Does anyone have a time frame as when it will hit $9
If you believe those Yahoos on that board, you'll be waiting until the resurrection.

On January 25, 2007, we received a four-vehicle letter contract from the U.S. Marine Corps for testing, production and sustainability for its Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle program. The work under this contract will be performed by Force Dynamics, LLC, our joint venture with General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc.
We believe the award of this contract improves the likelihood we will receive a significant follow on delivery order for our Cougar vehicles under Category Two of the MRAP program, since we are the only contractor among those selected that has an existing production line for vehicles with a demonstrated record of performance in combat conditions. We are thus already positioned ahead of the other potential contractors in the critical areas of availability and survivability.

I hope you're right Jo. The chart definitely looks ready for that "something coming" to give it a kick. Makes me want to add more shares.

Navistar Says NYSE Moves to Delist Company from Exchange; Trading Suspension Set for Feb. 14; Appeal Planned Tuesday February 6, 4:52 pm ET
WARRENVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV - News) said today that the New York Stock Exchange has informed the company that it plans to proceed with its previously announced delisting of the company from the exchange and will suspend trading in company stock at the end of trading on February 13 as part of the procedure. ADVERTISEMENT
The New York Stock Exchange action is a result of the company's December 15 announcement that it will complete the restatement of its 2005 financial statements after February 1, 2007. The company said it anticipates being quoted on the Pink Sheet Electronic Quotation Service as soon as the exchange suspends trading. The company said it will appeal the decision.
"While we are disappointed with the exchange's ruling and plan to appeal, we continue to remain focused on our principal mission of creating value for our shareholders and that includes turning in strong operating results in our current fiscal year," said Daniel C. Ustian, Navistar chairman, president and chief executive officer.
Bill Caton, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer said, "We are committed to accurate financial statements and we will continue to devote the necessary time and resources to achieve that goal. We have made significant progress on completing the restatement of our financial statements while at the same time strengthening accounting processes throughout the company. Wherever we are listed, we are committed to continued communications with our shareholders."

lostone, what makes you nervous about it? Something in the report itself, or the fact that the report exists?

nervous b/c waiting for them to announce the contract.. even tho it is likely FRPT, but u know how it is before the announcement..
Forget the contract, that will be anti-climactic... now it's about end of year financials, and most importantly, FORWARD GUIDANCE. The CC will kick azz.

Well, I bought some Monday at $16.85, so I sold some of those at $19.10. They were gravy shares, not any of my core position. Too nervous to hold onto them after all that has happenned to the PPS over the past month.
