it's all in the 8k...and not R/S..the company is suppose to be buying back the shares as we speak..and then they will be "values at the higher amount once the ticker starts trading on August 1st..or what ever the date is...
If this is a pump and dump..not sure how it is going to work! since it was in a filing..not a PR...

Member Rated: posted July 19, 2006 12:55 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- O.K just talked to Ben: I asked him about the $15 pps, he stated the way it will work is, they are going to release PR's for the 10k and the share buyback program. Yes they are still buying shares at this time and want the entire float. Sounds like share buyback is very similar to share buyout(JMO). He said it IS a good idea to request hard copies of your shares for share buyback, so they know who the shareholders are! I asked him if he had any estimates on the current float and he said to look at the share sizes, getting very low(his words)! Press releases will be very soon in his exact words. I asked if the pps was at $5 before ticker change and it goes to $15 after ticker change do we get the $10 difference. He said that it would be explained in the buyback PR. Sorry if this is so choppy, but I'm STOKED! Do not buy on my phone calls or DD.(disclaimer)Call him yourself. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- .
