Joey's posting is accurate. I checked it out and their revenue for 2002 is 356k, and I think 2003 will be similar.
Being extremely conservative, at 100k units a month, assuming the sale numbers will not grow, that'll be yearly revenues of $120mill!!!! or.. translates to 36000% growth year over year! We haven't even factored in BLue dock nor the cell phones yet for the revenue. This is insane.

IBZT was $30 5 years ago... if the sales revenue sustains for a year.... I wouldn't be surprised if it hits $15 after a few company buybacks and splits.

Neo, I am a newbie so I have no idea what the stock will do, the only reason I am in this stock is b/c I truly think the VKB is an awesome product. I don't own a PDA, so I won't buy one, but I do know that many, many poll's, survey's, and news show that PDA are popular now, and will be more so in the future. I am no pumper, or basher, or whatever, I just think this will sell, and make Ibiz, and all of us some loot!!

If Ibiz ever said they were buying back say 1 billion shares - We'd go through the ROOF! One of the biggest things holding us down is an OS of 2.5 billion and float of 1.4 billion.

QueerBid just had a HUGE. 3,600% run - it was due for a big pullback to fill in the gaps.

I don't think we'll doing anything but move sideways or keep dropping UNTIL the PR's stating both Retailers and Sales figures come out. We know they'll be huge.

Classic MM manipulation of the price, trying to force it down before the next run on sales news.

To turn a profit on a running approximate $4MM loss this year- say profit per unit is an extremely conservative $40 after production and overhead- they would need to sell roughly 100,000 VKB's for breakeven EPS. Profit of $60 per, they would need to move 67,000 units. These are both low estimate from the numbers that have been posted

Based on the online order id numbers, it seems there has been more than 4000 ordered from the site itself (either this year or this month) and from that you can add all retail outlets around the world, and then add existing products. Wow.

REVENUES:

Let's assume that IBZT only sells 150,000 VKB per month. That is $99.99 x 150,000 = $14,998,500 per month equals $179,982,000 per year.

COSTS:

According to Ken, the cost is only $40 initially and $20 shortly thereafter. Since pps is based on future profits we will use the $20 figure. $20 x 150,000 = $3,000,000 per month.

$3,000,000 x 12 = $36,000,000 per year

Retail costs in major outlets, like Radio Shack can be as high as 30-40%. Let's take the 30% figure because IBZT will be selling at cheaper places and through their own website.

.30 x $179,982,000 = $53,994,600

Re overhead costs, lets assume they are 50% of manufacturing costs, say $10 per unit. That is 10% of retail sales.

.10 x $179,982,000 = $17,998,200

Assume royalty cost = %5
.05 x $179,982,000 = $8,999,100

Total costs = $80,991,900

Earnings = Total Revenue - Total costs
Earnings = $179,982,000 - $116,991,900 = $62,990,100

Total outstanding shares = 2,370,000,000

Earnings per share = $62,990,100/2,370,000,000 = .0265 per share.

Note: This is only taking into consideration VKB, not any of the other wonderful products, like Blue Doc. Also, it is assuming only 150k production volume per month. People have mentioned that production would take place in Asia if the Israeli capacity of 100k per month was inadequate. Apparently we are now producing in Asia. I am assuming that we will ramp up another 50k per month.

Use a very conservative P/E = 35. This is very, very conservative for a growth stock.

LONGS PLEASE READ! This is my opinion.. Ken and Mark have been very pissed off at the MMs for dumping all the shares everytime a PR release has been announced. My conclusion they both know that the next few upcoming PRs will be very huge that will drive the PPS earnings up drastically such as
(Names of National Chains to carry the VKB, Order numbers, Pre-order sales figures, contracts and agreements)

I feel that they will not release any major PR News pertaining to any of the above until after Feb 20 when the SEC rules goes into effect for all the MMs and shorts cannot keep shorting thier stock as we and the company are the ones getting ripped off by these MM azzholes.

Ken already mentioned they were disgusted how the MMs kept dumping thier shares after all debts were paid off by IBIZ, everytime a PR was released and then they kept on driving the price down. They are as sick and tired just as we are of all these MMs how they have manipulated and controlled thier stock price and we are the ones paying the price.

I feel that they already have all the PRs prepared to be released and the VKBs are already here to be shipped, but they will not ship anything until after the 20th. It only makes smart business sence not release any major PR news until after the 20th so these MMs cannot have thier way with this anymore and protect the PPS earnings and us as shareholders that belive in this company and thier many great products. I know they would like to put a PR to let us know this but we have to be the ones to do our own DD homework and figure this out on our own.

Thats why they also got a extension for thier 10K earnings which will be released with all the other major PR news which all of this now makes sence. If you read between the lines and put yourself, your company and the best interst of your shareholders this is a smart move for all. We just have to ride it out for the next 10 days.

This is my opinion that I feel will happen.

After the 20th we will see this go into the teens and higher from here on out..
