I just talked to the SEC They told me that they see no reason for the 'E' since the 10k was filed on Monday.

Look at the $0.04 spreads. manipulating jerks! It doesn't work that way you DA's! $1.95 x $2.00 oh I got a 200 sell at $1.95. Here let's hurry up and switch it to $1.91 x $1.95... oops another freaked out investor sold 200. Let's switch it to $1.88 x $1.88... nobody will notice. It looks perfectly legit. NOT!

Man People really sweat at every move on this stock.
How do you play your poker hands if you sweat every bluff. Tomorrow,you will have those come on the board crying about sell because the "E" was attached.

morning glassman. there us no reason to tear each other apart here. the facts will come out soon enough. they were probably not fast enought to report the filing and the computer system added the e by mistake since it was in the grace period.

It is very comfusing. The SEC says it Was filed on time but the e indicates it was late. Scottie says it will revert back when the paperwork is filed. This gets weirder and weirder....

well I tried first off cause someone says they have an e on their screen everyone yells basher, no one heard the truth but today shows it on everyones account so go back and see who was a non believer! but I am not taking up space on the board over the E. I am no *****...I can handle the bashers and I know what I have its the darn cult here I can't stand... I know who I trust here and they are very few... BB Rat Chart are just the 3 best here and they wont lie to you and they do a lot of good dd better than anyone I have ever come across! As far as I am concerned Its all good!

Yes, its possible that there was a "mistake" in the system and the E was added. But, lets consider the fact that maybe it wasnt a mistake. Glassman has a point, there is nothing wrong with discussing worst case before we know if thats the case we are facing.
If the SEC says there is no reason for the E then thats a good sign obviously. However, every broker is showing it so currently thats what we are trading under.
Personally if i could call Sabra i would...i can not im in the office in Germany. She can probably shed some light. IMO we could halt today, someone needs to put a stop to this nonsense. If that happens, still we wait and see what the result is. The ONLY options you have are buy, sell or hold.
You cant do anything about the E and we obviously can do nothing about the pps so watch the newswire and try to get a cshd officer on the phone.

glassman its no shock to me either but it should disappear soon. siga has fallen since open the time to be in that was yesterday. thats another example of why you don't chase a run. but it has recovered from 4.62 to 4.93 so you could have still made a little today. too much risk on that for me though.

DMOST I am not sweating the "E" I am more upset at the manipulation. Trading at these levels does not make any sense. A security trading at 2% book value is crazy. The potential investors that are missing out on this sale because the manipulation is holding it below $5 is more than criminal at this point.
As a long shareholder I am wracking my brain to think of ways to legally shake these crooks off this security. I would love to do more than just complain about the manipulation to the SEC, Allstocks, and NASD.
The 10KSB should have put the real numbers in perspective... It is obvious that very little is going to shake these crooks at this point. PR's with the word Billion in it. PR's and 8Ks with the word "price reset to $15", Audited financials. Honestly, all that and a sale price of 2% book.
It should look like the Elmo isle at ToysRUs right now. Wheres the news coverage, the finger pointers, and the army of anti-short activists?

SIGA? i actually chaecked the chart on that last night and saw no unusual volume...they kept the news a good secret... i didn't check it'till after hours tho..
