Good morning...to another day of wild speculation?? Come on with the 10K. I was thinking about that ghost dividend overnight...What if the dividend was actually a split. 2 for 1 (double the book price) to load up the shorts, and then revalue at the original $15.00...This would wipe out the shorts and make the holders of the stock happy by getting there umpteen dollars or more for there shares...Any opinions?

Great post and train of thought...although it does scare me a bit. My question is this though, how could Etrade turn around and tell me that in reality I don't have any shares and that I'm out of luck. That would scream lawsuit, and I just don't see how they could possibly win that one. Am I missing something here?

Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 205 Earlier in the evening someone was posting as me in Paltalk and a lot of you thought I was there. When I said I was not, I was not. Then after that incidence I was invited via PM by dogman to come into Paltalk as a guest, partially to clear up the confusion created by an imposter posing as me and partially because the Paltalk members wanted to ask the same questions I try to answer here. My intial reaction was no.
When I realized that we have been fighting a very intensive and ugly war with all kinds of manoevers by the shorts to shake your belief I saw the possibility of another tactic in the making by using an imposter to create dissension amongst our own. I decided then it was best to extinguish what may have developed into another weapon for the enemy to use against you. The fire had to be put out before it spread.
In the process I believe we may have created a larger and more powerful army of believers to fight this battle. I was asked the same questions as on our HSM forum and the response was very positive and welcomed. I believe it was the right thing to do because it has only helped all HSM members by uniting us all in the same family with the same goals.
You are all brothers and sisters in the same battle and we will win this battle and you will be through the gates of victory, I have absolutely no doubt. We are very close to what we have all been waiting for and it will happen probably sooner than you all think but it will happen. I honestly do believe in your hearts and minds that you know you the answer because that is why you have held strong against the worst odds and you are still here. I know you don't like to hear the words "soon" or "close" but it is my firm belief that even you know now that it is "very close".
You are at the gates and you do know it. Your belief will not fail you.

as far as I can tell, and I may be wrong but rufus's main point was to have your name on the list. Today I'll be trying to track someone down at cshd that can give me a clear and concise answer. For some reason it doesn't sit right with me that rufus told us to call the TA, and see if our names were on the list. the TA told us they had no access to the list therefore they couldn't tell us anything. The TA told us or me at least that I would have to talk to my broker to see if I was on the list. Somethings just not adding up for me at the moment. I might be missing something though.

chart this is a line from the pr released Sept 20th. It almost sounds like if you just requested you're certs you're sol now anyway. it's a very weird situation. If you recall way back when we were still fhal rufus said there was no need for fhal shareholders to get their certs. I'm not trying to argue for the sake of arguing. One thing I don't understand is how do you get the wrong dates on documents etc..? Also is Rufas and co. just trying to show peeps like he said about taxprincess to just do as your told if you dont you will lose? Is he really trying to help? Well I believe he only wants absolute strong and long shareholders in his co. and if you get scared and sell easily he feels you deserve what you get? Maybe I am wrong.... Sounds like he hasn't convinced a lot of peeps if they keep flippin and selling... Guess that was his point...also why tut speaks to hsm only? Mostly it seems if you say something negative about the stock etc even asking about something neg they kick you off and seems those peeps aren't as nice to newcomers if they ask something because they didn't read 5000 pages of previous pages to find it... why wouldn't they want to repeat it? I know it gets old but wouldn't you want a lil help if you got there late too? I mean what if a big institution came along and asked I bet they'd be hipocrites and everyone would spout it from the top of their lungs cause they would think the big guy would invest and help the pps? Then who would have the last laugh if they tanked it instead LOL?! I'm just trying to figure out the most logical way things will work out, the only way to do that is to get everyone's thoughts, weigh that all out and then make the best guess you can...

Good morning all! ... that move, by the mm's yesterday, was put on us as a surprise attack! They knew the amended extension, correcting the date, was coming and built there attack around it. I ain' budgin'!
I am long in this for the duration ... I have not sold one share yet. The fundamentals, as described in the pr's and mainly the 8k's, etc., are undeniably very strong and would put Rufus & Co away for a long time, if these are all lies.
I am holding for the 10k, reset, and will evaluate better at that time as to when I might sell some. Personally I see 100's and even 1,000's in future pps given the info at hand, JMO.
Chart, Rat, etal, A few days ago, I got active L2's and can see alot and am looking for a good tutorial ... can anyone recommend something ... Thanks!

I don't know dog. In your new Merrill lynch account are your shares held in street name? I imagine they would be, but you opted for your information to be passed on the companies you own correct. That's being put on the list basically. I could be way off and Merrill holds them in your name.

yep dog... that's why I said in my other long post that even my FHAL shares might have been air, no one can claim they are safe IMO ~

Merrill is holding them in street name with "full disclosure". They state that they are my shares no matter what. It's bigger money than Scottrade, could work for me or against me, but their reputation is on the line. I may request certs, but not sure if that really helps anything... if Rufus can't solve the problem... the PPS is going in the toilet anyways... why make it so you can't sell?

The last few days have been a play to cover what they could and short and recover to offset future losses if the MMs really have misstepped.
I am not sure they think they will ever have to cover pre-SHO shorted stocks so they just sit out there for now and dilute our PPS. Until they are gone there is less pressure for the PPS to rise.
The short positions must be eliminated for us to rise further.
Remember Rufus said those MM's out there * $5 are not there to sell air.
The board is set...let the games continue.

Good morning all... are we bickering already?
Who here kknows the plan for today? Not me. I am just going with Rufas's statements on Subpeny. 1.) This will we an interesting week. (Sofar it has been average, so he had better do something to spice it up today. 2.) this week there will be a "short elimination". (So far they seem to still be running around causing little shorty havoc all over the place.)
He didn't say how, or what was going down, but he hinted that it was going to be big. I have my popcorn, comfortable chair, and remote in hand. Rufas... "Don't make me change the channel!"
