I like the PR. These are steps in the right direction. If these are restricted shares it is no big deal.
I do plan (schedule permitting) to call and DD the online lottery.
This is pretty much my area of primary expertise. BB provided the first step and really the information I expected to get. Which is a new site at general hosting provider.
Today it is relatively easy to get an infrastructure in place in short order that would support an application of this nature.
The real hurdle here is regulatory and it looks like there has been effort in this area as well.

You're right port about the restricted shares. I believe they would have to be restricted correct? Wasn't thinking very clearly this morning and when I read it I thought that it was indicating progress. As for the online lottery sub. I really think this could generate maybe the most consistant source of money flow. When it's up and running. If the test is going to be done with the state of Georgia. Maybe someone can try and call the GA lottery and see if they have any agreements with this company to launch a trial phase.

All shares on the cvsu/wattle side will be restricted. 90 days for the regular investor, and 2 years for insiders and officers.
I dont know if you guys remember what rufus said about the lottery, so just to refresh the info...
Rufus said they were currently testing in Ga, and the subsequent 3 state testing would do ~50 mill per year in revenue. After that he said there was 42 states ready to sign up and use it. Extrapolating the numbers from the 3 state testing to 42 states gives ~$728 million per year in revenue.
That aint bad scratch for paying hosting fees for secured software.

I speculate that some chatting that went on last night at hsm might have generated the recent PR. I dont think it was a planned pr and so dont think it fits the planned releases. I didnt follow the whole conversation but it sounded like there are some people that had shares very early and didnt know what to do with them. I posted about it last night...the guys name was Scuba something.
This is just speculation of course but it seems like a spur of the moment PR to me.

Screw it...it really doesn't matter...Friday I hope we have the audited financials...although I am still confused about the financials for FHAL...because the ones that Benson is preparing are only for CVSU...

No, im not saying it was just for him. But, if the guy was for real, he might be part of a group all in the same situation. I think its a fair possiblity. He said he got his shares right after Katrina, wouldnt that fit in the waatle timeframe?

I thought about that too. He never said that the list started that day. He may have meant the previous 8ks and PRs already happened and we were half way through the list. Few more days and hopefully we will know for sure.

I think it was very presumptuous for us to believe that three more bond annoucements were comming with those 8K filings. Sometimes 8K filing are boring and mean very little to the investor and magnitudes to the SEC. I think this is one of the 8K/PR events, just not as juicy as some would have liked.
To me it says we are moving forward business as usual and here are the instructions for our old shareholders going forward.
My eyes are on the Edgar SEC wire. I want at least two checks on my graphic today.
