Rufus said to "Watch Tomorrow" which he stated around 2:30 am this morning. Must have meant Tuesday. Hopefully something shows, even if it were to be his laundry list.

OK......Can anyone here give me an answer to this....You are out NOW having a few drinks with friends (I know none of you would do this) and you tell your friends that you have to go to work tomorrow. What are you saying ? You have to go to work Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning. Now be honest......

FWIW, I received a similar e-mail as others here from Scottrade in regards to the NOBO list:
From: Scottrade Customer Support [mailto:support*scottrade.com] Sent: Monday, October 09, 2006 4:40 PM To: Mike Subject: RE: Branch Office Change
Dear Mike:
Thank you for your email. All clients that hold shares in street name at Scottrade are on the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner List, or NOBBO, unless clients write us to opt out. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

No, didn't win at casino but it was fun! They had a machine there called Wall Street. I played it for about 10 seconds & got off because if I didn't win on that I would have thought it was a sign!

From the FWIW department, tut-meister (whoever he/she is) has posted four times (looks like 2 almost duplicate posts...with a couple of differences) tonight as of 12:45 AM EST on HSM …. Tut suggests something about going on subpenny again……. . . AS for my two cents of an opinion, I want to see the 10-K and /or a substantial PR from management today, preferably both !!!

Everyone's shares get transferred over regardless whether you bought "air share" or real. You must understand the when you buy shares they are "real" shares no matter who they were bought from and they must be delivered to your benefit.

For example. The float is 50 million, and there are 30 million air shares making it a total of 80 million. When we get to nasdaq are all 80 million shares going to get transferred over to nasdaq? Or do the people with certificates(shares in their name) get transferred over and the people that kept theirs electronically(street name) get labeled air shares and are paid out their $15 a share by their broker and are required to sell. I just don't understand how air shares can get transferred to nasdaq. can someone please shed light on this. tia

Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 237 There seems to be still so much confusion about certificates from all the PM's I am receiving and from what I am reading on the board. Everyone listen please. You are fine with your share positions. What you have bought are legally yours whether they are "air shares" or reall shares. Rufus made that quite clear when we were on subpennyradio last night. Don't worry about your shares. It is only if you want your names on the transfer agents list that you register them or if you want to help in the short squeeze by pulling them out of circulation. You will be entitled legally to the same benefits as every other shareholder even if they are in the account in street name. The brokerage firm is acting for you on your behalf and if there are dividends due they are distributed to the beneficial holders which are all of you. None of you will miss out on the reset price, which is another concern I hear on the board. You will all be covered.
I may also plan on going onto subpennyradio again tomorrow to provide some better insight into this and a lot of other things that I believe are important for all shareholders now that we are so close to the final moments. This time I want to provide a much deeper insight into what I believe we are about to see with this company and the potential for all of you as shareholders.

I was looking at the Charters at the waatle website and found #6 to be interesting due to all the increased attention on and development of nuclear plants globally (this is what I gleened from reading a bunch of different information over the past year on how the world is dealing with increased demand for energy). Of course, the primary concern with nuclear plants (besides terrorism)is how to handle the nuclear waste.
6. Program to Build and Operate a Radioactive Materials and Atomic Waste Reclamation and Disposal Facility
Build and operate a safe, clean radioactive materials and atomic waste reclamation/re-mediation and disposal facility to process the World’s nuclear waste.
