I'm still holding strong. Been on vacation, don't get back until January 4th. Had to call E-Trade today, they've got my account all screwed up. I opened a margin account and had them transer my old account into it but then they left it with a negative 6 cents balance so I called them up. Talked to a guy and he said he'd get it all squared away then I got on to check if they had fixed it and if some of my trades went through and found that now it's more screwed up than before. They put my stocks back in my old account but also left them in the new margin account so it looks like I have a lot more money than I really do lol. Hopefully it won't affect my orders I have open.

It was one of the 2 sponsored sites that I found (VeeGeez being the other) when I searched for "Video Game Rentals." It was actually above VeeGeez. They only charge $15 per month and their site looks nice.
I hope the new GamezNFlix site is out soona and looks as good if not better. Then it's time to advertise, advertise, advertise!!!

Hey guys I subscribed to www.gainskeeper.com and it's awesome! They downloaded all of my 2003 trades from my account, calculated all of the gains/losses with the cost-basis crap and spitted out a Schedule D ready to be filed! I highly recommend them, it took less than 30 sec to have everything ready to be printed!
Thanks to those who replied to my tax question earlier.
Now let me calculate how much tax I would need to pay for a profit of $5M with PGHI in 2004! LOL

Question: Please forgive me for asking such an elmentry quetion....I am new and was just wondering What happens to our shares in PGHI when the name change occurs?...please explain the process. Thanks for any help o this inquery.

aawhite12, your PGHI shares will magically be under the new trading symbol. For example when PGHI used to be Syconet (I don't remember the symbol for them), shareholders of Syconet suddenly saw their shares being renamed PGHI overnight. There's nothing to do from your part, it's your broker's job!
GLTA!

yes I see in the charts the possibility for a dip, however with a PR coming on Friday and rumors of said PR it will be interesting to see if it dips at all

Cabbage, The two previous posts are talking about a dip coming. Please correct me if I am wrong but if the dip does come, wouldn't it complete the second cup and handle? I was looking at the charts but couldn't discern the handle on the smaller cup.

firmbatch, I believe so, it would also further the ascending triangle pattern, all the things I (still new to this, I could be wrong)am seeing point to a breakout above .05 in days

If we do have a dip it won't last long because there are others waiting for a buy in oppertunity. Also many who have a good number of shares are trying to buy in with what they can get together.
I personally am going to be buying this back up the scale if it takes much of a drop. I would like to purchase an amount that the MM's will not let me do it in one purchase.

Yes firm, the handle is formed when the weak hands that bought in around .045 a few weeks ago sell here for break even. Once the weak hands sell, the price goes back up to the high and the handle is formed.
One thing to remember, we have had a few days where the high was tested, and we pushed back down around .037 or .039, so the weak hands are likely to have gotten out already, forming a "flat handle" There is so much buying interest right now that the weak hands cant put a dent in the price, thats my opinion. A dip in the price to .037 is possible though.

Looks like a red start today all accross the market! Anyone selling today is stupid unless you want to claim a tax writeoff, but that would mean that you would have bought PGHI above 0.04 if you want to sell for a writeoff. D-day is coming, patience my friends, patience!

REMEMBER IF YOU SELL FOR A LOSS TODAY, YOU CANNOT BUY THE SAME STOCK OR SIMILAR STOCKS FOR 30 DAYS- CONSIDERED A WASH SALE AND IS ILLEGAL!!!!

Just catching up on the posts after I left last night. Cabbage, thanks for that analysis/lesson on the cup and handle patterns. Great job as usual!
I just picked up 45000 more shares (210000 total now at .037 avg and long). I put my order in at .04 while the ask was .042 and 25 minutes later it filled then the ask quickly jumped right back to .042. It appears that's it for me now. I wish I could buy more at this level because I'm confident that when the news is released about the name change and new website combined with the new year we will see a good boost. GLTA!

No its not a joke, when you sell at the end of the year for a loss, you get to deduct it from your gains (to avoid taxes) if you buy back say on the 2nd, it is considered tax evasion, and is labeled a "Wash Sale". It is also illegal to do with similar stocks, say if you sell QQQ today, and buy back SPY on the 2nd.

That makes sense, I appologize if I sounded rude cabbage, didn't mean too! I'm new to trading, really got into it more so early this year, so I'm still learning. I had a cpa figure my taxes last year, so you can see where I'm coming from. Again, I appologize if I sounded rude, I was just curious. As always, thanks for all the info!

I didn't take it as being rude, Its good to ask questions about stuff you're not sure about- especially when theres tax implications!

I remember when PGHI was trading sideways at the 0.02 level for 3 weeks and then it ran up to almost 0.05 which is +150%
So I'm happy to see that we've been trading sideways at the 0.04 level for a few days now, it means the the next run up should be at least to 0.10 by way of extrapolation.
