IBZT now .039. The only bright thing in all this is that the intire market big boys and pennies are in a sea of red again today. So it is not IBZT by itself. It has a heck of a lot of company.

Somebody is trying very very hard to push the stock down.
Been looking at the trades. Lots of little sell downs then boom, one huge buy.

Volume is thin too. Only 35 mill thus far.
Almost like recoiling a spring...

As long as we don't sell, it's only paper loss

I checked it out before I came to this thread. You are NOT going to sucker me into this thing. It's all yours my friend. You have a nice day and may the FORCE BE WITH YOU. You are going to need it. Be nice now. For it is a far far better thing that I do and stay away from this. Heres you some ammo thou. Just ask about RNDC. I feel that will make you some brownie points. Go forth and replentish IBZT.

Bart, why don't you tell me your thoughts,
directly, rather than indirectly?

I read you prompting others to take me on.

Appears to me you are looking to begin
trouble again.

I have not returned to All Stocks. I am
bored with watching my profits grow and
elected to entertain some during a time

down 5%

AFRR- great news out---down 7%

GWDL- new last week---down 10% and of course

IBZT- great product---down 9%

Hey, believe it or not I feel better after beaching a little. Tomorrow's another day

I'm glad i've half my position with 70% gain.
That's why i'm a bit happy is going down now.
Don't get me wrong i still believe in the stock, but my trading experience teached me to not fall in love with any stock.
The year low is 0.031 i'll buy under that when it will stabilizing a bit.
The problem is that we don't get many pr like the month ago.
That's makes suspicious.

This comes from another board. This shareholder asked the question concerning production status. Although they didn't say why they went over, Ken Shilling and Mark Perkins went there this weekend. My belief is to assess this very situation first hand.
His response to this shareholder also included pics of the production process in Israel. I can only copy the e-mail response from Ken Shilling, as only one of the pics could load onto my laptop.

Here is a copy of the email message that I sent to Ken Schilling at
IBIZ on 2/23/2004... and his reply to me follows....

Hi Ken

I hope your visit in Israel is going well!

I have another question that I would love to have answered.
Have the Virtual Keyboards been shipped out from Israel, and if
so ....
when and how many?

Thanks a bunch!

Dave Munday

-------------------

Ken's reply to my email......

------------------

Hi Dave,

Thank you and yes things are going well here in Israel.
Mark and I are going non stop since our arrival here Sunday morning.
I'll attach a few pictures from our factory visit Sunday afternoon.

No product outside of hand made pre production evaluation units have left the factory yet. We had about a dozen at CES, however, they were all shipped to various media venues and retailers for review.

Today, the product is on the assembly line as you will see by the attachments. I know many people are anxious to receive their units, however, this first stage is a slow one as the factory has to retool, await parts to arrive from the various sub component factories, be quality checked, counted, etc. etc. Needless to say an arduous task in the beginning.

The DOE (lens) was delayed do to continued fine tuning of the registration process, however, they have arrived and again, as you will see, the units are in final assembly as we speak.

Other than that, product appears as it will arrive in March with mass quantities continuing from that point forward. Accordingly, I would rather delay shipments than expose ourselves to a quality issue that would be devastating with the amount of orders we have in hand if the
product went off the shelves with a problem. Nonetheless, we're delighted to see the kinds of quality assurance tests the product is going through and I would say the factory here has the situation well in hand.

Thank you for your confidence in our small company as we look forward to the future hand in hand with our shareholders.

Best Regards from Israel,

Ken Schilling

Bart wrote,

"I know KEN is a crook but I do not care."

Yes, he is a "convicted" crook. On this,
we do agree.

Bart, my presentations are based on SEC
filings, company sponsored news and email
from Schilling. I fail to understand why
you claim those type of documents to not
be of a factual basis, within the limits
of how much a company lies.

Putin is not the president of the Republic
of Georgia nor is Georgia a part of the
once Soviet Union. Based on what you write,
it appears you are not up on current events,
such as the falling of the Berlin Wall and
the collapse of the Soviet Empire.

I like Putin. I believe him to be a very
asute politician doing the best he can
with circumstances presented to him.

RNDC, yes this stock caught some of us
with our pants down. One pick out of a
dozen or so profitable picks presented
by me. The Fat Lady is yet to sing about
RNDC stock, and probably won't because
my singing voice is not all that good.

Nonetheless, you have presented one stock
here, IBZT stock. Almost all have lost
money on this stock. I have presented a
dozen or so profitable stocks for readers.

Pffftt...

Let me make one thing clear. I did not put IBZT out another did. Second I know who runs Russia and Georgia. If you think Putin does not have his hands in it you are mistaken. Putin is a great leader ask my wife. Ken is a crook you kinda missed the humor there. Howmany trips have you made to Russia, the state of Georgia, Berlin, Germany. I have been to all of them and lived in Berlin for 3 years. If I remember we but a guy in control just south of Florida. My wife totally disagrees with you about Russia, Georgia and Mr Putin. She only lived their for 45 years and is extremly educated on the system and how they do things. But as I told her you are more intelligent than any of us and that we should just be thankful that we have you as our guiding light. You know everything about everything. Soon I expect to see you on Who wants to be a Millionair. No body has lost money in IBZT yet unless they sold it at a loss. If you still have it you will make money. But, I will think about selling all my shares and hope it will help to drive it down to .001. I am humbled by you letting me just be part of your life in such a small way. I am honored to have that privilage. Again thank you for your great knowledge on how IBZT will do.

Bart wrote:

When prices fall below purchase price, this
is a loss, per my rules. Clearly many are
selling at a loss just as clear as IBZT
is being diluted, at investor loss.

Correct me if I am wrong but I recall your
making posts about your profits on IBZT
stock, buying in and selling just before
dilution kicked in, yes?

Here is the difference, Bart. I provide
picks in which readers buy at a suggested
entry point. When they do so, and my track
record reflects this, prices climb and never
fall below their purchase price. They are
in the black ink, at all times.

RNDC is a notable exception but this Fat Lady
has yet to sing a song of woe.

Another difference is I provide both positive
points and negative points, along with clear
warnings what might happen, to protect any
considering investment.

On your comment about our wanting to be a
millionaire, our family, we are already in
the multi-millionaire status group.

* shrugs *

Bottom line is a lot of people were and are
pumping IBZT stock with little regard for
what might happen, which has happened; loss
of money. You, Bart, pumped IBZT stock the
most of all, leading me to believe you are
the one who presented IBZT stock.

I do not subscribe to pumping and dumping.

Ibzt is suffering due to the same reason all the other stocks are suffering. the mm's are killing the market. NO ONE PANIC! like Purl gurl said in another thread the mm's are wrecking the traders confidence. Hopfully alot of people will do there reaserch and read these boards, then they will know what is really happening. now is not the time to sell but on the contrary this is the greatest time to buy because when april 1st comes and there game is over everything will have a lot less weighing on it. Hopefully at that point with the mm's on a leash stocks will rise with out it being sat on for the gain of some rich dudes fat pocket. I am in the red for sure and from reading others posts I am given hope and with that I will be patient. If you do the same I feel we will all be rewarded with green in not to long!
till then take advantage of the MM's game. Buy now while you have the chance.

Who Cares: I changed my mind. Friend I will not put your msg in here. PG I think you misunderstood me. I was refering to the show who wants to be a millionair. First thing in the morning you can expect to see a small sell order go in on all my IBZT stock. You all can have it and I will leave with my profit. PG can guide you the rest of the way. Happy trails IBZT over and out.

To sum it up as simple as I can, The people who control the market minipulate it to put money in there own pocket. On april 1st they will loose some of there ability to do that. Before that date they have been using methods to drive prices down to make it cheaper for them to buy and then they let of it and bring the price up to sell for a nice profit, thus stocks will be more free to move as they should with out there nonsence holding it back.
If some can explain it better be my guest

Super Man, a new NASD rule was to go into
effect February 20 which purports to limit
short selling.

The NASD moved the effective date up to
April Fool's Day to send two messages,

"Wall Street, you have more time to conceal
your financial crimes against families."

"Investors, April Fool's Day is an ironic
joke because we on Wall Street view you
investors as absolute fools."

Pretty much sums it up.

This new NASD rule is to pull in the reins
on Wall Street and offshore companies who
are shorting stocks to swindle. At first
glance, this new rule appears to be good.

However, on analysis, this new rule is
quite toothless and enforcement is placed
in the hands of financial criminals.

Super Man, do not confuse this NASD rule
with the new SEC "SHO" to come as many
here have. They are different.

I expect neither to make any difference
and view both as a political ploy to
call off the heat. Afterall, Wall Street
plays us for the fools they believe us
to be. Many are. Some are not.

There are many online resources where you
can learn more about this April Fool's joke
from NASD and the new "SHO" them the SEC
is not guilty of corruption rule.

Purl,

I am not taking sides nor am I trying to step on your toes in any manner. If I do, please forgive me.
I am sure you are not the only millionaire around here.
If you're saying that you made your millions beginning with nothing, that'll be something worth respect.

If you're a millionaire because of your family, well, no offense, but being a millionaire really means nothing.

Please don't brag about your abilities or how much money you have, because I am sure there're many more astute investors than you out there.

This is a place to post your DD and comments about the company IBZT or just to socialize and definitely not a place to wage war or pick on anybody.

So, please, I humbly request that you take your brilliant mind to another board which appreciates it and leave this thread be.
Thank you and God bless you.
Have a nice day.

I will participate where I wish and I will

I do not support unwarranted censorship.
