Homeland Integrated Security Systems Announces Sales in Amman, Jordan. Chili House, Jordan's Largest Restaurant Chain, to Use Cyber Trackers With ActSoft Software to Track Delivery Vehicles
12/14/2005 8:30:02 AM

ASHEVILLE, NC, Dec 14, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISC) announced today that it has a signed purchase order for multiple unit sales to Chili House Restaurants in Amman, Jordan. Chili House is the largest fast food outlet in the country of Jordan, and is associated with Gold Star Chili of Cincinnati, Ohio. This will be the first IDEN based, active tracking system in Jordan.

Jordan is the second country in the Middle East wherein Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. has begun Cyber Tracker sales. The Company expects to launch its Cyber Tracker and ActSoft software sales, utilizing the IDEN network, in early 2006 with Chili House as its pilot project. The IDEN push-to-talk is available in only a few countries worldwide, and Jordan is one of those countries.

"The Cyber Tracker will allow us better control of our drivers, and allow more efficient deliveries. We are very pleased to be the first in the country of Jordan to use the Cyber Tracker," stated Sami Tueimeh, CEO of Chili House (www.chilihouse.com).

This sale opens yet another country in the Middle East where there currently is no accurate mapping program. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc., in conjunction with ActSoft Corporation, will be the dominant influence in initiating this technology. Homeland Integrated Security Systems and ActSoft signed a Letter of Intent for Homeland to acquire 100% of ActSoft Inc. for $15 million cash or other consideration. ActSoft, a Tampa-based GPS software company, is profitable with more than $6,000,000 in sales in 2005 and $2,200,000 Net Profit. Homeland Integrated Security Systems' management expects sales to exceed $125 million over the next three years. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be providing the first 'Push-To-Talk,' tamper-proof unit available on a mass-distribution basis at an affordable cost.

"We expect to have the entire country of Jordan mapped by the end of January, creating the opportunity to sell both software and hardware through multiple outlets in the Middle East," stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Jordan is bounded in the north by Syria, east by Iraq, southeast and south by Saudi Arabia and west by Israel. The population of Jordan (1997 estimate) is 4,322,255, with an estimated 2 million living in Amman. Jordan is a base for the UN's mission to Iraq, and is the best ally the US has in the Arab world.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Tracker to Be Featured at 2006 International CES

Revolutionary GPS Device Features Geo-Fencing; Push-to-Talk Technology

ASHEVILLE, NC, Dec 22, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s (OTC: HISC) Cyber Tracker will be featured at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES(R)) to be held in Las Vegas January 5-8. Company representatives will be demonstrating the various features of the Cyber Tracker at Booth # 72029 in the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas. The CES is the largest consumer electronics show in the world, attracting more than 140,000 attendees from 115 countries witnessing the introduction of thousands of new products and technologies from more than 2,500 exhibitors.
The Cyber Tracker is a revolutionary GPS device features real-time tracking, geo-fencing, and push-to-talk technology. Developed by Homeland Security Systems, Inc., the Cyber Tracker is the first of its kind to offer this combination of technology in an inexpensive tracking device that monitors a vehicle's location, stops, and speed.

The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object. It features an extended battery life.

With the geo-fencing technology, users can designate areas that are restricted or off limits. If a vehicle carrying the device enters those areas, a notification is sent to the owner's desktop computer or PDA device. Push-to-talk technology enables others to be in voice contact with the driver at any time.

Applications for the Cyber Tracker include tracking of teenage drivers, fleet vehicle tracking, school bus monitoring and as a safety device for individuals including children, the elderly, and hunters and outdoorsmen.

"We anticipate the Cyber Tracker will receive an overwhelming response at the 2006 International CES," said Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "There is nothing else on the market like it, so it should generate a lot of excitement and interest from those attending the show."
