses. Therefore,WNMI has been dependent on private placements of its common stock and issuanceof convertible notes in order to sustain operations. In addition, there can beno assurances that the proceeds from private or other capital will continue tobe available, or that revenues will increase to meet WNMI's cash needs, or thata sufficient amount of WNMI's common stock or other securities can or will besold or that any common stock purchase options/warrants will be exercised tofund the operating needs of WNMI.

Over the next twelve months an addition of $400,000 will be needed to sustainthe business. Management is of the opinion that sufficient working capital willbe obtained from operations and external financing to meet WNMI's liabilitiesand commitments as they become payable. WNMI has in the past relied on privateplacements of common stock securities, and loans from private investors tosustain operations. However, if WNMI is unable to obtain additional funding inthe future, it may be forced to curtail or terminate operations. A recentfinancing has been obtained see Note 12, Subsequent Events, of the notes tofinancial statements.
Thoughts? Comments?
BTW, what is BB's site?

Yes, I agree, I've stated before that if management plays their cards right over the next year they have a decent shot at getting listed on NYSE, given their creative approaches to potentially lucrative licensing deals. My focus is on 2005 and 2006.
