Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Completes Successful Demonstrations to Top U.S. Port Authority and Port Security Officials -- as Featured on Mac Report.Net

August 05, 2005 08:30:20 (ET)

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) is pleased to announce that the company has concluded a series of successful demonstrations to top executives from ports around the country. According to CEO Frank Moody's interview on Mac Report.Net, "As a result of last week's seminar, meetings are currently being scheduled to provide U.S. ports with CyberNoze, Cyber Tracker, and Cyber Rad products."

The CyberNoze division of Homeland Integrated Security Systems demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer explosives detection device, which was developed by Implant Sciences Corporation (IMX, Trade). Executives demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer at the American Association of Port Authorities seminar for Port Security and Safety which was held from July 27-29, 2005 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Quantum Sniffer demonstrations included participation from the various port officials and successful detection of TNT and C4 Explosives.

The Quantum Sniffer is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly -- as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles, as competitive products presently do. The CyberNoze division will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high-threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.

In his interview on the Mac Report.Net, Mr. Moody stated that the company "Has already exceeded its sales goals for 2005, and (he) expects a very strong 4th quarter, as previously ordered products begin to ship."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced the receipt of a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a leading Middle Eastern security company, to purchase over $5.5 million of explosives detection equipment. The explosives detection equipment is distributed in the Middle East through Homeland Integrated Security Systems' CyberNoze security division. Pro.Sec, with operations in Lebanon, is expected to use the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection equipment for security and protection of commercial buildings and government installations.

(Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a Nationwide Teleconference on August 23 at 4:15 EST to update the financial community on recent events that effect Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. and its shareholders.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be updating its shareholders on the Savannah Port Project, its progress on the uplisting to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board, recent purchase orders, strategic relationships, and government relations. The Nationwide Teleconference will be hosted by Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. CEO, Frank Moody, with former President Bush Advisor Barry Bennett, and Green Tree Financial, CEO Mike Bongiovanni.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems has retained noted wireless technology authority Ed Legum to write a White Paper on the Cyber Tracker and the Savannah Port Project and will deliver the results to more than 350 major Ocean Ports and more than 175 major commercial river ports.

According to The New York Times, the U.S. spent more than $4.5 billion on screening devices to monitor the nation's ports, borders, airports, mail and air traffic. The federal government is moving to replace or alter much of the antiterrorism equipment, concluding that it is ineffective, unreliable, not user-friendly, and is too expensive to operate. The federal government will likely need to spend as much as $7 billion more on screening equipment in coming years, according to government estimates.

Meetings are currently being scheduled to provide U.S. ports with CyberNoze, Cyber Tracker, and Cyber Rad products. Space on the Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. conference call is expected to be limited. Please call 1 866 THE APPL(E) to reserve your spot.

I think this will be just what the company needs to get the interest level and the PPS moving. Just a guess, but I'm waiting for it. [Confused]

Love this stock, but MM's will be MM's

There will be major news on this date. If you look at some of my previous post, I stated that Aug 23, it would be at .15 cents.

I think between now and then MM's will bring this down some more, last time I said it was coming down to .06 and I was right

I think this occassion we will see it down to .06 - .064 that will will be the lowest. Then [Big Grin] steady climb to .15 for Aug 23rd.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems to Benefit from Sprint/Nextel Merger

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it expects sales to increase for its Cyber Tracker units as a result of the estimated $35 billion Sprint/Nextel Merger.

According to Adam S. Clough, a former Nextel Executive, and new Vice President of Corporate Development for Homeland Integrated Security Systems, the Sprint/Nextel Company will have approximately 14,000 points of distribution for retail sales of the Cyber Tracker, in contrast to the only couple of thousand that Nextel had originally. In addition, the new company will have more towers than any other cellular company.

"From a technology standpoint, Sprint Nextel is expected to move off the 800 mhz spectrum to 1900 mhz. As a result, data will be transmitted faster which will help the Cyber Tracker with additional functions," stated Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc., CTO, Ian Riley.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s management expects sales of the Cyber Tracker to exceed $125 million over the next three years. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be providing the first 'Push-To-Talk,' tamper-proof unit available on a mass-distribution basis at an affordable cost.

Sprint (FON) and Nextel Communications Inc. (NXTL) recently announced that they have completed their merger transaction, forming Sprint Nextel Corporation. Sprint Nextel common stock will begin trading on the NYSE on Monday, 08/15/2005, under the symbol "S."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Receives Clearance From the South Carolina Department of Education to Test Cyber Trackers on School Buses This January
Monday August 22, 8:30 am ET

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the South Carolina State Department of Education, Office of Transportation has agreed to test the Cyber Tracker in selected school buses beginning in January, 2006.

``In today's climate of increased risks to the safety of school children, in particular the potential risks faced by children who ride buses, The Department recognizes that there is a need to be proactive in exploring avenues that can increase the safety and security of children while they are in route from home to school and from school to home....The Cyber Tracker appears to be a multi-purpose devise that can benefit pupil transportation providers,'' stated John Dozier, Director of Safety Office of Transportation.

The Knox County, Tenn. school system recently issued a purchase order for the revolutionary Cyber Tracker to be installed on school buses which are used in its system. The Cyber Tracker provides real-time GPS tracking, speed monitoring, stopping time, and flashing lights. The Cyber Tracker will immediately notify the administration if the bus goes off course or is being driven erratically. The Cyber Tracker will allow the school systems to monitor where the buses go, when and where they stop, the vehicles' speed, and gas consumption.

``It is our goal for every school district in this country to provide their communities with the peace of mind that the Cyber Tracker offers. Our nation's school buses carry our most precious assets. Parents and School Administrators should know the precise location of the children. We have the technology, and it is an affordable way for these school districts to protect their students,'' stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.

The Cyber Tracker will also be available for retail as a ``portable family detection device,'' designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people, or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient rugged design (5`` x 5'' x 1``) makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features ''Push to Talk`` ability, and an extended battery life.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. will be hosting a Nationwide Teleconference on August 23 at 4:15 EST to update the financial community on recent events that effect Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. and its shareholders. Space will be limited. Please contact 1-866-THE APPL(E) to reserve your spot.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Completes `White Paper' for Savannah Port Project

Nationwide Teleconference Today at 4:15 EST.

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it has completed the "White Paper" on the Savannah Port Project, and will deliver the results from the "White Paper" to more than 361 major ocean ports over 175 major commercial river ports before the end of September pending Government approval. The "White Paper" will also be delivered to major airports and other secured facilities.
According to the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation, "Ports are often very open and exposed, and are susceptible to large-scale acts of terrorism that could cause catastrophic loss of life and economic disruption . . perhaps no other mode of transportation is currently more vulnerable to future attacks than our Nation's Marine Transportation System."

The Port of Savannah's Garden City Terminal is the largest single terminal container operation in the U.S. with over 1,200 acres of property. There are up to 8,000 trucks entering the Port everyday. The challenge of tracking and pinpointing the location of each vehicle real time is daunting in its complexity. To help address this massive security issue, the Savannah Port asked Homeland Integrated Security Systems to pilot test the Cyber Tracker. The results of those tests are as follows:

Phase I. Criteria

Determine whether or not the GPS technology can function within the canyons of the ports.

Determine coverage; identify any part of the port not covered. Test the battery size and life.

Phase I. Results

The Cyber Tracker worked flawlessly. Coverage was good in every part of the port. Battery size and life are not issues; the Cyber Tracker charging unit's life is 16 hours, exceeding the average length of projected truck usage (2 hours) by 800%.

Phase II. Criteria

Determine the Data Collection, archiving, and storage capabilities of the Cyber Tracker solution; showing tracking and movement of vehicles at selected intervals over a 30-day period.

Phase II. Results

The Cyber Tracker met and exceeded all data criteria.

Phase III of the Savannah Port Project consists of GIS mapping and software finalizations and incorporates tracking devices deployed both on the port and in the immediate area surrounding the port. Homeland Integrated Security Systems owns proprietary technology and has the rights to use patents to some of the most innovative and sophisticated security products. The project at the Savannah Port is being conducted in conjunction with Georgia Tech, and the Maritime Logistics Innovation Center (MLIC).

The "White Paper" was completed by noted Wireless Technology authority Ed Legum. Mr. Legum is founder and president of the Edmond-Howard Network. Mr. Legum started his career with Tandy Corporation, where he rose to become the company's Audio Product Manager, responsible for 20 percent of Radio Shack's annual sales. An accomplished author and sought-after speaker, Mr. Legum works with wireless companies worldwide to increase their sales, increase their ARPU, reduce their COA, and improve their customer loyalty. His firm helps companies achieve these goals through highly-customized wireless sales training programs for the major channels of distribution: retail, indirect, B2B, and national enterprise.

According to the New York Times, the U.S. spent more than $4.5 billion on screening devices to monitor the nation's ports, borders, airports, mail, and air, the federal government is moving to replace or alter much of the antiterrorism equipment, concluding that it is ineffective, unreliable or too expensive to operate. The federal government will likely need to spend as much as $7 billion more on screening equipment in coming years, according to government estimates.

The Savannah Port Security Project revolves around Homeland Integrated Security Systems' revolutionary Cyber Tracker, which monitors drivers' activities to and from the port's berths. Cyber Trackers would be dispensed using an automated system that will integrate the Cyber Tracker via RFID to bills of laden. When the drivers are leaving the port, the units are collected, thus insuring that all vehicles entering a port facility are accounted for when leaving. The device also allows port officials to monitor flow both in and around the port, as well as speed control, stop times, and the ability to archive the customized reports. The Savannah port is the fourth-busiest port in the U.S., making it the ideal test site for the project.

Nice chart I agree. No matter how you look at it, HISC should see .13 before any pullback.
