Perhaps already noticed so forgive if I am repeating this observation.... pulled up the www.cvsu.us website just now and noticed chage to home page......shows different title....CSHD FLASH SITE.......and L2 dispolay at bottom of page when scroll down.....any one else seeing same?

I posted that I was going to get my certs, with the swings I was going to try one last flip in one of the 3 accounts I have, I didn't flip, and I have not requested certs yet either...
been thinking HARD about it all, hence the long post last night... and from what that train of thought produced I don't know if certs would 100% cure the problem. But I believe I would like a percentage to go very long with CSHD, I do believe they will pound forward so I still am thinking about the certs...

It's a damn mess making sense of it all....
The game is ... if the vast majority of shareholders request certs then a cover must happen by default. Hence Rufus telling us the PPS prior to reset is our responsibility...post it is his. I am pretty sure we are teh delaying item and Rufus is now forced to try to force this another way.

That would shaft a ton of shareholders, but the lawsuits against the brokerages would be huge.
I thinks its more than a shaft, i dont think its legal. Shareholders MUST be treated equally. If, for some reason, our shares are not "real" then something would need to be done. Its not likely that you will be treated differently if you have certs or electronic shares.
I will be flipping out from overseas if something like that started to materialize

It's bigger money than Scottrade, could work for me or against me, but their reputation is on the line. I may request certs, but not sure if that really helps anything... if Rufus can't solve the problem... the PPS is going in the toilet anyways... why make it so you can't sell? [/QB][/QUOTE]
I agree with if rufus can't solve the problem I don't want to be hamstringed by not being able to sell. Dog if you remember the the option you checked for full disclosure was that sec rule 14b-1(c).

Yes... the NOBO box... BB did it too. It's supposed to let the company know we are out here... name and address... even if you have Scotty shares... should you not be able to allow "full disclosure"?

Right but also remember rufas said he would try to help those who proves they had shares mo he doesnt have to do that its ur broker who had to do that so if he does help then great to those who needed the help if he does...if not who would you blame? It would be a very long time to get your $ if it went thru a lawsuit right? But i believe he means certs for cvsu and fhal made to change to cshd either way we all have opinions he wasnt as clear on that....

This was a response to this email I sent them
I understand why you hold my shares in street name. I however don't understand how I can't be placed on a NOBO list it seems like a violation of SEC rule 14b-1(c). Which states:
Under rule 14b-1(c) of the Securities Exchange Act, we are required to disclose to an issuer the name, address, and securities position of our customers who are beneficial owners of that issuer's securities unless the customer objects.

So if they are walking this down, what do they know that we don't? I am guessing they know there is no 10-K in the system. Anyones thoughts? The longs are not selling so where are they getting 300K shares they used to sink this 0.30 this morning?
