float increased by 30 000 000 shares... And still the price went up. This means the shares were absorbed quickly. That is positive, but the dilution as a fact is lass positive. Well, let us hope the money will be well spend...
Good night,
pres
perhaps i'm wrong here but those 30,000,000 shares were issued and outstanding on the "date of record" Oct 31st 2003. If true, they were gobbled up almost 2 moons ago. Please correct me if i'm wrong

PSU, I got that number from a dude who called the transfer agent today. However, do you want hear the good news?
The transfer agent reports an increase of 54M shares outstanding but only 24M in the float, which means that there's an extra 25M (54M - 24M) probably coming from the PPM.
Now if we take an average price of 0.02 for the PPM, 25M would give us $50,000 already raised and going directly into PGHI's account for them increase inventory and hummmm can anyone say DVD's coming up?
The best part is that those 25M from the PPM can not dilute the float because they can't be vested until at least a year from now.
We're in very good shape, hold tight and smell the roses!

For those worried about dilution....just look at IBZT. They have a massive float and went from .002's to .07 in two weeks. If we get volume when the PR's hit, we will be flying!

Nice Tommy! That would be a fantastic start to the PPM! That could explain the increase in stocked titles too. If the PPM is bringing in cash that quickly.....it won't take long to put it to good use.
If I remember right, the PR about the inventory increase back in October was the trigger for the first huge run from subpenny status. If we get another PR about more inventory increases.......that will get us major attention....and VOLUME!

Renting DVDs is an excellent idea!! First off, it will make them the only mail-in company of this type to rent both DVDs and games.
Even better than that is DVDs are much cheaper than games = more profit $$$$

i have been reading this thread for about 3 months like it a freaking daytime soup. i have read every message on both threads, even sunni's. after i figured out all of the military like acronyms ( except imo or imho, what are those?) i can delivery some dd, but not any quicker than the pros. with the little cash that is liquid, i have bought 60k in a couple of different accounts and thinking of selling other non-penny to accum more. don't want all the eggs in one basket. i appreciate all of the research and FREE info from every person that contributes to this board, (even the bad stuff). as soon as i come up with something that i have not seen in the previous months i surely put my .02 cents worth.
