Profit taking....it was up 700% in the last week. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Should form a new base after correction and continue uptrend. Hopefully most have taken profits along the ride up and are well set for the duration.

ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News), a leading provider of wireless security solutions and products for national security and industry, announced today the execution of an exclusive distributor agreement with Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX - News) for the marketing, distribution, and service of Implant's revolutionary Quantum Sniffer handheld and desktop explosives detection equipment. The Quantum Sniffer will be distributed through the Homeland Integrated Security Systems CyberNoze security division. HISC has taken delivery of units for introduction into its exclusive territory of Lebanon, and will seek to expand the geographic presence of the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection product throughout the Middle East.

Implant's Quantum Sniffer technology is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly, as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles, as competitive products presently do. In countries such as Lebanon, having regional instability and anti-terrorism issues, CyberNoze will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.

Dr. Anthony J. Armini, PhD., CEO of Implant Sciences, commented, ``We are pleased to form this alliance with Homeland Integrated Security Systems which will facilitate the introduction and distribution of our explosives detection technology through the CyberNoze division. This alliance will broaden the reach of distribution into international territories considered to be at a high risk to threat of terrorist attacks.''

Mr. Frank A. Moody II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, stated, ``We believe Implant has a trace detection technology which is considerably different from the competition, and is rapidly gaining exposure in the international arena as a superior explosives detection product offering. We anticipate rapid acceptance of this important security product through our CyberNoze distribution channels in Lebanon which could lead to significant orders.''

Mr. Moody further commented, ``With the recently announced appointment of Barry Bennett to head our Homeland Security Advisory Board, we believe CyberNoze is also poised to further promote the Quantum Sniffer based explosives detection products within the U.S. Homeland Security marketplace.''

HISC HAS FINISHED UP EACH DAY. Some good swings in the last few days have made me some good money.
I like this stock alot becasue if you buy in high, you still are in good shape for the long run.
It's sad to think about it, but this thing might hit .30-.50 cents if somekind of terrorist attack gets through.
Lebannon and Syria have been having alot of tension lately and HISC has already sold alot of their product to the Lebannese government, so my good guess is they will get more sales and earnings from that as well as US gov funding.
Can't wait for the outcome of the Phase III project at the Savannah Port. That should up the stock eve more.
This stock looks great! Keep riding it boys n girls!

Implant Sciences (IMX) today announced the receipt of a multi-million dollar purchase order from Beijing Ritchie's Time Co., Ltd, the Company's distributor in China, to deliver 101 Quantum Sniffer handheld explosives detection units. We understand that the Quantum Sniffer will be sold to the Chinese Railway Administration for use in a large railway security project in China.

I may be wrong but it seems as if HISC is the exclusive distributor for the Quantum Sniffer than this news would also be good for HISC - right? If so, then why haven't we heard anything?

In the article right above this post, Does this mean good things or is this par for the course for this company in this industry?

Is this stock going to start its way back up soon? Volume is really low today compared to a week or so ago when everyday the volume was in the 70,000,000 range.

Do you think its going to end up back around 0.14 where it was 2 weeks ago?

Just curious as I am new to this type of investing.

thanks

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Completes Successful Demonstrations to Top U.S. Port Authority and Port Security Officials -- as Featured on Mac Report.Net
via COMTEX

August 5, 2005

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) is pleased to announce that the company has concluded a series of successful demonstrations to top executives from ports around the country. According to CEO Frank Moody's interview on Mac Report.Net, "As a result of last week's seminar, meetings are currently being scheduled to provide U.S. ports with CyberNoze, Cyber Tracker, and Cyber Rad products."

The CyberNoze division of Homeland Integrated Security Systems demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer explosives detection device, which was developed by Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX). Executives demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer at the American Association of Port Authorities seminar for Port Security and Safety which was held from July 27-29, 2005 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Quantum Sniffer demonstrations included participation from the various port officials and successful detection of TNT and C4 Explosives.

The Quantum Sniffer is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly -- as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles, as competitive products presently do. The CyberNoze division will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high-threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.

In his interview on the Mac Report.Net, Mr. Moody stated that the company "Has already exceeded its sales goals for 2005, and (he) expects a very strong 4th quarter, as previously ordered products begin to ship."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced the receipt of a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a leading Middle Eastern security company, to purchase over $5.5 million of explosives detection equipment. The explosives detection equipment is distributed in the Middle East through Homeland Integrated Security Systems' CyberNoze security division. Pro.Sec, with operations in Lebanon, is expected to use the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection equipment for security and protection of commercial buildings and government installations.
