Yes, I have returned to accumulation of CLSI with last quarter having ended recently. I am using CLSI buys towards credit for my "free" live feed through E*Trade Financial.
CLSI is not for everyone. This is an extremely long term hold; many years.

George, if you are referring to my Sheriff's office booking in Oklahoma, I had no choice, they arrested me in the nude, out by a small local lake.
I figure with celebrities releasing booking photos which are less-than-complimentary, I should too!

really, seriously, truly yours: we need to sic on GLUV "who hates the hands that bit it!" the crew from "Action TV" (or whatever their local "watchdog/consumer TV" deal is, PLUS, a competing paper, and maybe the closest "alt news"--don't flood em. repeat, do not FLOOD them: a coupla well-informed messages, just to stir interest.

just on the "outside" chance the powers that be let this travesty happen, be learned. We will now have a new precedent / pattern to prey upon. For if this precedent is set, and other scam artists attempt it....all ya gotta do is sell as many as you can as fast as you can....
My shares are still in my account. If that changes, I plan on kick'n dat A$$...

The company has filed amended and restated articles of incorporation that provides for all outstanding shares of Class A common stock to be divided, i.e., reverse split, on a 3 million to 1 basis. Fractional shares will not be issued and instead will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.
Hmmmm.....with 290000000 in my account that says I would still hold 96 shares post reverse split. based upon it's last known sale price of .0001 that equals $29,000. which in turn means my 96 shares are worth roughly $302 per share. Hmmmmmmmm.....idiots....

GVRP - just got off the phone with the famous Lorraine at Interwest Transer. (wohoo! lol)
She knew nothing about the reverse split, or today's PR...lol I had to read it to her over the phone, then directed her to pinksheets.com for her to read it herself...
She was familiar with the 6/21 PR and that they were planning a "solution" to the mess, so to speak, but had no information about any reverse split as of yet. She was quite surprised to hear that the PR stated they effected the R/S on July 5th...lol
She had heard that they might be doing something later this month, but has no info on anything as of yet.
They've received nothing from the company about this, and nothing from Nasdaq. I mentioned that in the PR they talked about filing the corporate amendments, but that nothing was there on the FLA SOS site yet (she was familiar with it), or on the dailylists. She didn't know what to say about it, other than there was no R/S that the TA had been made aware of yet. She said she would relay the info to her boss about it as well.. She agreed this has been quite the unusual stock (laughingly)
I asked her about the F/S distribution since I still haven't received any shares yet. She said they have been going out in batches to the DTC, yesterday, and even today, and they should all be distributed to the DTC by the end of this week. She couldn't say exactly how long individual brokers might start delivering shares, but she thought that it shouldn't be too much longer once all the shares were delivered to the DTC.
I'm beginning to think Pearce and the rest of his cronies are nothing more than fiction writers..lol UNBEAL.....

But tomorrow those GVRP common shares are history, and we will eventually get MAMG shares in whatever form Pearce and the SEC have contrived.

IF Pearce and company have gotten away with this partial reverse split to their preferred A/B share structure, then we may not ever get our F/S shares--we may just end up having our present pre-F/S GVRP shares changed over to MAMG shares, have our spankings, and then let us cry in the corner.

Just had a thought. Maybe it will happen like before. What I'm saying is that people with Ameritrade might once again win out here. I have f/s GVRP shares in my account still. Tomorrow theoretically I'll have MAMG shares. If it trades, possibly the only ones who can unload again are Ameritrade people. That would be weird, but us Ameritraders might just have a second chance.
If no one else has shares yet, the market won't be flooded with sells, only Ameritrade sells. If this happens, I'm dumping all I have left.
Another thing is that the NASD warning only applies to the old symbol. Maybe MAMG will get a quote and a bid?

Currently holding 250 million shares of MAMG shares in my AMTD account. Last sale price says .01....needless to say the account looks real nice today..LOL

Is there any benefit of showing a price of .01??? then when they do the reverse split if it even happens your talking about a $30,000.00 stock price. Im sure it will drop like a rock but going from 30,000. to 300.00 seems like 300.00 would be a good deal. Just thoughts probly not a whole lot of logic buy hey its friday
