Tommy...the fact that those emails were posted on a public board was very poor judgement by that person. I personally emailed JF at the time and voiced my concerns. He agreed with me. I was very happy to see that site shut down! I know he likes to be open with the shareholders, but I think he will be much more cautious with information from here on out. Just my opinion.

Have a great 2004 Tommy! With your share position, you will be going on a nice ride IMO!

PSU

Can you drop me an email sometime Tommy. I have not been able to get onto RB in days (not that I'm probably missing much!).

Thanks!

Now that John was able to take some time off to rest his mind and his frustration, watch out for 2004, things will move very quickly! We all need to be patient and understanding, put yourself in their shoes. Sometimes people talk like as if they would do a better job than John. You guys have a great 2004!

I think what we have here with PGHI is a very common accumulation pattern. Mach pointed out that there is an ascending triangle pattern- which seems to be the case. The shorter trend within the triangle seems to be cup and handle formations. These are very bullish patterns, and show that there is a lot of buying interest in the stock.

The ascending triangle is narrowing where we are now, signaling a breakout in the near future. The last cup in the pattern is in the process of forming the handle.

The handle will be complete when all the weak hands sell off, and buying takes over into a breakout.

The technicals are showing that consolidation has been happening. The price is converging on the 8 day moving average, leveling off. Ignoring all that we know about future events, and just going by the technicals its possible here for a short term correction in the next two days. Stokes were previously around 80, and have dropped off in the past three sessions while maintaining the same price range. This shows a strong base. A short term correction to the 15 day ema is possible, and healthy to rid the stock of all weak hands. This type of move would put the stokes around 60, and make it possible for a new upwards move completing the handle.

However, seeing as there is so much buying interest in the stock, and given the amount of days that have passed enabling weak hands to exit, this correction may never materialize. Level 2 is showing very good signs with the bid @ .042 as of the close, and ask of .044. There was also very stong buying going into the close, all large sizes.

You have to remember that technicals are after the fact signals, and anything can occur.

IMO the weak hands have sold a couple of sessions ago, and we will trade flat- maybe with a small correction to .038 The MM realize news is on the horizon, and will not be selling off, but may hold their bids back, which they have been doing recently.

I will be accumulating another 30-50K over the next two sessions, target entry .038-.042, but will gladly pay .044-.05 depending on the market.

LONG TERM PGHI!!!
no coulda woulda shoulda's in 2004!

Cabbage....as always, great job with the chart and analysis. I agree that a small correction is possible, but IMHO, the anticipation buying will keep it from going below .04. Just too much good news expected soon. It will be interesting to see it play out.

Hey Cabbage,

Great job but then again I don't think you expect anything less from yourself.I guess we are all eagerly awaiting what we feel is the inevitable.I have been involved in many upstarts and there is a substantial amount of fine tuning that is happens behind the scenes.Just because the stock price is not moving does not mean that progress is not being made.We are just not privy to it at this point and rightfully so.Progress is usually being made when the stock is trading sideways and that is where we currently are.The increase in price will be the byproduct of that progress and that is the after effect of the plan falling into place.I think Friday will bring some profit taking from those that could not sell in 2003.There are those that do not think of this as a long term investment and want the cash profit.I would hope for a late afternoon rally to 0.049.If that happens I would like to see 0.05 Monday and with what looks like very little resistance .10 by Wednesday. Then I would like to see the PR released to take us to .25.Just my thoughts!!HEY MACH SAY HELLO !

It depends what type of investor you want to be. If you want something to hold for a few months, PGHI will give you a great return IMO. Next week all depends on news. If a PR comes out in the beginning of the week, the price will spike. In that case, you should wait for a retracement before you enter. One thing to keep in mind- there are many good things happening with PGHI right now, which may be relayed in 2-3 PR's this month or February. Its all about timing and entry Bazooka- and what kind of investor or trader you want to be!

You bring up a great point here...we might see some selling tomorrow due to people that couldn't sell in 2003. I don't think the selling will be substantial but enough so the weak hands that are left will sell off. But...I'm looking to pick up more shares and I'm sure a few others here would like to add a few more to their total, and if I can get them for under $0.04 I'll be more than happy to buy.

Cabbage was a nickname I was given in high school, our colors were green and yellow, and I dyed my hair green for a cross country track meet. At the time I had quite a lot of hair and the coach said it looked like a head of cabbage, so I was granted the nickname cabbage head! Its stuck ever since.

Does everyone realize how significant it is that VeeGeeZ is adding DVDs to their inventory? Not only will this separate them from every other subscription mail-in rental company, but the DVDs are significantly cheaper to purchase than games and therefore will be more profitable. That is unless JF and associates manage to work something out with a major game distributor, similar to what NETFLIX has done with DVDs.

$5,000 monthly payments to pump PGHI
by: chapel_of_words 12/14/03 09:37 am
Msg: 42902 of 44509

It's all in the acquisition agreement disclosed From note B of the critical accounting policies section of the quarterly report. If the VeeGeez founders don't raise the capital from pumping a penny stock and PPM sales they loose their $5k monthly consulting checks. $30k/quarter to pay consultants on a company that only generated $79k in sales in Q3.

b) Stock-Based Compensation Arrangements.

Acquisition of Veegeez.com, LLC.

On September 24, 2003, the Company acquired Veegeez.com, LLC, a California limited liability company ("VC") (see Exhibit 2.4 to this Form 10-QSB). The companies agreed to exchange 14,000,000 shares of their common stock on a 1-for-1 basis, with the total market value of $39,000. As of September 30, 2003, the Company recorded stock payable in the amount of $39,200 and compensation expense of $38,965.

The agreement is contingent upon the Company raising working capital in the amount of $500,000 within six months immediately following the closing date and $2,000,000 in total during the 12 months following the closing date. Should this not occur, the parties may choose to cancel this agreement.

According to the acquisition agreement, the Company assumed VC's continued operations effective October 1, 2003 by retaining the two original founders under a five-year consulting agreement to operate VC. Each of the consultants agreed to receive $5,000 monthly for the first six months of this agreement. Each of the consultants will receive monthly 2,500,000 shares of the Company's Form S-8 common stock until VC's earnings before income taxes is greater than $18,000. Once operating EBIT income is greater than $18,000, each of the consultants will receive the monthly consulting fees in the form of cash totaling $9,000.

Now go pump PGHI on some other board and not this one.

After PGHI acquired Veegeez, they retained the Wiseman brothers as consultants because they are founders of Veegeez. They are giving shares to pay for their consulting services until PGHI makes more than $18,000 a month with Veegeez, then they will be paid $9,000/month as long as their consulting services are not needed anymore, if that was to happen of course.

I know that Lance does a lot more than consulting services, he's the one working on the backend software and databases while Roy Vella only works on the design and graphics.

As Tommy said the two consultants are the wiseman brothers, who imo are vital for the near term future of Veegeez.

The first paragraph is the important one. If its true about the 79K in sales in the 3Q then my math says that thats about 26K a month, divided by $19.99 comes to about 1300 customers. I would be happy with 1300 customers at that time...would mean they would most likely have more now....thats a lot better then what I thought they had......of course thats if this statment is true. Seemes like its coming from someone who does not like PGHI...he says to go and pump the stock somewhere else

Over all, they have released more press releases on Tues, but not by much...they release them all over the week...so a monday press release would not be out of the question. Either would a Friday one...although I am not holding my breath for a friday one.

I would also like to see some support build. We could be looking at the high .03's by the end of the day if there is no support
