I think having read the contracts for myself about a month ago prevented me from dumping my shares.

Guys and gals....gonna take a few days off from the boards....The Wife asked what I wanted for my upcoming b-day.

I replied...pray for Rufus. I think that good advice for us all. I think if they do anything to him it is on a technicality and I would hate to see that seeing as it appears all he has done he has attempted to do in the interest of all shareholders.

I gotta say, you guys are animals staying up til like 5AM to recap the conversation. Rufus definitely has some big cajones. It'll be interesting to see if they make you guys rich or send himself to jail. I feel like a politician with how many times I've flip flopped on how I think this will turn out.

Portman, oh sage of CSHD bonds. Since you seem to know whats happening, do you believe that Rufus will clear the SEC allegations of misrepresentation as far as the bonds are concerned?

JEESH! Looks like it was a little nuts around here last night.

All in all the Rufus interview seemed very positive looking back at it.

I'm not worrying about it though as I think we are in good shape. not that I could sell if I wanted to, ha ha!

Good morning all...

I have to say from this point on I am going to be little help to this board and may just go to total lurking. Listened to the entire conversation last night from Tim Miles to the end.

Fact is if you go back about 4 threads there are a series of my posts talking about “big” no “super” money possibly being attached to this security. I was chasing the money at the time and every road took me to large political circles and foreign dignitaries. believe it or not I actually came across the Prince of Dubai. At the time, I just laughed at myself and convinced myself that any company with Government and International ties is going to eventually make it to this result. Now in the 11th hour to hear that character come out of Rufus’s mouth. Well... it just leaves me speechless.

Speechless, because how many of the other seemingly conspiracy theory trails were real... so I am just going to shut my mouth. If you don’t believe, I don’t blame you. I scarcely do myself. One thing for sure I am not going to try and convince you at this stage. I am ecstatic that I am long in this security. I for one believe that this is real, and it is going to be the “one”. I can’t even fathom what the priceless or price “less” value of my shares are right now. I do know one thing. No one and I mean no one is getting hands on them until I have made my 2 million dollar gain off them, or the company is dissolved.

It would not surprise me if Rufus is indicted but it additionally would not surprise me if this becomes a congressional probe and Rufus is 100% validated and vindicated.

Last night the Prince of Dubai was mentioned and a potential part of the future of CSHD, and I mentioned his Palms project last night following his mention. Anyone with Google Earth can check the progress of the Palms project. Open Google Earth, and search Dubai. the prince is adding two cities to his country. Yes I said Cities. I watched an hour long report last week on the project on a cable show call “Extreme Engineering”. The prince is dredging the ocean floor, moving millions of tons of dirt into two large piles of rock several miles long and wide shaped like giant palm trees. Big enough to be seen by satellite. He then is moving sand deposits from deep in the ocean back to these piles of rock where he surfaces the islands and then compacts and earthquake proofs the entire thing. Check out Google Earth... it is truly amazing. Did I mention that the islands are then covered with infrastructure, and hundreds of miles of some of the most luxurious beach front homes in the world. It is the most beautiful, incredible, and expensive idea I have heard since I read about Japan’s proposed vertical city.

If Rufus is telling the truth we are more than “golden”, if he is not well I just don’t care because I am not over my head, and anything I have invested was well worth the price of admission to this amusement ride.

By the way the "Extreme Engineering" show ended with one comment. "The Prince of Dubai is currently looking for funding for a second and much larger palm island." The picture above is the proposed cevelopment picture of that island.

http://www.euroclear.com/wps/portal

Why do we still not understand this?

Bonds are assets held in a PORTFOLIO.
There are multiple designations for the total assets under a specific bond code. Thus, particular groups may own a portion of the same bond.
Bloomberg terminals will show the portion traded in the U.S. interest, like the portion "held" by Fidelity, but may not show the portion held by the originator or controlling interest of the Bond portfolio.

International bonds are mainly registered in the Euroclear system. This is a highly organized international financial platform that controls the transfer of assets and securities. It allows for "movement, "trading", and transfer. It is interactive and very powerful. It is how THE WORLD moves assets.

Bloomberg terminals are for viewing the trading interest, hence if the SEC or Fidelity access their Bloomberg terminal... they can view the portion of the portfolio designated for investment trading, mainly the U.S. market.
This portion is "owned", in a sense like stock, but does not always show the total bond portfolio as held by the originator or international bank that "owns" the majority of the bond. These are shown in the Euroclear system.

The Euroclear system is highly secure. Not just anyone can access it or have a code to access it's database. An institution must meet stringent financial and security qualifications to be admitted to the Euroclear system. The asset portfolio in this system holds most of the worlds assets. TRILLIONS of dollars.
An institution must have an asset base of at least 200 million dollars, and gain security clearance through an exhaustive set of channels (making sure you are not a terrorist, etc.).

The SEC is not a watchdog of the Euroclear sytem or the international markets. They do not have immediate clearance to just jump on a terminal and view data. They would have to go through the US Department of Treasury to ask for access. How do you think the US Government transfers large sums of money to other countries? The answer: from the Department of Treasury through the Euroclear system to another international bank.
THIS IS HIGH FINANCE on an INTERNATIONAL level.
Mr. Harris gave them the screenshots of the bonds that CSHD "holds" in the Euroclear system, and even the contacts at the Department of Treasury so that the SEC could confirm this.

THEY HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO PERSUE THIS. They are afraid of finding the truth.

As far as ownership of the bonds. Do you own CSHD or any other company? You own a portion of it. Whoever has the majority of the bond, HAS CONTROLLING INTEREST. So CSHD "owns" the bond.

This company provides funding via "asset backed securities". The assets are the controlling portions of the bond portfolio that via the contracts and Euroclear codes, CSHD is shown to have. They are able to draw cash from these controlling interest via the international banking community to fund business projects for profit. Hence, they are assets.

The SEC needs to go through the proper channels to see this... or they simply don't want to. Pray that the judge will force them to comply.
I am e-mailing this explanation to the judge.

Proper due diligence... and COMPREHENSION is required. Knowledge is power. CSHD is in the right.

This is my opinion based on my comprehension of the facts. Please correct me if I am wrong... but do it with some intelligent discourse.

Good luck to all.

DOG....great post. I hope the judge will take that into account.

It sounds like the SEC is really behind the eight ball on this one. Now, will they just play the big bully and fight everything or admit they are wrong?

Sounds like they might just play dumb...(paraphrasing here)..."we didn't look into it any further because it seems like a scam".

This is just rediculous. I hope there is a congressional hearing on this and the system gets a clean out!

Thanks for the post Dog. Someone mentioned that the sec are experts (I thik it was 1source) in this field. I highly doubt that. Its obvious you dont have to be an expert to work at any govt agency.

It looks like the SEC has tunnel vision concerning this matter and will not go outside the paramters of the U.S. The question is will the SEC choose to ignore the international financial institutions and look like a fool?

Hey Dog- thanks for explaining the bonds in detail...no wonder Rufus gets frustrated, people are talking about something they no nothing about...I'm glad you are emailing that to the judge....make sure you mention that its not fair for the SEC to just dismiss it as a scam without even doing any due diligience..Thanx again dog..

As far as Tax goes, I don't think he's leaving because he gives up, quite the opposite, he's satisfied with this company & has no doubt that it's everything it claims to be....he just knows that there's nothing we can do about it until Nov. 7th, quite frankly Tax made me feel better with that post, if he's confident in this company that makes me feel more confident because Tax ain't no dummy!! Sorry, if I was speaking for you Tax, (especially if I was wrong.)
