" Beginning with October expirations, if an option (call or put) has expired, and the option is in-the-money by $.05 or more, Scottrade will automatically exercise the option. Previously, the option had to be in-the-money by $.25 or more before Scottrade would automatically exercise the option.
This change is due to the Securities and Exchange Commission approval of the Option Clearing Corporation's request to lower the threshold by which equity options will automatically be exercised, at expiration, from $.25 to $.05.
If you own an option that is $.05 or more in-the-money and do not want Scottrade to automatically exercise your option, please contact your local Scottrade branch office by 4pm Eastern time (or within 15 minutes of the close of the option's market) on the last trading (usually Friday) prior to expiration day. "

10of13 ..... as you know....It doesn't matter what the rest of the market is doing.....when a stock gets good news, it will go up regardless. Good news brings increases in price. Many stocks are up today. I admit more are down, but I think good news will rocket this stock.

I fear we are putting these imposed time lines on ourselves. I feel like some of the deadlines are taken out of context and continually repeated until everyone believes they are concrete. As many have said in the past...believe what you see in a PR or filing.

Just as volume is needed to move up, volume is needed to move down. I think both sides as well as the daytraders are sitting back and waiting for more news wether it be public or private today. Until then profit takers have already taken and no huge move either way will happen IMO without some news, or when we close in on the deadline again toward the end of thise week.
(S&D is balanced until something manipulates it i.e. news of any sort)... sorry had to through that in there

Deep breath everyone...stop stressing over the PPS...there is no news and this is still holding...that is a good sign...even the bashers on Ihub have settled....seems there is nothing to take this up or down...so relax and see it through or jump ship...

Bottom line - Monday the 10k is due then the reset is suppose to follow - so that's what I'm waiting for - after that if nothing happens I will be heartbroken because I will feel like it's just another "penny" let down....... but I TRUELY feel this is the real deal that's why I think it's even more frustrating because we're anxious to ROLL!!

Not with these MM's...have you seen their manipulation on low volume...it's criminal.

can someone explain to me why CSHD financials are on a pay per view site instead of publicly available. Public company should equal public record no?... And if it is private "insider information" then anyone who gets access to it is now an "insider" and "insider trading" are they not?

Again not trying to bash... devil's advocate no more, I truly want this company to explode and do well so I myself and a few of my friends can become rich. But, that document looks a bit assmbled, I don't know of many accounts that produce accoutning statements written in html, and .jsp files are dynamic calls if I'm not mistaken which means one keystroke and everything changes, where is my "locked" .pdf file.
One posibility I thought of was that this document was scanned from an original but why? A document of this type of this type would almost certianly have been assembled originally as a pdf and locked why not share the original file?

Calm down people... I did not hear what Rufas said, about tomorrow or the next day. But even if it was tomorrow meaning today or tomorrow meaning tuesday. It is not over yet. PR's can be filed all the way up until midnight then they are filed the next day.
I got a share over here that cost me a heck of alot less that what it is worth right now, and that in my head and heart is worth a heck of alot more than it is right now. Oh and by the way that share has lots of brothers and sisters.

First time posting, been lurking for a while now. I think what a lot of you are saying is valid. With no news, the PPS should be sinking lowing than it is. To hold position like that means something.
