In answer I will have to look it up again. They have been bugging me lately with alot of phone calls asking why I haven't been using their site... Sooo I don't know if I recomend them.

Simon has GREAT expertise trading, *especially* if it can be charted. He's among the top chartists I've ever run across, and from what I can tell, he's made WAY more dough than I ever have. He's still learning about rules and regs, though... eg, I explained to him about the OTCBB Dailylist. Please *don't* take that as a slam of his show--I think every penny trader should be hooked up with his show as another resource in this crazy environment. As much as anyone can be "friends" over the 'Net, I consider Simon a friend--and that includes the "comfort" to disagree.

Been talking about Berlin Exchange...last he checked he said it's still trading...Rufus has had people contact him saying they own lots of shares...SEC is aware and actually brought it up in the laudry list of things...
Mentioned a hedge fund that called and claimed to own 3mil shares...and they weren't on the shareholder list...

Was approached by the Phillipine government to harvest timber, lots, and lots, and lots of timber...discussed a couple of refineries and all...so much in fact it would stabilize the market...
It was discussed, but deals were not made as of yet...it would/will be 8k'd...

Wow, i fell asleep around 10 and wake up at 4:30 and they are still going!!!! Not to mention the 10 pages i now need to catch up on! haha
Rufus just said thank god he doesnt have another hearing today because it would be another all nighter. He and Simon get a chuckle out of it. They sound like 2 old friends hanging out all night chattin about old times. Crazy

5am signoff. That must be a record even for these two.
Simon and Rufus had a chat about this being a movie someday. Both agreed it would happen, Simon played the politically correct interviewer that the movie coule go either way. Rufus called him out jokingly about being slippery hehe.
Simon is now discusing how Timothy Miles has a "passion" towards Rufus and CSHD. Tearing him up about doing lowsey DD hehe.

fwiw the rule of law tex was referring to is called closure. if the defense thinks their case is already proven beyond a resonable doubt during the original examination after the state rests and that the cross examination would be redundant, the defense attorney can ask the judge if he will accept a motion for closure. if the other attorney agrees, the judge stops the proceedings at that point and issues a ruling without dragging the proceedings out with redundant testimony.

Dont waste time arguing with bashers. Simply provide the website url for gsccca.org and state how to find the bond information. The truth speaks far louder and is far more effective in squelching liars. It also aids in showing those that truly want to know.
For the record the phil posting on cshd.net is not me. From what I can tell the recognizable names posting on there are all imposters. I recommend that no one post on that site.
