per Melinda at Interwest just now... They have 3 FIRMS that still have not " settled " a deal for transfering shares. Citigroup , Charles Schwab and the 3rd was not named even when she was asked. They are evidently first in a chain of transfers that must happen before our brokerages get us individuals our shares. Some have 3 or 4 tranfers to make before they get to our accounts and it is being worked on. As far as this quote "T/A said shares where delivered "to people who sold"" I asked and was told that it referred to the brokerage firms who sold the shares to US , leads me to believe MM's ?? although she did not state that as fact to me , it was how I took it. She also said that she was trying to get this done for all of us by the end of the month and as soon as these 3 firms settled it was out of her hands to get any farther to us. I am just hoping that they don't pull off this r/s split and that trading will resume when all the " Firms " have settled. Then it will be a fingers crossed that there is any kind of a market or the SEC actually does something. If you want to call Melinda , 801-272-9294 press 3 for company directory *8 plus ext# 15. Doubt this helps any but just reporting what I was told ;}

Still no change in my Scottrade acct. Still have that # Not available for sale due to a reorg or a tender offer and the pre-F/S number of shares.

Appears to me brokers and market makers are clearing their books. Transaction histories at brokers are showing customers received their split shares, then promptly sold them, for zero gain; zero net balance.
Nice neat balance books! Order has been restored.

GLUV Corporation New 50 Deliver
They have taken the original 50 shares out of my account, but left me what is left of the FS shares. Has anyone else noticed their original shares missing? The Action Dept will be getting back with me tomorrow.

This references next Tuesday's reverse split and our not having received our forward splits.

RE: How The Hell, by DK Gross
DK Gross, concerned, asks,
"how the hell is this all going to happen if nobody ever GETS the first F/S shares in the first place???"
That part is easy! After the reverse split, each of us will owe GLUV millions of shares. We will be short, will have buy shares from GLUV to cover, and GLUV will set the price.
GLUV is reversing the short squeeze on us!
I have one-hundred "before" forward split shares. GLUV, next Tuesday, will reverse split three-hundred-million to one. I will owe GLUV three-hundred-million shares, minus my one-hundred shares. I will have to buy shares from GLUV to cover my reverse split shorts or face SEC sanctions.

Has anyone been in touch with Carol Remond lately? Would be nice to have an updated story from shareholders' perspective. She should get the straight poop from Melinda at Interwest, on how they're issuing the shares.
