The MM's are feasting on the sellers. This is where they really make a killing. It was nice to see my account grow so fast but I would have like to see a slower steady gain. Makes for weak hands and panic selling when people make so much so quickly.
Can't blame anyone for taking profits but if you are panic selling you will loose out in a couple of days.
Good luck to all and hope everyone makes some good Bank in the long run (Especially Me)

I have not been around nearly as long as some of you guys...
I have never gone through any of this...
I have a "level headed type personality with a realistic and skeptic nature"
I have searched and I have listened and aside from the stupid panic sell, the MM games and shorting...(and the fact that this Rufas speaks like a "truck driving hick")...this "plan is so simple" that people are not able to understand.
I have already made GREAT profits with this...and I am taking half of those profits and stayin for the long haul...(LOL a week or 2)
To most of you, your opinions are wonderful...and alot can be learned ...but what I am not convinced of is the fact that you come in "as it falls" or after the fact..and point to the "fall and why"...most can see it after the fact...
Research CVSU and listen to the interviews and read the filings...if it is a scam...I will have lost half my profits...and these guys will do some jail time...and you all will be able to say "I told you so"!
If it flies...I will be takin' the kids and my Mom on a wonderful vacation to Australia!
(Don't buy because I held...do you own DD)

Ok, ok, I will look around to find some pictures of myself wearing those transparent naughty things. I will give it up.
We should team up, Ten. You and me turning these boys tits-over-arse, hey, we could really rock this place.
We could start by telling the boys about our long lesbian love affair, I mean we did share a lingering kiss first time these boys witnessed us together.

This is how I see the way "of" some of the behavior's of posters regarding this stock...
Tree's for the forest, stand to close to the tree? ya can't see the rest of the Forest.
Classic A type personalities we are.. We are hunters, when we have killed our prey we instinctively gaurd it..
When we are fat from a kill we look at stocks in a more neutral light.
I have a huge problem with Venezualian Bonds... But I don't own the stock now.. So I can see clearly now, the rain is gone.

*buzzer sound* cf my reply to Wally, early on...
Glassy (my emphasis): "i think the SEC may be involved in this before too long...it'll depend on where it goes from here...
10, who called the "geek" aspect?
Glassy, again: "why did the MM's buy about a million shares this afternoon?"
indeed...do MMs intend to hoard? do they profit, at these levels, if it falls back to the depths?
Me: does that indicate it's guaranteed to go to the promised land?

how does this relate to the regs that allow "adjusting" the pps? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I know Rufus keeps mentioning that it is like a bankruptcy. So how did KALUQ stop trading on the pinks one day for what about a dollar maybe less and then the next day begin trading as KALU at $44.
I think this is the same thing. Kaiser Aluminum was in reorganization. When they came out they were able to reset their price. The only difference there was that everyone who owned KALUQ lost everything to the creditors. No creditors here since CVSU is assuming the debt of FHAL.
That's how I think it is done.

Fronthaul Fades in Late Day Trading! Posted on Tuesday, July 25 * 18:35:46 CDT
By: Trevor Burgess
Dallas, Texas (July 25, 2006): In an unprecedented late afternoon interview on *** (www.***.com) Rufus Paul Harrison, CEO of Fronthaul Group Inc. (FHAL), gave details of a recent merger with Conversion Solutions. Callers were stunned at the company’s guarantee that the stock would go to fifteen dollars as soon as the conversion goes through, sometime between July 28 and Aug 1. As the interview went on, however, shares traded down sharply.
Phone lines lit up as stockholders heard promises of a stock going from one dollar to fifteen dollars a share. The company tried to explain the guarantee to the shareholders that called in.…Developing.

Establishing The Initial Stock Price - Once a reverse merger is completed, a broker/dealer must decide to make a public market in the stock. The market makers, in conjunction with the company, determine the initial price for the stock. Perceived value, the "sex appeal," track record and potential growth of the company usually have more to do with initial pricing than earnings multiples and current book values. Competent investor relations and supportive market makers as well as management’s ability to relate the company’s potential to investors are of key importance.Ultimately, the public market acceptance of the company will determine the market price for the stock.
I guess in reverse mergers the surviving symbol is usually reset to a new price. Its up to Rufus to prove to us that it deserves it.
