We need to know people are getting their keyboards soon. It's not fun to watch the price drop, but a PR isn't gonna help us UNLESS it says that the keyboards have been shipped (to customers and the retailers - NOT from VKB in Israel to Ibiz in Phoenix.
If the Zillions of dollars worth of Free publicity all over the world hasn't made us take off (most likely because of the high OS), then NOTHING but delivery of the keyboards will, imo.
The sad part is seeing stocks with NO product and NO real business trading from .10 - $3.00; yet we have a definite winner that can't (well -hasn't yet - it CAN) explode. I read the PR about AGIS and the India deal THAT morning and thought "so, big deal", and even though it came crashing back down, there was enough interest to get it from nothing to .73 in a few HOURS. We have HUGE TV coverage, BusinessWeek, tons of other publications - and we're dropping.
The shorters getting a reprieve until April 1st doesn't help pennyland either.
This is one of the very FEW penny stocks that I actually consider an "investment". Price isn't going to do much now, imo, except drift sideways and lower until that PR is released.
We've had plenty of 'fluff' PRs that did nothing for pps, and even the good one about CC didn't do much. We've heard since last Sept. that the keyboard would be delivered in Nov; then Jan, now Feb-MArch. Once it is delivered and people can use it - Then we'll SOAR, and it could be a NEOM or AGIS-like run, even though it would retrace from an emotion based spike. Then when the 1st Qtr, #s come out, we should hit a new plateau, then Blue Dock this summer, followed by the VKB for cell phones, and we could, if all the products are as well received as we anticipate, then be considered 'one of the player' AND "Stock and Company of the Year".
It's got MY vote for sure!
Good luck to all, Steve

I don't mind about the price dropping... But something bothering me is that I bought it at the high price, and when price drop, other people can buy my amount of shares with using half of the amount of money... Keep thinking of that make me mad... =)

TTMaster - then HEre's something to make you feel good. I had bid in back in Dec. for .003 for 500,000 shares, when it was .0033 x .0034 - I never got filled and it ran to .007 - On New years Eve I paid .0164 for a whole lot less shares, bout some more at .06 (which I quickly sold most of when it starting dropping again). But this is one of the few pennies I call an 'investment', and if they deliver as promised, then .02 - .10 will seem sooo cheap!
Good Luck

I bought 2M of GWDL today, they got news and they expect to increase their revenue through a new product line. The best part is that they bought back 500M shares last month!
This sounds like a mighty good investment, of course do your own DD for yourself.

As I sit here eating my lunch at my desk and contemplating your first e-mail, I truly thought it was a joke. In that regard, I sent a jokeful response to you. Anyway, we are excited about our company, the products and the direction we continue to move in.
To that point, we have all intentions of continuing to enhance the value of this company through aquisitions and mergers, however, your lead below is a bit of a departure from our core business plan. Amazingly we have brought this company from its death a couple of years ago to where it actually has a tremendous growth path ahead. We're looking at many technologies, however, they are all based on the mobile professional and how he/she works. That is not to say we won't do something in and around the cell phone industry. As you know, the PDA and cell phone are converging and needless to say, that becomes a natural market of us to embrace in the future.
The share price frankly has amazed all of us here as well as the street I'm sure. As you know we were well under water with convertible debt and really felt it would be some time we could move the share price above a penny. To that end we embraced various products over the last two years that were unique and added usable value to PDA ownership. Prior to the virtual keyboard we had one focus and one focus only. That focus was to bring revenue generation to this company. We had really given up on the share price. Again, the share price increase took us all by surprise.
Finding the virtual keyboard was a wonderful event in many ways. First it brought tremendous exposure to the company and its stock price. At the time the stock was a tremendous bargin. Today it really is up to the purchaser to determine if it is a bargin at 4 cents or not. I can't speculate on whether it is or it isn't. What I do know is this, we have a tremendous amount of back orders for the tecnology. Our delivery will meet our schedule, although I'm told there is much speculation on whether the product is real or not. Even to that point, it is our understanding some people on message boards spread rumors that the product doe not even exist and the press release that was put out regarding shipping was false. Let me assure you, the statement we put out on shipping was in fact true. The shipments we made went to analysts and the media. We shipped everything we had after the show and as a direct result of the show interest.
Our virtual keyboard is not behind schedule, however, speculation would have you believe it is grossly overstated and way behind. Again, not the case. After CES, we opened up our production facility and began assembling units. Today that process continues. Production in and of itself has be debugged and set up so the end product is meets our QA expectations as well as the customers quality expectations.
Today production is well underway. I think everyone was under the impression we were in full product at the time of CES, however, as I explained above, we were only beginning production directly after that. A bit more than a month has passed and we are constantly being blasted with irrate shareholders wondering where the product is and when it is going to ship. That being said, the product will ship when it is ready and not before. Regardless of the wishes of the share holders in general. Afterall, it is easy to be a shareholder, but to build a product from scratch is a task that requires much more than wishful thinking for a short term gain in share value. We do hope the share price will maintain its current level and hopefully when this company demonstrates it can produce product and revenue it will improve through that performance.
Again, thank you for your kind words and intentions in your e-mail. If you need to share this e-mail with other investors, I don't think there would be a problem from my side with anything I have stated here.
Best Regards,
Ken Schilling

Mr. Ken, thanks for you reply. u know, when i sent that email to you, i didn't actually expect u would reply it. lol anyway, thanks again all jokes aside, i do love your company's stock. i got in around some 0.035/share and have been stayed since then. I was kinda regretful when i didn't get out at that 0.07 peak weeks ago, otherwise would have accumulated more shares..well..i never know what's going to happen~~ anyway
honestly, your company's stock is great (in a sense that a lot of people have made huge bucks so far); but its products ( please forgive me if i offended you ), in my humble opinion, did have some limitations in market; Depite other huge competitors around, the most important factor is, would customers really "love" them? ---- i mean, ofx, at first, since it's something we never seen before, I might just order one or two to take a look at how "cool" it really is, but after a while, it's very likely and reasonable if i get bored and lose interest, you know...
sure the stock will respond dramatically; but in a long run, i really doubt it could keep it up..
I guess (purely guessing) when nice PRs come out later, pps will rally considerably -- give it a 10 bagger would be reasonable considering all the hype around your company right now. by then you would have valued more than "millions" would you be considering shifting your business core into other sectors in the future? or to acquire other undervalued businesses to prop up whatever you wanna achieve in a long run?
I have spotted a Chinese company called "China Continental Inc." trading on the OTCBB under ticker simbol "CHCL". if you look up its financial, this company has more than $170Million assets with virtually no debt (book value around $0.6 but trading at $0.04 level recently). Since it's audited in China, lot of potential investors doubt its "legitimacy" or "authenticity" thus dare not to get too "deep" into it. however, I was actually born there and have seen this company growing from a little farm. this company deals with planting, harvesting and sale of forage grass, fish, livestocks etc. its CEO and insiders are holding about 33% of the O/S. ( but the actual value is even less than 10th of your holdings in iBIZ if iBIZ gets over 10 cents/share) there are more than 5 people on its board but only one of them is a "major" holder, its reported employees are 40 but actually there are more than 300 workers working on its farm ( most of them are poor farmers who get paid about 50 US$ monthly! ) As you may have heard of the new Chinese governement is actually trying to shift its business policy so that vitually all "government controlled ones" will be "privatized" in near future. unlike rampant economic growth around South and Southeast of China, this company is located in the north where business activity is still very "primative", and that's why it hasn't been "scouted" out yet...
anyway, you can ignore all those stuff I wrote above if you're not interested. you may ask why do I make recommendation to you while I can actually do it myself...
The answer is this, (again, in my humble opinion) unlike the stock market where some people get rich by "eating" others' money, for a successful business entity, when it's still not "grown-up" yet, "sharing" is a very important concept --- you have to make yourself rich by helping others get whatever you make. When they are happy, they like you, then they pay you back by awarding you trust and credit. which in turn accelerate your growth until some day you become so large and powerful that they have to show you "respect" instead... that's my undestanding of "trading relations".
At last, Best wishes to you and your future business!!
Regards, Sherman

February 1, 2004 ---------------------------------------- (Date)
We have never initiated coverage of a stock with a price so low. In fact, we were torn between the strong promise of the company’s technology and a sub-optimal capital structure. However, the parallels between IBIZ Technology Corp., a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants and hand-held devices and Socket Communications, a big winner for our followers, are strikingly similar.
The company recently launched the Virtual Laser Keyboard at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The Keyboard attaches to PDA’s and projects the image of a full-size keyboard onto the surface of the desk where the PDA is placed, making it easy to input text without a physical keyboard. Unlike many small snap-on keyboards for PDAs, the Virtual Laser Keyboard provides a full-size QWERTY keyboard. It is also smaller and more convenient to use than the folding-type keyboards made by some manufacturers and similar to them in functionality. The Keyboard requires no special training.
It employs a USB/serial cable connection to communicate with the PDA or PC. Future models will incorporate Bluetooth and/or IR Wireless Connections to a variety of devices. The light weight device weighs two ounces and is similar in size to a disposable cigarette lighter. The Keyboard includes a self-contained, rechargeable lithium ion battery. It provides the device with its own internal power supply, so it doesn't drain any battery power from the PDA or PC. The battery lasts three to four hours, more than enough time to do some instant messaging and SMS messaging from the handheld device or to update calendar and phone book entries. The cost of the device is $100.
The Keyboard has generated a great deal of attention. Recently, the Boston Globe featured the device, along with Tech TV & CNN. The company also noted that at the recent Consumer Electronics Show (CES), investors were lined up 10 deep. Tech TV nominated the device for its Best of CES. IBZT received more pre-orders for the Virtual Keyboard in the first twenty-four hours on its site than any other product it has sold in an entire month in its 24-year history.
Since November 2001, the company has been rebuilding its product offerings in and around the PDA accessory industry. Last April, it launched two new products, The Xela Case/Keyboard, and The CF (Compact Flash) Pocket Radio. In September, it began shipping The SD (Secure Digital) Pocket Radio for Palm handheld devices. While the company has consistently been generating losses, its revenues have been steadily growing. For its third quarter ended July, 2003, the company reported revenue of $146,000, more than double its previous quarter, and more than the two previous quarters combined. With a strong backlog from the Virtual Keyboard, IBZT should report its highest sales quarter ever when it releases results for the period ended January, 2004.
So why is the stock trading for pennies? The answer is its capital structure. Unlike other companies that have solid capital structures, iBIZ has had to fund itself with a convertible debenture, which has diluted investors and kept the share price down. Still, when we initiated coverage of Calypte Biomedical approximately six months ago, it had a similar structure. Just one month later, shares had surged from $0.12 to nearly $1.70. If the company is successful in improving its capital structure, a strong increase in price could occur.
The stock has rallied over the last two weeks, as a result of the excitement surrounding the Virtual Keyboard, causing the stock to double on enormous volume. The stock traded over 700 million shares in one day. This is due to strong interest from investors, and institutions converting stock as a result of the financing. Due to the large number of shares currently outstanding, the company has a market capitalization of approximately $75 million, enough for a listing on the American Stock Exchange. The combination of growing interest in its promising Virtual Keyboard, along with an improved capital structure could make this stock a big winner for speculative investors.

Large % of holding in a publically traded company required filing it on record with the SEC. The same applies to certain circumstances of a large sale or purchase.

At these prices I'm buying as much as I can... dumped my entire portfolio (except for GZFX) so I could put it all into IBZT as close to 4 cents as possible.

I don't know about you, but if a company's President and its officers start buying insanely large amounts (more than 1.5 Billion!!)of its stock, something's gotta be brewing. Don't think that they'll throw in their money if the company is not going anywhere.
Of course, do your own DD

Maybe because so many people bought the company shares, he afraid to loose his presidency position? LOL

I agree, I see us coiling tighter and tighter and then a new support in the neighborhood of 0.07 Mid-March. Oh, and not to be a pain in the a-- but, I think you mean a morning star. An evening star would be present gapping above the top of an uptrend and foretell a downward reversal - a very bearish sign.

Well it looks like the wannbe analysts are done posting 2 year old news so it appears to be safe to post again. I am just so impressed at what a brick wall there is at around the .04. Any dip below that and a quick retrace back up seems to follow. I did a Bart manuver by selling at .049 and re-bought at .0405 to give my holings a nice little free share add. In the past this manuver has burned me but this time it worked.

well I have been thinking about trying to average down. If the chart repeats it self Ibiz should run up to above .048 at least, on monday, then it would slowly decline over the next couple of days to a level that I could buy back in at. The problem of course lies in that if they come out with news when im waiting for it to go back down Ill miss the boat. I need some imput on this one, do we expect news this week, not that I think anyone would really know but I thought I would ask. what should I do?

If you can gaze into the crystal ball and answer that one I will pay you for the future! LOL I want to see another story like this one........... Highest Share Value On March 27, 2000, the share price for one share of Yahoo! Japan stood at JPY120.4 million ($1.12 million). Yahoo! Japan is the nation's dominant information portal, and the scarcity of the stock contributed to the dramatic rise in price. Japanese company Softbank owns 51.2% of the company, with US-based Yahoo! owning 34.2% . Yahoo! Japan's share price has increased 4,700% since December 1998. Posts: 563 | Registered: Jan 2004

Right now we are set for a monsterous move... by looking at the charts... we are in consolodation with a tighting triangle. The last candle stick was a hammer at the bottom of the down trend.. in the last 2 weeks when we were at this point it jumped back up to around .05 on the following day. we are also way over sold. Monday should be a great day... The one thing that could change it all is news. that could put us way through the resistance at .05 . Or to be objective the news could say that every vkb has exploded and killed the delivery men. this being of course not so good news I would venture to say the price might go down alittle. The charts look good, anticipating good news. sounds poised for a run. Just my opinion. do your own research as they say around these parts!

If it hits .064 I am dumping half of my stock and that will leave me with plenty of free shares. Then if it moves on up to .07 I will sell another 25% and hope that it dips back to .05 area and buy back in.
