I will say that after thinking about it a bit. I believe this investigation may be a necessary evil. SEC wants proof of the bonds. We have a CFO who is a known auditor and whistle blower, and third party auditor who has visible integrity, and is a published whistle blower, and a CEO that is so brutally honest that it scares the lawyers. Honestly if the bonds are not real I deserve to lose my investment. I think this will take a little while to prove but I am a betting man and I say the bonds will prove out to the SEC. When and if this stock starts trading again, I think it will do very well based on the green light granted by the SEC itself.
If it doesn't I am out my money, but better off because I didn't lose more. let's see what happens in the next 24 I think it could be exciting.

This post pretty much sums up my feelings on this. I do believe it could take longer than 24 hours, that would be very fast.

In the SEC suspension letter it actually says the suspension is terminated at 11:59EST on November 6, 2006. Read the attached letter for the exact language of the suspension.

Cat the SEC they do not issue any comments even after they finish their investigation. It would really suck if the SEC finds everything on the up and up and won't comment on anything.

it will be AT LEAST 10 days. might as well try to chill out until then. right now it`s out of our hands. actualy it`s all out of our hands what ever happens!. good luck and keep your chin up!!

Hey Ryan...by allowing us to resume trading and not issuing an letter they would indeed be indirectly telling us something...just have to think about it that way...
The SEC will never admit to false accusations...thier way of doing that is to just act like nothing ever happened...

well, I guess you could say I was off a day...anyway, two points simply for some more FYI: folks really need to make the distinction between an SEC suspension and a NASDAQ halt; the latter can be a good (as in price reset, time to digest news, etc), but the former never is a good thing; also, the fact that the PRs and bonds were all that were mentioned is not necessarily favorable, either. Why? Because the SEC can't suspend an issue again for the same reason...in other words, susbsequent suspensions *must* be for different reasons. Anyway, as someone has posted re the 211, for this trade again requires convincing an MM to meticulously go over "the books" and "sponsor" it, so to speak--that is, the MM would be "vouching" for them and taking on a huge responsibility.
Now, some *do* manage to trade somewhat on the greys once the suspension is ifted. Some here may remember that guy "DWE"? That stock he was so hot for (STTY? can't remember...something supposedly operating some security biz in China) traded pretty actively on the greys, for quite a while...
Anyway, good luck all and well done to those who flipped it for dough...Hope the rest aren't hurt too bad.
