XSUNX (XSNX) To License Solar Film To Manufacturers
In a recent interview with MoneyTv, (http://www.moneytv.net), Tom M. Djokovich, President and Chief Executive Officer of XsunX, provided positive insight into the company's expectations for the 2006. The company plans to begin marketing their patented Power Glass(tm) during this year, possibly as early as this spring. Power Glass(tm) is a film placed in between glass panels that has the capability of generating solar energy at a much more efficient rate than existing technology. According to Djokovich, the solar film is primarily targeted towards use in commercial applications such as high-rise buildings, of which are composed primarily of glass. The efficiency of the solar cells can power entire infrastructures, which would in turn save commercial owners hundreds of thousands of dollars on an annual basis. The manufacturing of XsunX's mass production system is underway, and upon completion (forecasted within upcoming months), the company plans to license its technology to major glass producers and collect revenue through licensing, which would eliminate the need for an extensive workforce. Djokovich also revealed that XsunX plans to develop an independently owned mass-production facility to create revenue through both direct manufacturing, along with licensing agreements. Although no specific date was mentioned in the interview on when Djokovich planned to pursue the construction of a separate corporate facility, he did mention that it would probably happen next year. If any major glass producers/architectural designers/commercial construction companies enter into a license agreement this year, I would forecast tremendous gains in stock price. I've read other ****s on XSUNX, calling it a "manipulated" stock. This is BS. To win the World Technology Award, you don't have to simply have an idea, you need marketing, a proven product, whether it is in developmental stages or not, and satisfy a need for society. The qualifications of such an award are far from easy attainable. I'm staying long on XSNX, I've heard from the company, and it is a company, not an idea. I expect 2006 to provide return for shareholders, as well as revenue for the co.

I got back in today * $2.20 and I feel pretty good about the short term and long term prospects of this company. I think that the fact that it's holding right around this pps while no news has come out in weeks is a great sign. GL

I think they will have news out this week. I think that we will see a lot of buying because its has gone down so low, and people were waiting for this stock to go down low....
So,,,now they have a great entry price for the news to sping off from.
I would like to see his website, it wont come up though...

i wouldn't load up on the stock just yet.. looks like it's testing support at 2.10 (tuesday, friday and today), so it may still dip below. although from the longer-term chart it would seem it's not willing to go much lower than that (unless some bad news comes out of course..)
but like nar31977 said, there's news in the pipeline. they've just manufactured their first mass-production unit, and are looking for licensees. i spoke with the company a couple of weeks ago, and they were pretty tight-lipped about the details. all they said was that there will be licensing announcements in april.

I was thinking it would stay the same, as it did. Strong buying. The newbies are getting out cause they dont have the gut for it, and thats ok. You live and learn what to watch for, and the news will be great. We are not waiting on BS, we are waiting for licensing agreements, the FIRST for this product.
So..its like a space ship taking off, there is a 1% chance it will blow up on the pad........BUT a 99% chance it will hit the moon, We are talking a great product, XSNX sets the stage for when they will START.....key word START selling and they have set April as the starting date............

Its going to play the middle ground. But, once the news comes I see at instant 50% to 80% increase if not 120%. Any news of lecensing agreements will set the stage for a RUSH of people to get in be MORE licensing agreements come out, driving the price higher.
Once they do release this news......its going to be truamatic, thats the only way to say it. Its a new company, NEW product, a GREAT PRODUCT that makes sense to everybody..... look at other solar stocks.....$8.00 to $11.00 . This stock has gone up because smart investors see the product, and know it will sell.
Its a 10/80 split. There is a 10 percent chance the no one wants this product. See it here and ask yourself if you think anyone wants it.
Now there is a 80% chance ONE company will want to license it out.................when that happens.........The rocket is off the pad and heading sky high........

Panic selling. It did what I figured it bounced off 1.85 and I think it will close somewhere in the 1.80's Then tomorrow ppl will get pissed and sell it down to right around 1.7 maybe 1.65 Then it will turn around. Its doing exactly what it did last time before the run. Last time I was impatient and bought at 1.09 and it went to .87 before it went up. This time I wait, mms just making fake bottoms here. It will go lower when ppl come home and see they lost even more money. Buy tomorrow!

Don't worry it won't bounce tomorrow til it gets in the 1.70s You figure it closed almost at the LOD. The RSI up to the min was reasonable which gives the MM's room to move it down more tomorrow. Tomorrow will be a great buying opp. ppl get them while they are cheap! This one is almost primed for another great run especially with another conference coming up on 4/26 The MM's did this last time before a conference also. GLTA

XsunX Development Team Adds Nano-Crystalline Specialists Wednesday April 5, 7:00 am ET Development Team Adds New Scientists to Next Generation Nano-Crystalline Thin-Film Solar-Cell Development
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., April 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC BB:XSNX.OB - News), developer of Power Glass(r) -- an innovative solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, today announced the expansion of its development team to include additional senior scientists specializing in nano-crystalline thin-film technology. The expansion of the development team comes as the Company prepares to complete the addition of nano-crystalline development chambers to existing R&D systems as part of the development of a new hybrid solar-cell design employing a patent pending 4-terminal approach. The design combines aspects of the Company's Power Glass thin-film technology with that of nano-crystalline solar-cell design, which the Company believes holds the promise of lower cost, higher-efficiency, flexible and lighter-weight solar cells. ADVERTISEMENT
In the development of both Power Glass and the new nano-crystalline solar technologies, the Company is responding to the dramatically growing opportunity for thin-film solutions to expanding energy demands. A recent study by NanoMarkets, a Virginia-based research firm, outlined the potential U.S. market for thin films to approach $2.3 billion by 2011. A large portion of the market is expected to go to devices based on amorphous silicon, the XsunX specialty, with additional opportunities in building-integrated systems that represent the principal XsunX market.
XsunX recently announced that it had begun the manufacture of its first mass production system for delivery of its innovative thin-film solar cells. These manufacturing systems will be sold to licensees of the Company's proprietary thin-film solar technology, Power Glass. According to Tom Djokovich, CEO of XsunX, Inc., ``Our entire team is working hard toward the development of our first licensable product, Power Glass films, and the beginning of our marketing efforts. We hope to be able to soon invite potential licensees into the labs to demonstrate both the technology and the manufacturing systems. The incredible potential of this market makes both our team and our investors anxious for this important step. We are on target in the timing of our developments and we have promised our investors that we will go to market with absolute credibility and quality. The steps we take today will play a key role in the future of power.''
About XsunX
Based in Aliso Viejo, California, XsunX is the developer of Power Glass -- an innovative Building Integrated Photovoltaic thin film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun. This proprietary process is intended to allow manufacturers to apply a transparent and photovoltaic glazing to glass and other transparent substrates. When XsunX glazing is exposed to light, the light energy is converted into electrical energy for use as a power source.
