i didn't even have siga on radar. i spent too much time yesterday trying to figure out what was going on with chsd and the amended 10k and its financials etc. and missed out on some other good opportunities to make money. i need to refocus on my system again.

Well I'm glad I sold yesterday, esp since I will still receive my "free" shares.
With the symbol change I cannot update to see current RSI on stockcharts however with the way things are going I think I'll be safe buying back later toward the end of the month.
Anyone know the current RSI?

Just a thought... the MM's etc. probably went to the SEC to cry FOUL on the way Rufus filed the 10-K's, maybe they are trying to force him to make some kind of deal to extend or change the qualifying date for the Threshold Shares.

Okay, with this drop this morning, I was thinking about getting in, but what's the deal here?
Seems like from what everyone is saying, the book value AFTER the dividend/forward split/whatever will be $11/share.
So that would be the equivalent of $77/share right now, correct?
So is the correct thinking that this will go from $1.80ish to $77? And if so, would it happen if/when the transition to NASDAQ is announced, or before then? Why wouldn't the price be going up like crazy yet? What am I missing?

OK, if you look at the list on OTCBB there are a large number of companies that received "E"'s today. If you check them against the list of delinquent companies you will see that somebody forgot to do their job.
Thank you for your email. The symbol change of CSHD to CHSDE was done by the exchange and not by Scottrade. The stock is currently trading under the symbol CSHDE. Once we are notified by the exchange that the symbol has been changed back to CSHD we will update the symbol on our end.

I thought about this theory as well. What is the ruling when a 10-K is filed on the last day and then an ammendment is filed the next day? Does the ammendment date become the file date?
