How will being the 1st PUBLICLY TRADED ONLINE VIDEO GAME RENTAL COMPANY impact shareholders? Here's a few answers from allstocks members. Do you have anymore?
mach

PGHI is a public company and through the sale of stock can raise funds needed to develop the infrastructure for the business and purchase more inventory.

Being the first publicly traded company in the online game rentals business can get PGHI some good attention and hype.

What do breakout companies have in common? A CULT-like following. Seriously. Look at Apple Computer owners, TIVO customers and Netflix subscribers. They swear by those products and services and love them. This thread alone indicates how dedicated many shareholders are to the company.

Many members have already began independent marketing campaigns to help grow the customer base. How often do you see this with a privately held company?

Will expanding into the DVD market HELP INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE?

GROWING THE BUSINESS MODEL TO INCLUDE DVD’S
The expectation for the launch of online DVD rentals combined with it’s current Online Gaming Rental business is extremely significant. After all Netflix currently does not offer or market Online Video Game Rentals! It will be much more convenient for America to have an subscription service that caters to families that desire both a DVD and Video Game Rental Service! Will this increase the number of people that subsribe to their service? Yes! Will this increase shareholder value? Absolutely!

WILL THE NEW VEEGEEZ MARKETING COMPANY HELP INCREASE OUR SUBSCRIBER BASE AND INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE?

The success of many company is more often than not the direct result of the success of it’s marketing campaign. How successful will it be? Why don’t we ask some of Venture Direct Worldwide’s current clients which include: Adobe, Microsoft, Citigroup, AT&T, Intel, Xerox, Fortune Magazine and many other successful companies. Do I need to elaborate?

WILL WE SEE A CHRISTMAS RALLY?

CHRISTMAS RALLY?
Historically, the days before and after Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays have produced above average returns with strong frequency numbers for the markets Both the frequency and gains for these two particular trading days have been far superior to market averages. (Time in Time Out, Thackray & Lindsay.). Although I had not applied this trading strategy to bb stocks in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to see that PGHI traded well in the “days” preceding Thanksgiving with a trend that produced substantial gains in the following days. Can we assume that a similar pattern will happen into the Christmas Holiday. Never underestimate the power of the market?

OK, let me first say I am not trying to bicker. Written words do not express the emotion by the writer, unless they are perceived by the reader the same way. I absolutely want this stock to SOAR! I have a lot of money in it, and have spent a lot of time researching what I can. I do not have the skills many of you here have, but I still wanted to contribute. I thought by driving 2 hours each way off my course to spend the holidays with my family to do DD for myself and others was a good thing. I stated earlier, I am not bailing on this stock no matter what I see in KY. I just want to assess the potential for $1 and up for a long term investment. In other words, after this stock goes up 500%, do I sell or stay since it could have the potential to go 5000%. When I posted the fact that I wanted to drive to Franklin, I only envisioned positive things. I have never thought negative things that would enable me to bash anyone or anything. I realize now that you and a few others do not care about pictures or what JF has in KY. I do, but it is because I care (not saying any of you dont). This could turn into a gold mine, and has me very excited. Addictive is a good word for it. I realize that JF is not building or moving into Microsoft HQ. Heck, I would be thrilled if it was an old Wal-Mart building, because that means he has real tangible assets. But if it is his cousins basement, so be it. I am still interested in this company and retaining my shares.

Next, I called the Franklin City police dept. and asked them a question about a road for my travels. I then asked them about 1535 Blackjack Rd. and what kind of area it is. Part residential, part industrial was the answer. The girl on the phone couldn't picture the actual address, but she said it was close enough to be either.

While I am setting myself up to be kicked down, I might as well add that I think the reason PGHI didnt go up when they announced the KY move, is because of the lack of "glamour" made in the announcement. I think that when a company says they are moving from SanDiego (nice, rich, tourist area) to Franklin???Kentucky???, it could lack enough luster to draw attention. I understand the move, and that it is an additional location to SD,CA, and think it is a very smart move. You could probably buy 10 KY warehouses for 1 in SD. Labor, COLA, etc. is all cheaper and smarter. And they are only 45 minutes from Nashville Airport and Postal Distribution Center. I wonder if it would have made a difference if the announcement would have read "moving near Nashville, TN".

Anyway, TRSTURGUT, I am not trying to be like SUNNY or any idiot like that. My intentions were good. I hope we all get rich, and thanks for all the hard work you all do....especially with the banners, it is great.!!!!!

You can find a ton of nice locations but that WILL NOT make a MAIL ORDER business function properly nor will a BANK loan you money because you have a nice location. You receive money from a bank because they believe in the people that are running the business , and the product or business plan they present.Location is a priority in the retail business or when purchasing a home but NOT IN THE MAIL ORDER BUSINESS.........
As a shareholder of PGHI I do not care about Kentucky pictures the stock will not get better or worse from the pictures , the stock will get better or worse from the reaction of the stockholders...guess what..Fleming will make this work with or without you I choose to be included. There is a very valid reason for the name change that I posted to MACH a few weeks ago and I stand by it.Please understand this is just my opinion.

LOL! I should probably read my own dang words!! Thanks Mach.

"Written words do not express the emotion by the writer, unless they are perceived by the reader the same way."

Also, the picture from cabbage shows what I think is a row of house trailers on a side street. That is what she meant by residential. The fact that the map shows this confirms it. She said there were newer commercial buildings being built...I will email you. Thanks again.

If you are trying to equate my posts with any of dubious nature, you could not be further from the truth. I sincerely believe that the location of the said "New East-Coast" Distribution center is extremely pertinent to the future of this stock. If you do not share that opinion then so be it. There seems to be several others here that are equally concerned.

I have no reservations concerning the need for such a site, or even the important implications of a "Bi-coastal" distribution center for the company. It absolutely represents a huge step forward in the companies development. I would however argue that it would be a much larger development if it were a business site and not a basement or garage. You are entitled to believe what you wish.

I also see that we are in very good agreement on the importance of launching the new website interface. This site is the gateway for business operations and the future of the company lies in getting the site up and operating in a timely manner. IMO it should have been up before the Christmas holiday.

As to my contributions to this board and other boards, I am the individual who put together the reveiw of PRs that was posted by Mach. In this post it was stated that it was from another board and a non-member on this board.

KC,

I agree with you 110% on the lack of glamour in the PR announcing the addition of an East Coast Distribution center. It did not sell the importance of this event nearly well enough and even the comment about not closing the San Diego distribution center seemed to me to be loosely tacked onto the PR.

I sincerely hope that you do find an abandoned wal-mart store, even something much smaller would belay any concerns that I have.

I do think we should encourage open and honest evaluations of the situation, and my comments cautioning against believing anything posted anomynously were not directed specificall at you. I hope they were not interpreted as bashing your viewpoints, because that was not my intention.

But whos to say that this is where the warehouse is located. They are opening a east coast distributor center and seting up new head quarter per the news release. This location maybe just the new head quarter and the warehouse located close by.

The web is amazing. What great satellite images! Still looking forward to KC's research and on-the-spot reporting

With all of the PR on video game stats, who's buying/playing, the climb in annual sales, being the only traded company that rents vids, etc., I don't see how this can lose. New website, namechange, professional marketing firm on board... ugh this WILL take off... and time is on our side. Patience can be the enemy... but I think I can hang on.

On a different note... does anyone have any inside info as to when the new site may be up and running? PB wizard called last week and was told within the next two weeks. I imagine the market will act pretty postively when the release happens. I personally am anticipating the new site launch much more than anything else! New site... means new image... means the beginning of our marketing campgaing... means more subscriptions... means greater shareholder value! That's what im talking about! mach

"After several months of reviewing firms, PGHI is very pleased to have selected Equitilink to represent our company to the public," stated John Fleming, CEO/President. "Equitilink should play a large role in our company as we begin to bring Veegeez.com, our new subsidiary, to its fullest potential. We see Veegeez.com, an online game rental company, as becoming the market leader in game rentals just as Netflix.com is to the DVD rental industry."

"After reviewing the company's marketing plans, we believe Point Group Holdings is poised for strong growth," said Thomas N. Mahoney, Managing Director of Equitilink. "Due to the recent mention in The Wall Street Journal about September's record volume in OTC Bulletin Board stocks (October 10, 2003), we are anticipating even greater interest in our micro-cap clients. We are prepared to help communicate this client's story to potential investors of all skill levels."

Good question... I hope I'm in the right State. From an old PR: I couldn't find any address anywhere else. mach

Netflix, the largest online DVD rental service, will celebrate the opening of a regional distribution centers in Tacoma -- and its recent IPO -- in two weeks. CEO and Co-founder Reed Hastings will appear at this newest distribution facility in Rain City Plaza, a shopping center at 3802 South Warner, Suite A, just off Union St.

... call this a "Seattle area" location. It happens to be just across the street from a major distribution center for the U.S. Postal Service and within three blocks of the Pine Street postal operations.

Good luck in your detective work Betn... Looking forward to your detective work. PS... if it helps you might say you would like to apply for a job... maybe then they will walk you inside and give you a better look... GO 007! mach

Please understand that I am in no way offended by your posts nor should either of you perceive my post in that fashion. If you do please allow me to apologize. You are doing your homework and sharing it with the board and I thank you for that.My statements were made as a preventive measure. There are many patient shareholders that do not get flustered and then there are shareholders whose nerves shatter at even the thought of some news that will bring their stock tumbling down.I direct my statements at the latter so it will ease their nerves.Remember some people bail at the slightest change and we need to keep those people on an even playing field. What some of us perceive as great information others perceive as though their world just came to an end.Yes I will be one of the first to buy the stock when people decide to sell but at this stage of the game we do not need people selling that will not get us over the .05 barrier.I truely believe that there are many shareholders that do not realize what they have invested in afterall how many keepers are there in the penny game?THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER STOCK.
How many stocks do we all own that are waiting for FDA approval , how many shells do we own that are waiting on mergers agreements for months ,how many stocks do we own that are waiting for capital investments , and finally how many stocks
do we own that have gone south.I have owned a stock called Brightpoint sym..CELL.
It is a cellphone distributor who's shares were at .10 about 2 years ago ...after 1 year it had reached $40.then TWO 3 for 2 splits..it is now in the high teens.PGHI looks to me as having the same path. The location not one to be desired...their bottom line big money.I know you guys understand that but think of those that get frightened and can bring a stock down.I only post from time to time but I have a passion for this stock but I am not blinded either and I like the fact that we have something to cheer about. In the end I hope we can all celebrate our goob fortune..I will supply the Beers and Lobster....

BY ADRENALIX: What do breakout companies have in common? A CULT-like following. Seriously. Look at Apple Computer owners, TIVO customers and Netflix subscribers. They swear by those products and services and love them. This thread alone indicates how dedicated many shareholders are to the company.

MACH,

Here is one that I believe has not been addressed yet.Why does PGHI with its various holdings seem to be extending all their energies toward VEEGEEZ.There is never mention of any other holdings.Do you smell something HUGE brewing?I would have been elated if the new site was up for the holidays but to put a positive spin on things I see Fleming as saying if it is not 100% it does not go up.Better to wait then not be prepared.VEEGEEZ cannot be as good as NETFLIX they have to be one step ahead to take market share so all in all it was in my opinion a calculated business decision.Just my thoughts.

TRS... Agreed 100%... Keep in mind that we are changing our Corporate name to GameZNflix Inc. There is likely to be much more brewing than any of us here realize. I'd like to speculate... but I'm sure others can do a better job. I can tell you this much... I've never really played video games... but am now considering the purchase of a console just and a VEEGEEZ membership to boot!

*** Future's so bright! ***
