The market makers are rejecting the orders back to AMTD! they are not accepting any transactions....guess we know who GVRP's back scratchers are.....this wreaks of illegality...
Now here is the kicker...my .001 order is remaining open.....
I got a call from Ameritrade, they left a message on my voicemail. Hard to understand, the guy was mumbling, but he did say all restrictions had been lifted. I put an order in to release funds, it is still pending.
I did, however, buy new stock with GVRP proceeds today! Progress!
Now, we just need MM's to be short this stock, and buying like crazy next week above .0001, and/or find CMKX'ers to buy all the shares from us.

Ameritrade left this message on my answering machine:
"This is Mike ? with Ameritrade. We have removed the trading restriction on GVRP. You are free to attempt to sell those shares. I must caution, we cannot guarantee a fill, there has been no trading for some time so we don't know if they can be executed but you are certainly welcome to enter an order. Any questions please contact Client Services."

sounds ominous, to moi...as in, "we suggest Vaseline..."

I spoke with Ameritrade. They called me. Proceeds are unfrozen, I am allowed to sell EXCEPT the MM's are not taking the orders. I am only allowed to liquidate positions. Cannot buy. Very interesting indeed.

SEC orders company, insurance company or whoever screw up is to buy back the shares sold by mistake. SEC does not have to make its finding/ruling public at this time.
GVRP then announces Reverse Split knowing it is not allowed by SEC (and is obviously illegal). This announcement scares traders into selling the shares at market orders or .0001 as soon as they can.
It will be the cheapest way for the Screw up to buy back the missing shares.
Something to think about, obviously could be a very good scenario for us.

Maybe the r/s was also "approved" by SEC, and they have the next week to buy back. I said it before, the PR the company put out is not going to come out and say "our insider needs to cover in the next week". Your theory is very possible though.

the sec allowing the RS is possible but highly unlikely, obviously changes the rules and makes their job more difficult.

I have always thought that the info the company put out was sanctioned by the regulators. I think they've been told to make a 2 week timetable to buy shares back. Otherwise, why even have the 2 week timetable? I think the regulators mandated all of it.
They might have said "OK, we'll let you reverse everyone out, on the condition that you buy back those shares within 2 weeks prior to the r/s. Try to get them as low as you can, we don't care"
Just one possible scenario, that's what I think may have happened.

heres where you have been wrong, pr's have nothing to do with regulators, the fact that GVRP notified the sec basically means they sent them a copy of the pr.

I think it's more than just them sending a copy. I think some sort of deal was hammered out, we just haven't been told some of the details. But, we may never know for sure.

you may be right on the deal, that was my theory i just posted, i'd be surprised if the SEC changed its rules for these POS owning scumbags.

They may be trying to get people to sell at market next week. I'm not doing that. If they want my shares, they must give me a bid or they ain't gettin 'em.

Maybe none of the brokers will allow buys to enable the insider to be alone in the market buying so that they don't get massacered in the market. Maybe part of the deal hammered out???

Nice feeling, isn't it? I could say I'm sorry that I didn't sell more, but hey even if I can never sell another share ever I still made a 21 bagger, not bad at all....

I am making a request for information under our guidelines delineated under The Freedom Of Information Act.
A request for fee waiver is also made based on this being a request for information from an individual with hopes of better understanding how internal processes work at the SEC. Information you provide will be shared with a very large group of people, numbering over one-thousand. Intent is to foster better understanding of how the SEC works, on an internal basis.
There is no commercial interest in this request. My request is strictly for the benefit of individuals wanting better knowledge of how the SEC operates.
If my request does not qualify for a fee waiver, please bill me accordingly. I agree to pay up to and including one-hundred dollars ($100) in fees.
My request is related to GLUV Corporation trading as ticker symbol GVRP. My friends and I are vested in this company. We are having difficulty understanding a recent series of actions taken by GLUV Corporation. Our hope is documents you provide will assist us to better understand.
Please provide, as allowed, any and all documents related to GLUV Corporation which are not publically available through your website. We only need a time frame span of the last one-hundred-eighty (180) days.
This document request includes any forms, communications, email, written comments, any and all material you have related to GLUV Corporation, Media Magic (new name), all attorneys both GLUV and SEC, Robert Pearce and any other persons acting for or on behalf of GLUV Corporation. This includes material of a formal or informal nature, which includes casual notes or memos made by both the SEC and GLUV Corporation.
In short, please send literally "everything" you can related to GLUV / Media Magic which is not published for the public, within the time frame I specified.
Your time and efforts are sincerely appreciated.

WOW!...........the theory you are speaking of sort of maybe makes sense. There was a sentence in that pr that never quite made sense but now ....well maybe it does.
Remember the paragraph where they were going to issue enough shares to take care of all the trades? Then the sentence "UNLESS YOU ARE SHORT"......could that possibly be this situation?

I hate to complain, but why did this have to happen on a Friday at 3pm? I will not sleep well all weekend! BTW, keithsan, I like your theory, and I DO NOT think it is far fetched at all.
