Hey, I take offense to that. I don't know why I would be trying to sway ppl on this stock or gzfx. Yes it is true I have invested in both of those stocks, but I'm currently all in SEVI. So, why would I care if this stock goes up or down? I like to watch it to see if I played them right, which I did on both. I sold GZFX back when it was up at .0158 and I sold this back at 2.12 I'm not looking to get into either of these stocks either. After SEVI I plan to put all my money on the big board in a company called RACK. So, go away with your theories about me please. I just try to help ppl out if I think that a stock is going down.

well, I have said it once and will say it again. if investors have patience and hold they will be rewarded. I dont day trade on this stock. I just dollar cost average when it goes down.

The first license agreement, it will go through the roof because it will have proven all the critics wrong.

I agree, nar31977. This stock has the potential to have some huge gains in a short period. I'd love to see a spike in the $20 + range.

You guys are crazy to think this stock can reach $20+ The market cap right now is $240 million! At $20 the market cap would be $2.4 billion!!! HAHAHA You guys are nutz, they don't even have $1 of revenue. Think about this as your business, would you invest $2.4 billion into this company, or even $240 million? HELL NO! All I'm asking is that you guys get real, this stock maxed out at $2.91 and w/o some serious news its not going to reach that point again.

Mystic - you are right, the stock will not reach $20.. THIS YEAR.

Once manufacturer license agreements (i.e. revenue) start being announced (hopefully in the next couple months) this will be a run-away train. I strongly believe the $5-$10 range will be seen before the end of the year.

And it's very easy to imagine a 2.4 billion market cap for this product & company.

I can see it at $10 eventually... But, we'd need some serious revenues coming in, and I don't forsee it until next Spring, although there could be a spike in there somewhere to $10. Also, no one has a read on how long it will be until a commercial scale unit is built that can show glass producers that using Solar Glass is feasible.

Even so, one has to recognize, the the investors on this are way ahead of news and products. The company has tremendous potential, but the market cap is already fairly high. Personally, I'm waiting for a better price point. I'm putting my money in SPIR in the meantime. There was some good news on 4/13, and it's just passing it's 50day running average and passed the 100 day average awhile back. Bought in at 8.65, dunno if we'll see that again for a few weeks.

I am not worried,

the key things are.

IT HAS A MARKET

PEOPLE AND COMPANIES CAN USE POWER GLASS

THE PRODUCT IS AWESOME, NOT LIKE SPOOZ TOOLS (spzi) IT CAN BE USED BY MANY INDUSTRY'S AND SECTORS.

THEY ARE PUTTING TOGETHER DAY BY DAY AND AWESOME TEAM.

THEIR ONLY ONE LICENSING AGREEMENT FROM EXPLOSION....THEN NO ONE CAN SECOND GUESS xsunx AND powerglass

There are no real negatives, you need contracts to get money, they start selling licesning agreements THIS MONTH...........so its not like they have HAD a product on the market and its JUST NOT SELLING.......

the thing about investing in a new company and new product ......go there http://www.xsunx.com/tech-power.htm and ask yourself ONE QUESTION .......Would people or companies buy this?

The answer for me is yes. No matter what I think of a product, the key is ...will OTHER people buy this and will OTHER companies use this on their high rise buildings?

I dont like wearing gold ........but I am invested in it........cause it makes me money.

Kywee: you are right I haven't done a ton of research on the co. But, I believe I have done enough to know at least in the short term how high the stock can go. I'm not here for long term investments as I doubt many ppl here are. The short term play on this was 1.80-2.10 Yes I wish I bought at 1.80 and sold a little above 2.00 today, but o well. I don't see this bounce going much higher than today. I think it will start to drift back down to the 50ma. There just isn't enough volume. People are waiting for real news. If it happens yes I think the stock could have a good run. But, I'm not here to gamble on whether the co. will put out a good pr for me or not. The chart is improving today, but a full correction won't be known until tomorrow or friday. If it continues going up and gets past the 0 MACD then I would say short term wave! So, well see.

I think this stock will bounce off of 1.80. XSNX has too much potential. It's closing in on a PR for it's first full-scale commercial system, and I'm sure orders will follow that news.

If the market is valuing ESLR and SPWR at or close a billion, I can't see why it wouldn't value a technology that provides a product with an aesthetic advantage at half the cost with a potential for much higher scale/size than current systems.

Power Glass Developer, XsunX, Begins Marketing Phase; Joe Grimes to Present at the National Energy Marketers Association 2006 National Energy Restructuring Conference

April 25, 2006 07:06:46 (ET)

IRVINE, Calif., Apr 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- XsunX, Inc. (XSNX, Trade) will present the benefits of the company's thin-film solar technology systems for use in the development and delivery of an array of new power sources this week in Washington, D.C. at the 2006 National Energy Restructuring Conference sponsored by the National Energy Marketers Association. During the conference, which will take place April 25th and 26th at the Marriott at Metro Center, XsunX Chief Operating Officer Mr. Joseph Grimes will provide potential licensees information about the company's flexible thin-film photovoltaic capabilities, including Power Glass(tm), an innovative thin-film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun.

According to Tom Djokovich, CEO, this is an important step in the company's development cycle. "The electrical energy industry is searching for the next generation of power production alternatives to reduce the complexity and cost of delivering energy to a growing global demand for power. As a developer of thin-film solar energy technologies, we are focused on providing improved solar cell designs and manufacturing techniques offering energy marketers and producers opportunities to develop new markets and expand business opportunities. With our deliverables in sight now is the time to begin a meaningful dialog with the people who can help bring Power Glass and our other technologies to the marketplace; and this year's National Energy Restructuring Conference is an excellent venue for launching that effort."

About XsunX

Based in Aliso Viejo, California, XsunX is the developer of Power Glass -- an innovative Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) thin-film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun. This proprietary process is intended to allow manufacturers to apply a transparent and photovoltaic glazing to glass and other transparent substrates. When XsunX glazing is exposed to light, the light energy is converted into electrical energy for use as a power source. XsunX believes that its solar electric glazing technology has a number of major market opportunities in the worldwide architectural glass, optical film and plastics markets. Please visit the Company's website for more information: http://www.XsunX.com.

You can use the solar film to pretty much charge anything. But, there's not enough surface area on a car for implementing XsunX to much benefit. I could see it being used in luxury sedans to guarantee the battery is never empty and maybe for powering some LCD TVs at tailgate parties. But to actually recharge a hybrid's many cells constantly, that would be difficult and unlikely.

The highest yield that I've heard of is 20% in regular (the ones that are fragile and crunchy) solar cells. And, pretty much all production models are made at 3-4% efficiency. At 2%, solar glass is pretty good for a first generation. And, it allows useful light to still pass through.

However, if the rollable film turns out as useful as it looks so far. I could see a lot of applications outside construction. I think a solar tent would be interesting. A definite plus for the military as well as outdoor enthusiasts. Also, if mesh networking for internet takes off in other countries (India, Brazil, and China ala the $100 laptop program) I could imagine a cheap "beach umbrella-style" router that can be easily planted in the dirt of every village.

This company isn't a dinky ESLR that's limited to a small niche. It's the one solar energy company with a shot at creating a total shift in lifestyle for people around the world.

hm. looking at the chart, it seems like a trading range (roughly between 1.7 and 2.1) has developed over the last two and a half weeks.
i suppose the stock is waiting for further developments -- and may maintain value in the short term. announcements of licensing agreements would do it good ;-)

I hate waiting on the next news to come out. Alas. At least XSNX has a history of putting out relevant PR's.

Patience lads. Buy on the dips if you have extra cash. The volume is always high enough that you can exit if you find a better opportunity, but keep a position here cause it can run up fast on good news.

Dream on everybody. XSNX is your typical junior stock that's making insiders quite wealthy while the little guys pay the freight. Move on to oil...or get some good deals on real estate as that market sinks from all time highs and foreclosures begin to abound.
