Healthy / Happy / Properous New Year To All!
For those of you that showed concerns about MACH today I did E-Mail him.He said he is fine and felt he needed to step away and pay some attention to his other holdings. As far as MAV well who knows.I hope they will be back on Friday it just isn't the same without them.I think the MM's will suck the last of the 0.04 shares causing some sideways trading on Friday morning and then let it go in the late afternoon to 0.048.This should lead into 0.05 on Monday and then the run to 0.10 followed by an abundance of news.Just My Thoughts!MACH & MAV this cannot happen without you guys.Give us a HELLO.

Thanks to everyone with strong hands in PGHI
We finished strong today as were were tradeing sideways all day. This will set us up for what I think will be a stonger close on friday and then we will be ready to see some rapid progress next week.
I was able to secure a good amount of shares today but doing it in a way that I hope that everyone had gotten their orders filled which they might have had in.

This is Degs wife again...by the way, my name is Robin. I feel we have all became one great big family on this thread alone. Too bad we are all so far away from one another...would be great when the "big bucks" are made with PGHI and all could meet in one place to shake hands, give high 5's and for some of us, hugs. What great friends have been made on here. Here's wishing all of you a very Happy New Year, BE SAFE and see you all Friday at the beginning of a new and great year!!

cabbage, you are one of my favorite reads here. your new links are great!! thanks for all you contribute. you have success written all over you. i'm curious about your handle cabbage 22.
mach and mav--------enjoy your rest. you certainly deserve it.
There are several people here giving the Tech point of view on PGHI. I have personally used this information but am on a steep learning curve. Because of this I am gratefull that we have these people on our team.
I have been involved in setting up and running bussiness for about 30 years now.
Not comming out with any news that will spike the value of the stock is a wise move by John Flemming to this point. If I were JF I would want to set up as much of the physical structor of the company before you increase the value ahead of what the machine of the company can handle. What I meen about the machine of the company is if you increase the volume of produce too far ahead of demand then the cost factor ends up eating the profit in the tax structor. This is the new working inventory which at the end of the year is a tax liability at the end of the first year of operation. Any assets which Pghi holds is taxable at the end of 2003 on a start up company.
Now that it is 2004 there is no reason for applying the brakes and slowing the train down.
Timming is very important as shareholders are very critical of preformance as to how they see progress in a new company.
I believe that John Flemming is well aware of all the factors involved and has people around him to advise him to the timming of press releases.
As far as a press release on Firday probably a 50/50 chance. However I believe sometime next week.
There are several other reasons for keeping the value down until 2004 but it is a little complicated.
In any case my take on it is that we should see good news and movement during the course of the next week and snowball into the following weeks.

John Fleming is an amazing man but he got stampeded by many impatient shareholders who harassed him at the beginning of December. People from the RB will recall that period when someone created an MSN board and posted all of the email reply's that John gave out to shareholders. The move to KY and opening of the new DC was known way before the PR release because of that! That site was shut down in a heartbeat to the request of PGHI and John stopped replying to specific questions since then, fearing another leak!
Now that John was able to take some time off to rest his mind and his frustration, watch out for 2004, things will move very quickly! We all need to be patient and understanding, put yourself in their shoes. Sometimes people talk like as if they would do a better job than John. Well if you seriously think that way then I suggest you go start your own public company like PGHI and you'll see how hard it is!

I'm looking foward to another night of technicals, but first I need to get a few things out of the way. Looking at my trades for the year, most were positive, my two best trades were UAX from .05 to .10 back in may, and XKEM from .12 to .30 this fall. My worst trade, worldcom, which is sold off in January @ .19, and sent me down ~1400 for the year :-( Accounting fraud sucks huh! No worries though, 2004 is already looking good with PGHI and a few others. In case many of you haven't noticed, the sub-penny market is hot now- the best strategy lately seems to be find the worst subpenny you can (the ones near .001-.003 and buy them), wait a few days and they will miraculously go up on zero news! I'll be back later with my analysis.

This is an impossible question for everyone at this point. Everyone would dream about it being the next Netflix at $50 per share.
I do believe that there will be many flat spots and retractions along the way but however we should show strong advances. I am sure that we will good advice along the way as the plan unfolds.
When we have Netflix as a sample of a similar company and a name that is out there then it is much eaiser to present the concept to the public,
There is a lot going for PGHI and we should show rapid advancement. However there are always some flat spots and some minor drops before you get to the very high end
I would be very happy if we are at 25 cents in a couple of months and then pushing a dollar within the year.

Very quiet here tonight! Is it because most of us are up on our PGHI, and feel secure enough to take a night off and watch a movie? Or is it the anticipation that tomorrow and next week brings with the expected press releases and filing of the Def 14C?

I said I was going to take a whole day away from this board as a break from all the excitement but I just couldn't do it. I had to check in and see what was happening. Happy New Year everybody. Hope everyone is well. My two cents is I don't expect any pr tomorrow, most likely next week but one never knows. I'll be back to work next week after 2 weeks off. I'll miss being able to follow the action all day although I can still check in and see what's happening from time to time.
