Same with you, I have had allot of people asking me about XSNX, for 3 months I have told them, BUY as low as you can, and HOLD a month,....if you are still satisfied....hold longer is you wish.
But I got is at .52 and I know guys who got in at .12 ANNNND I know guys who a week and a half ago got it a at 1.00
So no matter WHERE you get in at....the future is great.
I dont look at PRICES.......I look at percentage gains. This is something new investors need to learn.
If a stock goes up one penny but 1 one penny equals 50% ............you have a 50% gain!
I am hoping it goes below 2.00 so people will have a GREAT "get in"
I always see the "NO...its too high I will wait" then it goes up 10% and they say ****.....
This stock will continue to go up, with rewards in the dips...but if you hold you will be rewarded.
Good luck to you. AND..I can say that because I ALMOST sold at 80% gain....now I am at 260% and I am not selling till 6-8 months from now.

well, its going to do that, this is PRE SALE stock prices, once they start selling and taking contracts............10% will be a bad day. Get in where you can and hold long, it may dip...but it will be worth it.

Hey there, so I'm new on this list.
I got into XSNX at 1.05, then sold when it hit 1.5... got back into it at 1.8 with more cash this time. I've checked them out a fair bit, I like their product (heck, I'd put it on my own windows..) and I think they have a period of growth ahead of them. As long as they get some customers signed up!

yea, I can imagine skyscrappers with all the SQ footage..........They pay hundreds of thousands of dollor for electricity..........EVEN a SMALL dent on that bill would mean a GREAT savings.
Put on EVERY glass outer building, they can use or SELL it like regular solar pannels or wind turbines.....

Dr. Richard Rocheleau, Member Scientific Advisory Board
Dr. Rocheleau is the director of the Hawaii Natural Energy Institute (HNEI) of the University of Hawaii designated as a US Department of Energy Center of Excellence. At HNEI Dr. Rocheleau has established the HNEI Thin Films Laboratory and developed a research program focused on thin film photovoltaics and renewable hydrogen production having near-term applications in both the commercial and military sectors. Dr. Rocheleau also serves as the PI of several programs including the Hawaii Energy and Environmental Technology Initiative; and the Hawaii Hydrogen Center for the Development and Deployment of Distributed Energy Systems. Thomas Anderson, Director
Mr. Anderson has spent much of the last 10 years working as a geologist in the environmental consulting field. His primary focus has been stratigraphic, hydrogeologic, and geochemical characterization, and remediation of hazardous waste sites. Mr. Anderson completed a M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines in 1998. Power Glass Expanding the Opportunities for Solar Energy Applications
XsunX has focused on the development of very thin semi-transparent coatings and films that create large area monolithic solar cell structures that you can see through. This semi-transparency makes Power Glass™ glazing desirable for placing over glass, plastics, and other see-through structures. Using patented processes, such as reel-to-reel manufacturing techniques and multi-terminal cell structure designs, we are working to commercialize large area cell manufacturing processes for thin film flexible plastics.
Power Glass™ represents a new breed of solar cell design that balances solar cell efficiencies and manufacturing costs with broad applications and uses. The Company believes that these design, manufacturing, and application efficiencies may provide as much as a 100% efficiency-to-cost gain over conventional opaque solar cells. This 100% gain in efficiency-to-cost is based on Company estimates of Power Glass™ solar cells operating at as much as 50%, or half, the efficiency of conventional opaque amorphous solar cells yet costing as little as 25%, or one fourth, to produce. Builders and manufacturers of building products already use glass, plastic, and other materials, so they may be especially attracted to the economic and marketing benefits of using the same materials to produce electrical energy while continuing to function as window, display, or façade surfaces. In the future, XsunX believes that a substantial portion of electrical power can be generated in dense urban areas using Power Glass™ glazing.
Key XsunX Milestones
1. In May of 2004, the Company produced working model samples of its semi-transparent photovoltaic glazing process that exceeded 4% electrical conversion efficiency rates. These working models established the basis for process and cell refinement that the Company believes may provide conversion efficiencies of 6% or greater.
2. The development of working models provided the foundation for commercial viability showing that the XsunX process may provide an almost 100% efficiency-to-cost gain that may, for the first time, provide return on investment or “ROI” ratios that make sense. This 100% gain in efficiency-to-cost is based on Company estimates of Power Glass™ solar cells operating at as much as 50%, or half, the efficiency of conventional opaque amorphous solar cells yet costing as little as 25%, or one fourth, to produce. Final cost to efficiency analysis will be determined upon completion of development.
3. In June 2004, the Company negotiated an at-cost cooperative venture with MVSystems, Inc., a Colorado based corporation that designs, builds, and delivers state-of-the-art manufacturing tools designed specifically for the thin film semiconductor market. MVS is equipped with both the technical staff and tools necessary for the development and commercialization of the XsunX glazing process. The terms of the working relationship provide XsunX with complete R&D facilities without mark-up for profit on the use of staff and equipment. This helped XsunX to avoid costly outlays of capital by eliminating the need to duplicate similar facilities.
4. In June 2004, the Company launched Phase Two of its R&D efforts under the guidance of Dr. Arun Madan as Chairman of the XsunX Scientific Advisory Board. This plan called for an approximate nine month R&D cycle that at its conclusion is anticipated to provide the Company with demonstrable products and the ability to begin licensing and sales efforts.
5. As of the end of July 2004, the Phase Two development plan had accomplished the successful development of large area manufacturing processes for each of the multiple layers that make up the XsunX solar cell design. This was a big step in moving towards a commercially viable process.
6. In September 2004, the Company entered into a royalty free agreement for the licensing of a portfolio of patents and technologies that cover a wide area of both solar cell structure, design and manufacturing processes. These intellectual properties were developed under the guidance of Dr. Arun Madan whose 30 plus year career in the solar industry began with the creation of the first amorphous solar cell in the early 1970’s.
7. On-going development is now underway to establish viable manufacturing techniques for increasing the active power producing ratios of the glazing to as near 100% as possible (i.e. the percentage of total area coated by the glazing that converts sunlight to usable electrical energy as compared to the total size or area of glass or other transparent substrates covered by the glazing).
8. In November 2004, the Company launched development efforts for the Power Glass™ process on thin films. This area of research and development represents significant commercial importance for the company. nice gap up today... got in at 1.8 last week, sold at 2.15. have a hunch it might dip a bit this week, i'll buy back in. (that intra-day low at 1.2 has got me thinking) looks like 2.22 is resistance for the day..

I was in at 1.66 last week. Given that this is fairly big news, I think it won't be dipping until maybe Wednesday. Looking to sell at around 2.40-2.50 and rebuy at around 2.15 during the ensuing profit taking.
I think it'll hit 5 in May when order start flowing, and I have no clue on the upside once there's a completed installation.

Hey Bob, I will state the facts.
At each level of this stocks 52 week high, everyone was scared about it leveling off. You can look at the graphs, it has not.
The speculation is spring time where they are going to start mass marketing and contracts. So it’s in the pre BLOWING UP stage no matter how high and fast it gone up.
No major insider selling off.
My opinions,
The good this about XSNX is that they have not put out crap news in order to make the stock go up. They have put out practical news on their advancements. So, they next news I hope will be contracts and companies interested in the product.
It may go down, there are institutional interests involved, and me myself I am throwing in 10 k USD, on top of what I already have. SO..as for me, I am in.
Do what you feel comfortable with. I see it going up from here (Tuesday) by the end of the week and closing on a new 52 week high.
WHEN you get in, IF you get in, that will be to you. The boat has not left, so don’t feel like you HAVE to get in. If you want to watch and wait, good for you. It will have dips! That’s just a fact. With this stock going upward, it is a chance for you to get a breath of fresh air and not feel so rushed.
Take your time, do your DD.

A lot of 'newsletters' are talking about it.. you know.. "Green Energy Stock picks" buy the report for $39.95 type letters.. other than that I haven't seen any real pumping.
I think it's an excellent technology that is very close to full-fledged manufacture and application. Just wait for the contracts and deals to be signed and the revenue to start coming in - this will only go up.

Fourseven, Its just investor speculation based off of the product and its innovative use in the solar market.
This technology has been around awhile, but XSNX is one of the first to apply it where it can be most useful. Mass square footage.

well, those who have been watching it diligently (not saying your not) knew they were getting in for cheap. This is pre contract prices. So, ANYTHING before mid April when the contracts come out is ,,,,cheap, and stands to make investors a crapload of money. When a contract comes in or the license it to a glass manufactorer, no matter how small or large the contract........it going to go up SUSBSTANTIALLY. No matter what the current stock price is.
So, everyone is trying to buy before then, and also investors are seeing XSNX for the first time cause it was not on the radar or sector watch lists.

i see new lows since eod wednesday, a series of lower highs and lower lows since that peak on thursday, and candlesticks tell me it's going lower. i agree that next week it'll be back climbing upwards, but for now i stand to make a couple hundred bucks. i sold so i can buy more xsnx when i get back in ;-)

I think people are comparing XSNX to ESLR; and that's the reason for the drop. But, ESLR is a crap stock that had a lot of buzz. XSNX is more like SPWR, and even so, it has a far bigger upside.
ESLR makes ugly solar panels that are expensive and fragile. SPWR makes better looking solar panels that are a little more rugged, but still very expensive.
XSNX will be selling a process for a film that has a very low impact on appearance, and it can be used to improve a building's appearance in the right design. It is about 1/4 the cost of the others at 1/2 efficiency (which all 3 companies will improve upon). But, it can be easily incorporated into new contructions as most skyscrapers must already use some type of tinting. Might as well use the tinting to produce energy as well.
Anways, this is a bargain here. Anyone who's not in this one, will be regretting it once the May marketing gets underway and contracts start flowing.

yep........two totally different products, powerglass as 1/2 the power potential of solar panel but it 1/4 the cost. You can put enough panels on a SKYSCAPER ..........but you can put half a million square feet if not MORE with powerglass.

ho humm... so i just got off the phone with their media relations dept.. word is (and the word is tight, not willing to slip anything more than what was previously released) that manufacturer licensing will begin in april, and marketing of the product soon afterwards.
i suppose that's just enough time to get in, get comfortable, and buckle up for the ride.
that stocklemon report... fishy. last piece of news they quoted was several months old, they've got the product all wrong (solar glass? wtf? it's a solar film...) and it just looked like some highschool kid wrote it. whoever's saying they short the stocks they bash, i think you're on to something...

XSUNX (XSNX) To License Solar Film To Manufacturers
In a recent interview with MoneyTv, (http://www.moneytv.net), Tom M. Djokovich, President and Chief Executive Officer of XsunX, provided positive insight into the company's expectations for the 2006. The company plans to begin marketing their patented Power Glass(tm) during this year, possibly as early as this spring. Power Glass(tm) is a film placed in between glass panels that has the capability of generating solar energy at a much more efficient rate than existing technology. i wouldn't load up on the stock just yet.. looks like it's testing support at 2.10 (tuesday, friday and today), so it may still dip below. although from the longer-term chart it would seem it's not willing to go much lower than that (unless some bad news comes out of course..)
but like nar31977 said, there's news in the pipeline. they've just manufactured their first mass-production unit, and are looking for licensees. i spoke with the company a couple of weeks ago, and they were pretty tight-lipped about the details. all they said was that there will be licensing announcements in april.

I was thinking it would stay the same, as it did. Strong buying. The newbies are getting out cause they dont have the gut for it, and thats ok. You live and learn what to watch for, and the news will be great. We are not waiting on BS, we are waiting for licensing agreements, the FIRST for this product.
So..its like a space ship taking off, there is a 1% chance it will blow up on the pad........BUT a 99% chance it will hit the moon, We are talking a great product, XSNX sets the stage for when they will START.....key word START selling and they have set April as the starting date............

Its going to play the middle ground. But, once the news comes I see at instant 50% to 80% increase if not 120%. Any news of lecensing agreements will set the stage for a RUSH of people to get in be MORE licensing agreements come out, driving the price higher.
Once they do release this news......its going to be truamatic, thats the only way to say it. Its a new company, NEW product, a GREAT PRODUCT that makes sense to everybody..... look at other solar stocks.....$8.00 to $11.00 . This stock has gone up because smart investors see the product, and know it will sell.
Its a 10/80 split. There is a 10 percent chance the no one wants this product. See it here and ask yourself if you think anyone wants it.
Now there is a 80% chance ONE company will want to license it out.................when that happens.........The rocket is off the pad and heading sky high........

Panic selling. It did what I figured it bounced off 1.85 and I think it will close somewhere in the 1.80's Then tomorrow ppl will get pissed and sell it down to right around 1.7 maybe 1.65 Then it will turn around. Its doing exactly what it did last time before the run. Last time I was impatient and bought at 1.09 and it went to .87 before it went up. This time I wait, mms just making fake bottoms here. It will go lower when ppl come home and see they lost even more money. Buy tomorrow!

Don't worry it won't bounce tomorrow til it gets in the 1.70s You figure it closed almost at the LOD. The RSI up to the min was reasonable which gives the MM's room to move it down more tomorrow. Tomorrow will be a great buying opp. ppl get them while they are cheap! This one is almost primed for another great run especially with another conference coming up on 4/26 The MM's did this last time before a conference also. GLTA

Hey, if nothing else I learned something new today. You know how you sometimes see those random sells for way lower than the bid. Ie just now when the bid 1.74 a sell of 5000 or so shares went for 1.66. I thought the ppl were just stupid but its part of the game. The MM's do it to bring the rsi back down so they can run it up again. A VERY GOOD SIGN IN MY MIND! Rsi at 1.74 went from above 80 to about 50 w/that move. Now they can continue to raise the pps. Today we close at 2.05-2.07 Tomorrow run up to 2.25 close close to 2.20 Thurs. run back down to 2.00ish Fri. begin uptrend to 3.00

Man JEFF is working hard to keep the chart intact. He is holding this stock up at 2.04 all by himself even w/all the selling. The question is how long can he keep it up, because there is pretty good selling pressure!

I like to go by charts rather than news and hoping for prs. My point is if we close below 2.03 our chart going up is screwed. It looks as though the mm's know this and they will hold it up. If they continue to hold it up I think they will gap it up tomorrow and run it to 2.25 again. It will get sold back to 2.00 I think it will do this till about friday. I know their supposed to start marketing in the spring and some ppl are turning that into april, but I won't wait for news if the chart points to a declining stock. GL I think it all depends on the close today. Just not much volume even w/the drop they put in, so well see.

if as you say it runs up PAST 2.25 it's a go, but not too sure about major downtrend. MACD makes me feel better, it is fairly close to crossover. I'm curious about JEFF's play and the other's. If shorts are selling stocks they don't own, don't they have to buy them back to save their neck? This stock is being played and I can't figure in what way, because it's not profit takers selling. And how long are they going to play like this....

Long holders are holding, the short sellers have beem getting screwed (as they should) by THINKING they can short this stock......but it just keeps defying them...lol....

As I suspected they weren't able to keep it up on air any longer. If it can't close up above 2.04 again this thing is done. Ppl just don't have the confidence. No one is buying and most are now selling as it has drop back to the 90's twice. They need a good PR bad!

everyone wants in on this, they are just trying to get the GOOD PRICE to get in at. AND, most people are realizing that the time is running out to get in before it explodes on the news. SO hte good price is anything below LICENSING agreements news............which means...the good price is right now, dont squabble over pennies cause like this stock has shown TIME AND TIME again....if you wait....you will get burned and have to pay more per share.

We will see...they also, have a $250M market cap w/no revenue coming in. They are in a market that is estimated to be worth like $3b by 2011. Thats not that impressive. I think this stock is topped out until further news. JMHO

XSNX does have potential. I think the solar industry is worth much more than many analysts are saying. And, XSNX has a shot at going to the top of the field if it can land sucessful placements in places like Asia where highrises are popping up everywhere and Europe where they put a higher value on architecture and aesthetics. And, as usual, the U.S. will follow. While first to create a lot of technologies, the U.S. tends to be slow in adopting them.
What I like most is their model of producing a process, but allowing other companies to profit as well by letting them manufacture. This is what will enable them to grow quickly and become market leaders. Sharing a piece of the pie is what enabled Microsoft/IBM to control the PC market over Apple. Also, as the only solar glass maker, they'll have a distinct advantage over other solar options in that they are easily incorporable into new structures as well as more weather tolerant.
That said,I agree with Mysticcobra. I'm seeing a significant downturn next week. I'll be hopping back on sometime in the next month if the price is right, but had to take profit as the charts are showing a lot of uncertainty and it seems that daytraders are owning the day right now.
My entry points have been buy1.01->sell 1.38 1.65->2.60 and buy 1.88avg->1.995. I've been lucky to avoid most of the downturns so far.

This stock has also been pushed by wealthdaily.net for some time. They don't tell you what stock it is in their free newsletter, but a little careful observations made it easy to spot xsnx as their stock.

"told you so" is not out of place -- you were right, it's in for a dip. but i wonder.. just looking at the charts.. a lot of volume went into price movements around $2.. so how likely is it to stay much below that, if volume is relatively thin over the course of the last dip? i'm not sure i'm reading this right.. is there a place one can see the current float?
I'm going to be re-entering around 1.70ish. This baby has bounced pretty hard off of 1.66 2 times in the last month, and I think it'll do the same tomorrow. This stock doesn't really bounce off of the 50day running average, it kind of overshoots 5-10 pts under before recovering.
If XSNX completes a U by EOD, then I'm probably wrong, but I see tomorrow being another down day with a slight recovery on Wednesday and returning to the 1.90ish level by the weekend.

Hey, I take offense to that. I don't know why I would be trying to sway ppl on this stock or gzfx. Yes it is true I have invested in both of those stocks, but I'm currently all in SEVI. So, why would I care if this stock goes up or down? I like to watch it to see if I played them right, which I did on both. I sold GZFX back when it was up at .0158 and I sold this back at 2.12 I'm not looking to get into either of these stocks either. After SEVI I plan to put all my money on the big board in a company called RACK. So, go away with your theories about me please. I just try to help ppl out if I think that a stock is going down.

The first license agreement, it will go through the roof because it will have proven all the critics wrong.

You guys are crazy to think this stock can reach $20+ The market cap right now is $240 million! At $20 the market cap would be $2.4 billion!!! Mystic - you are right, the stock will not reach $20.. THIS YEAR.
Once manufacturer license agreements (i.e. revenue) start being announced (hopefully in the next couple months) this will be a run-away train. I strongly believe the $5-$10 range will be seen before the end of the year.
And it's very easy to imagine a 2.4 billion market cap for this product & company.

Today my automatic assistant sends a BUY signal at 1.9...
I can see it at $10 eventually... But, we'd need some serious revenues coming in, and I don't forsee it until next Spring, although there could be a spike in there somewhere to $10. Also, no one has a read on how long it will be until a commercial scale unit is built that can show glass producers that using Solar Glass is feasible.
Even so, one has to recognize, the the investors on this are way ahead of news and products. The company has tremendous potential, but the market cap is already fairly high. Personally, I'm waiting for a better price point. I'm putting my money in SPIR in the meantime. There was some good news on 4/13, and it's just passing it's 50day running average and passed the 100 day average awhile back. Bought in at 8.65, dunno if we'll see that again for a few weeks.

Kywee: you are right I haven't done a ton of research on the co. But, I believe I have done enough to know at least in the short term how high the stock can go. I'm not here for long term investments as I doubt many ppl here are. The short term play on this was 1.80-2.10 Yes I wish I bought at 1.80 and sold a little above 2.00 today, but o well. I don't see this bounce going much higher than today. I think it will start to drift back down to the 50ma. There just isn't enough volume. People are waiting for real news. If it happens yes I think the stock could have a good run. But, I'm not here to gamble on whether the co. will put out a good pr for me or not. The chart is improving today, but a full correction won't be known until tomorrow or friday. If it continues going up and gets past the 0 MACD then I would say short term wave! So, well see.

I think this stock will bounce off of 1.80. XSNX has too much potential. It's closing in on a PR for it's first full-scale commercial system, and I'm sure orders will follow that news.
If the market is valuing ESLR and SPWR at or close a billion, I can't see why it wouldn't value a technology that provides a product with an aesthetic advantage at half the cost with a potential for much higher scale/size than current systems.

You can use the solar film to pretty much charge anything. But, there's not enough surface area on a car for implementing XsunX to much benefit. I could see it being used in luxury sedans to guarantee the battery is never empty and maybe for powering some LCD TVs at tailgate parties. But to actually recharge a hybrid's many cells constantly, that would be difficult and unlikely.
The highest yield that I've heard of is 20% in regular (the ones that are fragile and crunchy) solar cells. And, pretty much all production models are made at 3-4% efficiency. At 2%, solar glass is pretty good for a first generation. And, it allows useful light to still pass through.
However, if the rollable film turns out as useful as it looks so far. I could see a lot of applications outside construction. I think a solar tent would be interesting. A definite plus for the military as well as outdoor enthusiasts. Also, if mesh networking for internet takes off in other countries (India, Brazil, and China ala the $100 laptop program) I could imagine a cheap "beach umbrella-style" router that can be easily planted in the dirt of every village.
This company isn't a dinky ESLR that's limited to a small niche. It's the one solar energy company with a shot at creating a total shift in lifestyle for people around the world.

hm. looking at the chart, it seems like a trading range (roughly between 1.7 and 2.1) has developed over the last two and a half weeks. i suppose the stock is waiting for further developments -- and may maintain value in the short term. announcements of licensing agreements would do it good ;-)
yea, the thing is , allot of short investors got in thinking they were going to make 10000000% and it takes time...the gains have been great.....but when it dipped they lost their standing and got scared, that why on the first run this week..they bolted.
all it is a good entry for those who want in.....my money is spent....lol
