hi bucky. i agree with your astute analysis of the f/s as a snapshot at 6/30, as does the auditor who gave an unqualified opinion on them. however, if we get access to the 9/30/06 or 12/31/06 f/s, the income and a/r should be put under close analysis to see if the only income is an accrual. they need positive cashflow from operations and not accruals to stay in business imho. if not, where is the cash necessary to continue their daily operations coming from? btw, i think that FHAL will be shown as a discontinued operation on the future financials.

Spooky, This is simply my opinion, but getting your CERTS is your call, if you are staying in this for a long haul...more than a year? perhaps getting them is good for you. I have not gotten any certs and I do not plan to...it is a personal choice. As far as you having "airshares"? It's going to be up to your broker to "cover" what he sold you. If he recieved a FTD when you purchased those shares...he should have informed you or he will have to purchase the shares at the price that someone is willing to sell them at...I for one wouldn't be worried about it...but again it is one's personal choice...I have shares that were purchased on Thursday...not worried at all...

spooky, somewhere in this thread you will find a letter from scotty that shows that you are the legitimate owner of the shares in your account. i have no worries about my shares. if you want the certs that's up to you, but its your risk and your money so its your decision.

I agree glass. We have to look at all DD pro and con. It just seems he's been turning this into a political forum saying that liberalism is a mental defect. This isn't a polictal chat room and shouldn't really come into play here no matter what side you're on. I know was politics starts making it's way around it could really side track us from DD. On the account of how firey some people get discussing it.
I found this and posted it earlier it talks about a share issuance from nasdaq without being a split or divi.

Hi all - just checking in to see if we had any interesting news or posts from our beloved magic carpet rider. I, for one, was somewhat disappointed that our diversion from the low volume "E" days caused such a stir, but I can certainly relate to the catching up part. Maybe we should start one in the off-topic area to pass the time. I'd love to see the squeeze kick in hard and fast tomorrow, but I just don't think we will see too much until the end of the week getting closer to the 30th. Gut still tells me we will see NAZ right around the time that those 6-for-1 shares hit the accounts.
Hope dog is enjoying the game at Comerica tonight - looks like he is winning. See you in the AM!

This thread is so different.....I feel like I'm in a library...
I just feel like there's not much DDing to do right now.........time will tell...This week should be very interesting & exciting...
Guys- just remember there may not be "work" to do every minute.........you know that big pile of papers on your desks?.........well, once in a while you get through the entire pile...then you just have to wait for more........

Spooky - FYI- I have Scottrade & I've called them a few times voicing those same concerns & they assured me that the shares we have in our accounts we own!!!
Is your name on CSVU.us? If it is, you REALLY have no worries... If you bought after the 3rd I believe they have requested an updated list up to the 16th, so wait until they post that list, if your on- your good....I'm on, doc's on, & I believe everyone that has Scotty & posts here is on that list...hope that aswers your question........oh & I haven't requested any certs- but I do plan on holding very long!!!

I agree Jenna. MMs will not give up until the very end. What do they have to lose? I see even more MM manipulation this week than ever before. They want every last share from any weak hands. They (the MMs) will be screwed come 10/30 if Rufus delivers what has been promised.

I am writing in reference to the email you sent dated September 21, 2006 regarding the Depository Trust Company (DTC) vs. Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) lists from Conversion Solutions (CSHD). After reviewing your email along with the DTC vs. NOBO lists at CSHD's website, www.cvsu.us, and speaking to Scottrade associates from our Risk Management and Stock Records teams, I have reported my findings below.
According to our records, as of October 2, 2006, you have XXXXX shares of CSHD in your account, which is in a good and deliverable form at the DTC.
Unfortunately there has been some confusion about the information displayed on the CSHD website. The correct information about CSHD and Scottrade clients is provided in the DTC list, which states as of September 19, 2006 Scottrade had 5,203,265 shares of CSHD registered at the DTC. FWIW....I am a skeptical person and when I read this post last night, my first reaction was that this does not sound like the prose style of the tut-eister that has been psoting on HSM. Now after reading the HSM tut-eister's post from earlier this AM, I am really skeptical that the Allstock's Tutankhamen and the HSM Tutankhamen are the same person.....just my opinion.....GLTA today.....
